This place is a joke!!! I was in a minor fender bender back in July. I know all businesses are slow due to shortages or Covid so was not able to get my car in until Aug 17. I dropped it off that day and it took them 2 weeks to get my car fixed. I was fine with it, but did not like the fact I had to keep calling to get any updates. Now here is the kicker. When they finally told me my car was ready I had to send my husband who just happened to be home sick to get it. My husband starts my car up and it sounds like a dam truck. He goes back in and come to find out someone stole my catalytic converter off my car. So they took responsibility but my car has now been over there almost 2 months in basically 16 days. I just called today after last week was giving some bogus excuse as always. I am really hoping I am not going to have to get a lawyer involved. So if you are reading this Gerber Collision get my car done ASAP. This is ridiculous and your customer service is the pits!!!!! Never take your car here. I will never go back after this experience. I only went because it was close to my house and my insurance referred. Never again!!!!
I had heard about this company from my father. My daughters car was rear ended. What an absolute waste of time! They can not even get appointment for an estimate scheduled. Called over several days just to try to schedule an estimate. NO LUCK! Recorded hold message says get a quote online. NO LUCK! Must be nice to be so busy you can not even schedule appointments, Going somewhere else, because lets face it, if you can not even get the task of scheduling an appointment right, who knows what they will do with your car! YIKES!!I never got to the service part because they could not be bothered to even answer calls in the back office. Reception just keeps transferring you into a black hole. Even after calling back several different tines.
Even though my car was totalled eventually, they kept it safe, my things safe, were fast and friendly service and knew the answer to everything I had questions for, and even some I forgot to ask!
Was in an accident & the other driver had issues with insurance. I HAD to have my first estimate with Gerber, they are a preferred repair shop, not knowing exactly what that meant for me sure, no problem, let’s do this. The ONLY polite person I spoke with was the receptionist the day of my appointment! Jennifer Johnson was rude and condescending, she made me feel as if I were a child, every question I had was brushed off, every concern I had was answered with, well the accident couldn’t have caused that. I spent extra money & time missing work because she blew me off & said I needed to go to the tire dealership, ect... in fact the problems were due to the accident & sensors needed to be reset. Jennifer Johnson made me feel so insignificant & doubtful of myself. I would not recommend a Gerber Collision Center to anyone. In part because I received a follow up call, left an honest message, was told I would be contacted & I’ve yet to hear. I have formally complained to my insurance company & Gerber’s main office. Watch out people, they are about their bottom line
They were just supposed to replace the front bumper, that should take a week or 2 max. But they end up taking near 2 months to fix my car. Its almost impossible to have someone there call you back, or inform you of when your car will be ready. And then they order the wrong parts. Im taking my money to Louisville Collision Center.

I thought it was reasonable to expect that a repair when completed would bring my vehicle back to factory specs. I guess I had unreasonable expectations.

Cant get a straight answer on the delay of my repair each time I call everything changes. At 3 oclock Friday was told the estimator would call right back never happened. Customer service is zero! Never use this place awful customer service lie after lie. If I could give a negative star I would!

Nice people, bad incomplete work. Had my car twice, since the first time it wasnt repaired in reality as it were listed on my estimate but I was charged. Second time was final time they still did not fix the Nicks down to metal or paint my car,though I was charged for it..... All in all a mistake.
I had a terrible experience. Go into a wreck, not my fault, and every other day my check engine light is on. I never received call backs when I left messages and now they have a pawned me off to the dealership because of their shotty work.
We have worked with Etscorn & Sons for many years (more than 20) and with numerous autos. They have always been exceptionally helpful - very upfront and will suggest less expensive options when quoting prices. The repairs have been superb and expertly done. They always communicate issues with us, including length of time needed for the repairs. Recently we had some scratches that we expected to pay to have removed. Instead Victor was able to wipe it off with a substance they had there - at no charge to us. Obviously we were thrilled. I have verbally recommended them for years, but am now happy to post this review, too.
Got into a car wreck about a month ago. My truck needed a new bumper(s) (metal&plastic), power steering pump an belt and a new support bar across my front end.The day I dropped it off hours later I received my quote. Within 3 weeks I was able to pick up my truck. With a phone call every week with an update, always friendly conversations when I called the shop. They even let me keep the truck there over the weekend as I was out of town on vacation the day they told me it was ready to pick up. Super friendly and respectful. From start to finish I had my truck back in 3 weeks better than when I left it.A1 service.

Really good service here. I recently moved here from out of state and after dealing with a shop that lacked integrity, Etscorn was just right. They gave me excellent service and I know where to take my car now if the need arises. .
My Dodge Durango Citadel was in pretty bad shape and they were able to save it from being totaled and repairs where amazing!
I have been extremely happy with both of my service visits. Today I went to have my AC checked and repaired. Josh was very professional, gave me a full explanation, and was courteous. And best of all, saved me a lot of money! Thanks guys.
Amazing customer service. I was driving through Louisville when someone ran a red and hit me.They looked at my car when everyone else was closed, gave me a ride to the rental place when enterprise wouldnt answer the phone and even shipped a house key I left in my car to me. I wish I lived in Louisville so I could use them for all my auto repair needs. I would recommend them to anyone!

