I visited because my coworker said Lil John gave the most fair amount for scrap and gold jewelry. I would up selling two pieces and I was satisfied. I believe I got a decent price and the service was expedient and very friendly! If you didnt think the man himself would be there, Lil John was there and he was his smiling self. I recommend. They also make custom pieces and grills, pretty much whatever you can dream up. 😎

I had 4 silver quarters, a few years ago and got a great price for them. Because of him Ive started my own collection. Great place great service. Come check it out!

My so ought me a pair of diamond stud earrings had them about 8montjs. Took them to another jeweler and he informed us that they were not real diamonds. I was so embarrassed and my so was mortified! He apologized over and over saying he didnt know they were fake. I knew HE didn6know but Im sure THEY KNEW. Took ad vantage of someone trying to get his girl lol we are in our late 50s a nice set of diamond earrings. Will never buy ANYTHINGTOTAL CROOKSAnd I used to have respect for lil john,not any more. Word to the wise be careful what you buy there. My sister and brother in law have spent thousands through the years on diamonds. Big money diamondsAnd I told her I was really upset and she told me they would not be going back there again. He got thousands from them and she us taking her jewelry to someone who is going to appraise them and all that money they have spent there lil John bwtterhope they are realCrooked people.

Went to Lil Jones, during this quarantine, had to make an appointment, the staff was friendly and Lil John, worked with me on prices, for diamond earrings for my wife. Thank you, Lil John, for getting me out the Dog house.

Me and my girlfriend took him a necklace and ring with opals and dimonds in them. The old LADIE that works for him took my girlfriends jewelry to the back and said John would be right with us. We stood around for 20 minutes waiting then she finally comes back and said John would only give us 40 for both of them the necklace and the ring together weighs 3.5 grams. Gold is $39 per gram,scrap at that. We had just paid to get it out of pawn 15 minutes before we got there because he told me he would give her a better value than a melt down. We did get upset and leave. But thats not it we took it back the other pawn shop we took it out of and the would not except it because the pendent with the opal was fake and had been swamped out, so we basically got screwed from the first phonecall. We brought this up to a friend off ours, and she told us if she knew we was trying to sale our jewelry, that little Johns would be the last place to go and she would have to be seriously desperate. Because he switched her jewelry out with fake stuff, and she also mentioned he was a cocaine addict. SO BE WEAR!!! We got screwed and have paperwork to prove it but cant do anything about it cause buy the time we found out he got away with it. Have a blessed day

Called in regards to a Rolex, received no response even though the owner had read my messages . Called into the store to inquire about the Rolex oyster Perpetual, was hung up on and given no information . This is a bad company, poor customer service and they deal with customers who are monetarily dealing with poverty . When a customer calls to buy your most expensive piece of jewelry, YOU ANSWER.
