They was ok staff needs work but other then that they was good

Ive used them once before and had absolutely no issues whatsoever. The man on the phone was polite and helpful. I just called them again today (9/8/18 6:20 pm) and this time the man on the phone was the opposite of the first time, unprofessional and my business was lost because of it. I simply asked if they were open on Sunday, his reply was uhhh for what, to me thats a yes or no question I asked. I then asked, are you open to tow a vehicle? Which he then replied with oh well yeah were open but says it in a way that was like, why wouldnt we be. Acting as if I asked a stupid question. I hope whoever own this service actually sees the reviews. Youve lost my business today because of someone who works the phone at your business and Im sure Im not the only customer to pick a different service because of unprofessional workers

Not very professional, The guy made me feel stupid because of the question I asked.
