Very professional company, we had Aaron out to give us an estimate on upgrading our system. He was the most knowledgeable out of our 4 estimates. We went with his recommendation of the Carrier Infinity system and are really pleased so far! Highly recommend this company!

Very Impressed with this company and their service. I was pleasantly surprised after being a customer for 5 years that they had been purchased by Elite Heating and Air, the service I received was great. I called in the morning and my air conditioner was up and running by noon. They have very fair prices and the technician was very professional!

Found Middletown after my prior service company never showed up 3 times. They are always on time and very pleasant to speak to in the office. We have found a great company and will recommend them to all of our friends and family. Todd and Stacey are my favorite technicians.

Failed to show up for a scheduled twice-yearly maintenance, then blamed it on me for not answering my phone, then refused to refund my money. Wasted five hours of my familys time and said their policy prohibited them from either refunding me or doing anything different. Garbage company with garbage policies. Avoid at all costs.EDIT: To respond to MAC&Hs response: Ive got a counter-offer: please refund my money. (1) I returned your technicians call and left a voicemail within my scheduled window. Why was my call not returned? (2) At no time was it indicated that if I missed the call, my appointment would be cancelled. I have the voicemail to prove it. (3) You wasted 5 hours of my familys time and seem to make no allowance for this other than, Sorry, re-schedule with us again so that, if youre busy when we call the next time, we can waste five more hours of your familys time.Keep up with customer policies like this and see the effect they have on the longevity of your business.

No Heat New Furnace. Middletown Air Conditioning and Heating to the rescue. Heather was knowledgable and helpful with the technical stuff and gave me an estimate which was a little lower than someone else with an inferior product. I had done my homework. The installers arrived on time, they were friendly and easy to talk to but went right to work. They were professional and I felt like they knew their trade well. They kept me informed and we had a few chuckles as the day went on. I would highly recommend them to everyone and will have them doing all of my servicing in the future. Thanks guys for a job well done. I am warm and toasty now!!

This review is on the lack of communication not the work that was provided. In the month of August of 2018 I had a Carrier HVAC system installed into my home, this includes the complete setup with digital thermostat. The system runs very well, my gratitude to the fine people at Carrier. The install went as planned and there were no hiccups that came up at the time. Shortly after this I noticed that the household doorbell system was malfunctioning, very peculiar. As most homeowners things get placed on that ToDo list and prioritized. Well doorbells were not at the top of mine.Fast forward to 09/2019. I purchased some of those doorbell cameras and installed them. I wanted to hardwire them so I did not have to keep charging the batteries so I start troubleshooting the issue with the doorbell system. So I finally figured out the cause of the fault for the failure of the doorbell system. The transducer wire is sitting right on top of the Carrier system inside the furnace room. This is the wire that goes from the doorbell chime to the transducer. This is very odd indeed.I do some research and find out that some older homes have their mercury thermostats and doorbells run off the same transducers. Well since this system has been upgraded to a fancy digital one it was not longer needed and removed. I guess the tech felt to mention the wire he left bundled up, on top of the unit, oh did I mention he zip tied all nice and clean so it wouldnt fall down, thats so nice of him.I know this is getting long but if you stuck it out this far, just hang in there, this is where it gets really good.So I call Middletown Heating and Air and inquire about this issue. The gentleman I talked to has no issue looking up my info and apologizes about the tech not informing me that they cannot hook up the doorbell to the system as it violates code; very understandable. he says that he will have a new transducer ran out to me the following week. Thats great I tell him. That should have been the end of it right? NOPE.Well the next week pasts and no transducer. I call back, finally get ahold a another person. This guy Cannot find my information, and states that I never had a system I stalled at my address. WUT...I have left numerous messages with the invoice number and have finally given up trying to reach these clowns, yes clowns. They took my money but have lost all my faith in anything that they can do all because of a transducer and their kindergarten filing system.Burn one customer and they will tell everybody they know, and I am.I also hope that somebody from Middletown Heating responds to this, because I have attempted to contact your company.Have a wonderful day.

AC stopped working and our regular go-to HVAC company couldnt get to here for a week, unless we wanted to go the emergency route (and higher fees). Scott with Middletown AC & Heating came out and accessed the situation, and after weighing options we decided to replace our 13 yr old AC unit with a new Carrier. Middletown AC & Heating even worked late on a Friday afternoon to leave us with cool air for an extremely hot weekend, and returned early Monday morning to complete the job. Couldnt be more impressed with the entire Middletown AC & Heating team!!

Terrible. Avoid at all cost. Had furnace installed by them, to later find out the employee who recommended the replacement was terminated due to less than faithful assessment practices.Recently, we needed a second opinion (insurance) on our unit due to damages caused by flooding. They cancelled the first appointment the day before. Then, the rescheduled appointment was missed. Called them to ask why and was told they were too busy with carryover work from day before. They didnt call us, we called them. TERRIBLE service, surprised a company like that can stay in business.
