Awesome Service! Would not take my car anywhere else for tires or car repair!

I had appt at 8 am the mechanic spotted what was wrong immediately however it took him 45 minutes FORTY FIVE MINUTES to get the managers attention to let me know, the manager and two other mechanics were engrossed in the video from the night before where someone stole a catylitic converter from a vehicle in the lot. The mechanic on my car even came in and stood behind them saying what he found Im thinking wow that was fast but he was ignored so he went back out and paced and kept looking in the window from shop from time to time for 45 minutes finally I went to desk to break up the powwow to ask about my car, the manager said he hadnt heard from the mechanic yet I said hes been trying to tell you for 45 minutes, so them im told parts had to be ordered, however if he had paid attention to his mechanic he COULD have ordered the part 45 minutes earlier and the mechanic that was pacing would have been able to fix my car 45 minutes sooner, and. I would not have wasted 45 minutes of my day watching 3 men watching a video and one pacing normally I have great service but my wasted 45 minutes stomped all over that

A Update today. Its only been maybe a week since they worked on my car. Fixed alignment, tire rods and two new front tires. Now my entire wheel locks up when I turn left. Never has happened. This starting happening days after leaving the shop. First time coming here. Probably wont be back. If I dont get this resolved. Almost died while driving. Dont go to Kaiser on 7000 southside. They said it was a new problem and I had to pay an extra $800 to fix. Even though the problem didnt start till they worked on it. So I took to the other shop on 3rd street. They fixed it at no cost. Said my power steering was low. Not an $800 fix. 7000 southside drive is just some cons. I will never use that shop again. Beware.. Go to 3rd street location. They are pros and take the time to explain what is going on with your car. 5 stars for 3rd street location.

Kaiser Tire Pros have always been professional and helpful. We had a flat tire and the tire needed replaced. They fit us in, even though they were booked for the day and had us in and out quickly. I definitely appreciated them doing that or we would have been without a vehicle.

I took my car to their garage because because it didnt start. They told me that i need a new starter and they charged me $476.34. 6 Days later i had the same issue and took my car back to the shop. They kept it for a week and kept on telling me that they are busy/still working on it and so on... As a results, i got tired of being patient and taking their BS and i decided to go get my car and a requested a refund which they blatantly refused. They also never picked my calls. They picked when i called with a different number to ask about my car. Very unprofessional, rude and shady. My car still doesnt start properly. When I turn it up crank up very slowly with a delay and sometimes the engine wont start. I will not recommend anyone to go there. I need my refund you have scammed me. I need my money back.

Kaiser Tire Pros on Southside Drive is the best! They serviced my vehicle quickly and alerted me to 2 issues I was unaware of. One needed immediate attention, the other did not. They recommended checking it on the next visit, and told me what to watch for in the meantime. They always provide friendly, professional service and are honest with their customers.

Kaiser Tire Pros are the best! Ive been a happy customer for 4 years. A few weeks ago my power steering went out and they did a great job fixing it, they even drove me to work after I dropped it off in the morning, awesome same day service!

In the past few months, two of my friends and myself have had considerable work done on our vehicles by Troy and his crew at Kaiser Tire Pros. We cant say enough about Troy and his exemplary customer service. My first friend has stage 4 cancer and his car was broken down for days at a local restaurant. That is until Troy stepped in and very quickly arranged a super convenient inexpensive tow method and before he knew it, his car was fixed affordably on the same day and ready to be picked up. My friends biggest concern was missing his chemotherapy appt later that day, but its good to report that he made his appointment.My second friend also had a great experience. He was both driven home after dropping off the car and picked up at his house a good distance away. He had a limited budget, so Kaiser went the extra mile by searching relentlessly for a special used part at a price that my friend could afford. He was incredibly grateful.Personally, I just had the struts replaced on my Lexus yesterday. From the time I called to see about coming in for an estimate, to the time I got Troys call that the car was ready to be picked up, was about 3 hours. 3 hours!!! Both other places wanted to do brake work, but Troy had the honesty to inform me that they still had a good deal of life left in them.To make a long story short, if someone reading this review is in search of an **** Honest Dependable Personable Speedy Highly skilled Mechanic, then call Troy at Kaiser Tire Pros.

I went in with a new rim to buy a new tire to put on the rim. I had blown my tire out and bent the rim. They had me together in less than a hour and I was on my way. Very nice people. Great service at reasonable prices!!! I will be back!!

My husband shopped around for prices on a set a new tires for his truck. Nobody could beat their quoted price. Highly recommend this location (Southside Dr)

Great customer service! I stopped in with no appointment on my way to work because my starter was acting up. The guys stopped what they were doing to help diagnose the issue, and then allowed me to leave the car and said they would work me in. The repair was completed the same day and they even negotiated the price down with us since I drive an older vehicle. Has been running great since!

Took my truck to Kaiser Tire after my regular shop of 13 years tried to scam me. Very pleased, Troy was top-notch and service was speedy both times. Very honest, went in with a flat tire that I assumed would need at the very least to be patched and repaired. They called me and let me know that they did not see anything in my tire. Put air in all my tires to the correct pressure and did not charge me. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

These guys are always great. I know their name suggests they’re only tire experts, but they have fixed a plethora of issues for me including replacing brake pads, replacing my battery, and oil changes that are cheaper than their competitors. If you ever have any issues with your car and you want a local shop you can trust these are the guys to call!

Recently took Ridgeline to have a noise checked out in the rear end. The owner actually sat in the trunk while someone drove it so he could pin down where it was coming from! They ended up curing the problem and I’ve been noise free ever since. Great team of people and they stand by their work.

These guys were great: honest, efficient, friendly, fair. I dont live in Louisville but got a flat tire there and (having no spare; dont ask) had to have the car towed and a new tire put on. They recommended a great tow service (Anthonys) who took extra care not to damage the very low cowling on the front of my car, and got the new tire on my car in record time. I never asked them the price before agreeing to the job, but I know what my tires cost and they were right on target. I recommend them.

Well my repair was a leaking fuel from hose. So I really cant give accurate opinion until I have to fuel up again. I had a full tank of gas at the time of repair. I will be posting when I fill up again.

I use to trust this place until I went in there with issues with battery dying. They told me i needed a new alternator that was gonna cost 400. I took it down road for second opinion and they said it was just a batttery fuse. I thought I trusted them but found out I’m just a meal ticket there. Never again

Extremely disappointed. Dropped my car off to Kaiser Tire pro, they check it, called me and told me what the problem was, charged me about $350. They called me and claimed to have fixed it. I picked it up, and on my way home, I was having same issues. I called they was told to bring it the next day. They check it again and told me they found another solution, and charged me about $140. Paid to took the car after they claimed to have fixed it again. On my way home, Im still having the same issues. After spending about $500 and wasting my time, my car is still in the sand condition as it was before I took it to Kaiser tire Pros. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I took my car in for what appeared to be a burst halfshaft boot. However, they found nothing wrong and didnt charge me anything. They were 100% honest when they could have easily taken advantage of me. Ill definitely use them again.
