If your needing a good quality heating and cooling unit then you need to see what they have you wont be disappointed

Stopped in this afternoon looking for a field piece meter and the guy behind the counter seemed like he didn’t want to look up and answer me if they stocked field piece products walked over to the wall and tons of field piece stuff asked if they had one with a amp clamp and didn’t even answer me, asked if they had a restroom and he asked me what company I was with, odd I guess they need to check my account for toilet paper usage? I’ve never been treated like that at any other supply houses before very rude and unprofessional

Im a Lennox dealer in Somerset Ky. We needed a unit on Saturday and Lexington didnt have what we needed. Lennox Louisville answered on the first ring and opened the store for us! We will now have a customer for life as the temps are going to dip down to 15 degrees tonight! There service is terrible, sent my equipment out for delivery when they clearly knew we were picking it up, had to wait over a hour for driver to return, put my installers back 1 1/2 hours. I have never had a good experience there .

Read the rest of the reviews the people here are heartless and I really dont need to be in business at all why have a storefront if you wont sell and dont give anybody any options to buy elsewhere!