I stopped by to touch up some minor scratches on my bumper. The service was great and I was attended to promptly. I also felt that the prices were fair. My experience exemplifies the way a business keeps customers coming back.
This place has awful customer service. It’s called collision AND glass yet when I called about having a windshield and turn signal assembly done the woman told me I would have to call 2 separate departments and get 2 different job orders and that the particular shop I called only does the glass. Honestly looks and feels like a poorly run corporate car type place. Zero chance I would let these people do any work on my vehicle.

When I went for the repair it was great. However, now two years later, the paint is peeling and it looks worse than when I got hit. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Two visits in a row was told that I couldnt be seen that day and had to come back another day even though they explicitly told me to show up that day. They fixed my car, but the woman at the front desk was incredibly cold expect when I was giving her money. The guy who was overlooking the repairs was incredibly condescending. I will not be going back.
Just recently had unexpected trouble with my truck. I had it towed to Etscorns not only cause it was close to my home but because they came highly recommended. I have to say that I am impressed! They quickly found the issue and called with a quote for repairs. They gave me a time frame which they would have made if it wasnt for additional unforeseen damage. Mike was the one I dealt with through the whole ordeal. He was very professional and understanding as well. They even drove my fiancé back home after she walked there to pick up the truck but forgot the check. Most if not all places would have let her walk back home. Great service!

Very Poor service. I was told that my vehicle was ready for pickup and the front desk lady is rude just hangs up on me before I can ask a question. I arrive and pay my deductible, go outside to my car and the work wasnt even done. Now am without my car. I thank USAA for getting everything set up but in the future I will pick my own shop.
Etscorn & Sons have fixed & repaired several of my vehicles over the years. I have also referred several of my friends and family members to Bryan Etscorn and he never lets me down! Please thank your staff for a job well done and excellent work on my Mercedes that was banged up.
I always take my car to Etscorns for cosmetic or mechanical work. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been extremely impressed with Etscorns work. I highly recommend them for all automotive needs.
Terrible. Didnt even get my car done here. Lady at the front desk was rude. They told me they would estimate my car and to come back in 20 minutes. They never called me so after an hour I went up there and they said he had gone to lunch so to come back in another hour. Needless to say I left and didnt come back.
My Mother, Gladys Birk, has used Etstorns when Bill worked out of a station & used pencil & paper to keep records. Before computers! He once told my mom, Although he was very happy for her business, she would probably be better off buying a new car & make pymnts for what she was starting to pay in monthly repairs! (She took his advice) Pretty sure not many mechanics/businesses would tell a customer that! Its not that small garage anymore, but the customer service is still great. My mom trusts them completly! Although I think they are sometimes too pricey, they are probably not any more so than any other garage/dealer. They fix the right problem the first time, & as far as I know, they always stand behind their work!

I took my car in for an estimate, when state Farm had denied it my husband and I decided to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. We set an appointment to pick up the car, and when I went to pick it up the bumper was not put back together, my hood had a HUGE dent in it, and when I brought it up the men inside got a really bad attitude with me and then suggested that I never noticed the dent on my hood, and when I assured them there was no dent on my hood they then suggested maybe someone jumped on the hood of my car while it was in their parking lot. After demanding they reattach my bumper so I could drive the car they told me it would be an hour wait, so I went to get breakfast they called me 20 minutes later saying it was done. When I returned to their shop they said we did do the damage to the hood, we had to get the hood latch to release (which, many people have been able to release the latch without denting my hood). They had tried to bang it out and I still have dents in my good the guy literally looked at me and said Well, it wasnt there before, but it is nowLike, what? And of course, this is after we dropped the car off and they scratched out our phone number so no one could call us, they did not want to work on the car and Im VERY curious as to how much other damage they did that pushed out car over the amount to repair threshold. I wouldnt even take my childs Tonka truck here.
The service is the best in town and my car looked shiny and new inside and out when I picked it up, which is much different from how it looked when I dropped it off.My car was also finished sooner than scheduled which saved me money on my rental.
Had extensive damage due to accident. I had taken car to Pepboys who put wrong size strut in car and missed damage to the subframe. Etscorn found used subframe which saved me hundreds of dollars. Car now rides like new. I am very happy with both the repair work and the customer service I received. I even got a phone call from them a few weeks later inquiring about car. Would highly recommend.
My wife recently got into a fairly severe accident the guys at Etscorn took great care of the car, it looks like new and drives perfectly. I highly recommend their quality work!

My complaint is not with Bill Etscorn it is with them referring Acme Electric to their customers. You all have a good standing in the community, and referring acme electric is not making you all look too good.They get you all;s good references and when you get down there they dont hold to here part. Also they dont have much to say of your company. I have had a couple bad experiences and do not wish to have any more with acme electric . i have always been satisfied with all the work your company has done on my cars. Just be a little more careful whom you sometimes are referring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont recommend this place. I had my car towed here told me bs. And didnt give me paperwork or receipt. Said it was my engine got 2nd opinion and it wasnt my engine. Clueless mechanics that will bust your heads.
What BS 3 weeks just to get appointment for an estimate.phone rang 15 times before I gave up Insurance company said they would call back in 4 days or less. Actually took a full week
They women up front was as rude of a person Id come in contact in yrs. Enough too leave. State Farm wanted to go there. I wish I had the womens name because well a terrible experience.
