My insurance company coordinated a tow with this company. They were supposed to drop my car off on a Friday and never contacted me. I went outside on a Sunday morning and saw my car sitting there unlocked with the keys in the ignition.

They are very cheap to use but remember you get what you pay for they towed my vehicle awd truck by rear wheel lift with out a tow lift an damage my transmission an the excuse they gave me was we dont own a flat bed so we had no other way to tow your vehicle. If you knew this you should have never towed my truck but they did an claim no responsibility for it now they avoid calls an dont pick up so I would just suggest you go somewhere else an save your money an vehicle
