FIXED MY CAR AND WAS EXCELLENT CONDTION NO PROBLEMS AND INSTALLED MY ENGINE
My ex husband has his truck there now for an engine swap. The engine they got to replace his old one was bad. They are trying to charge him again in labor to replace the bad one they got with another one. How does a company justify this when this was not my ex husbands fault?? He now has to scrap his truck because he cannot afford to pay the labor for two engine swaps. I will never recommend this company!
In regards to review of Amy Blanton. The owner of the Dodge Dakota in question (Michael Blanton DBA Two Guys N Tools Mobile Automotive Repair) purchased the engine his self and hired Triple D to provide the labor and verbally agreed to pay Triple D an agreed amount of money to install the engine that he choose to purchase from a salvage yard upon completion of the installation of his chosen product. The product in question has a mechanical problem that falls under the warranty offered by the seller of the product which by the way the seller of the product has agreed to provide another product to replace the failed product provided by their agreed warranty and this warranty does not include labor. No auto repair company will replace a customer furnished product that has failed under warranty or not for free if the company installing that product did not sell the product to the customer. Triple D did NOT sell this product to Michael Blanton and has no obligation to provide free labor to replace the defected product that Michael Blanton chose and paid for to have installed. Michael Blanton attempted to remove the engine from his vehicle and FAILED to do so then contacted Triple D to go behind him and fix what he could not do. Michael Blanton refuses to respond to Triple D to try and work something out to resolve the issue at hand. Triple D has meet what was agreed upon between Triple D and Michael Blanton however Michael Blanton refuses to take responsibility for purchasing a defected product and paying Triple D what he agreed to pay to install the product he chose. The failed product is NO FAULT of anyone it was just a defected product. So before anyone else wants to give their opinion about a situation that you are not a part of at least try to get some facts about the situation before you jump to conclusions about how a company values their customers and the quality of their work.
Awesome mechanic, does great work and always honest.
Friendly ...Honest ...Dependable work!!
Honest family run
The only place I will go for repairs on my current vehicle and future vehicles. I had a transmission put in and a seal was messed up on it and they fixed it for free. The initial transmission change didnt take as long as they said it would and it was good quality work!!!
Best experience hands down!!
Good honest guys here.
Awesome work!
