Jacob was friendly and I trusted his recommendations. He cleaned outside coils, replaced a pound of freon, and he went back to your office and picked up 2 filters for the furnace. I was very pleased with the service he provided. I would, however, recommend in these days of Covid that employees wear masks.

Jacob came out to inspect some duct work and pipes in the attic due to my concerns of squirrels getting in, chewing on things, and possibly nesting. He was extremely polite and professional. Johnny the plumber that came to our home did do good work BUT he overcharged us by almost $400. We only had a p-trap leak and our bill was almost $600. It should have been $250. when I called the office they offered a credit BUT had I not called I would have been greatly overcharged. This is an experienced plumber with this company and he should have known better what to charge for this work as the supervisor said there was a fixed charge for this service. Accident? Maybe, maybe not. We will not call them again.

Arrived within the window they gave for service call. Promptly unclogged drain about 50 ft down the line.Well worth the price. Especially when THEY explained to my wife what I have been saying for 22yrs about what goes in a disposal and how to use it.

We had a broken valve on a bathtub knob on a Saturday afternoon. The person who answered first said they could come between 5-11 p.m. but called back right after to say they had someone available and Bret the technician arrived in less than 45 minutes. He was extremely helpful and got the immediate situation taken care of right away, another person will need to come back to install a new faucet on Monday. We really appreciate the professionalism and good work.

I am very pleased with the work done by Alex and Becca in my home. We had a slab leak, and had to have the plumbing in our entire house re-routed. Alex and Becca were very professional, and were very considerate about not cutting up our walls too much. They choose the routes very carefully for the re-route and I was very pleased with the results. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be, and they finished ahead of schedule. Every time I use Daunheauer, I always get a great professional plumber, and their customer service is second to none. I will absolutely use them again.

Any hour? I called today for an emergency repair, Sorry our earliest even for emergency service is Monday. Ive used Dauenhauer before and they are pretty good but you cant apparently rely on them for emergency service at any hour. Big YIKES.

Mark Letner replaced my old-fashioned hot and cold shower faucets with a single handle posi-temp valve and trim, all without me having to tear out the shower wall. I had a drip for a long time because my old plumber only replaced the washers/seats, and so I stopped asking. Mark is very skilled and focused and I can tell he enjoys his work and helping others fix problems.

The plumber, Mike Weinberg, showed up early to our very serious water leak. He clearly explained what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He completed the repairs and gave me advice on addressing non emergency issues that I had, then gave me a discount card for future use. I always use Dauenhauer for my plumbing issues, but Mike was the best plumber I have had come and fix my issues. I would strongly recommend Dauenhauer to anyone who needs a plumber.

Called about a clog in my main sewer line. The guy was very professional and understanding. Never once complained even after he got completely drenched from head to toe in sewer water when the clean out popped off due to the pressure being built up in the pipe! I had a toilet that constantly ran. He was able to replace the 0 ring but the problem was not yet resolved. I was remodeling a bathroom in a condo unit and the units shut off valves were not operating. Dauenhauer Plumbing had done some prior work in the building, so I gave them a call. To be honest, I was hesitant to use a big company like Dauenhauer because I assumed that it would be too expensive and the service would be poor. Fortunately, neither of those fears were proven to be warranted. Becca and Mat were very responsive and professional, while also being personable.

Our service guy David was very professional and knowledgeable for such a young man. He removed our 80 gallon water heater that was leaking and replaced it with a smaller water heater saving us money. Very happy with the service. We called at 8AM on a Holliday weekend and they called to let us know that they were on their way at 10AM the same day. Couple hours later we had our new water heater installed. I would use these guys again.

Chase was very kind and professional. He explained the unclogging process thoroughly and made sure I knew exactly what he was going to do. He cleaned up once the job was completed. I had a issue with my water heater. water was coming out the top and bottom a Sunday around 4:30am so called around to different places and no one was opened around that time so I Google and prayed that i would find one and guess what ! My prayers was answered 🙏 I had no clue what to do at this time so I called this company and the representative coached me through the process on how to turn off the water off once that was done she made a appointment for me and gave me a time that they was coming along with a follow-up text the plumber who came to fix it was very nice and patient throughout this process. I strongly recommend this company theyre a little pricey but theyre well worth the price 😉you know the saying you get what you pay for with this company is the truth so please dont snooze on this company guys!

Erik diagnosed the problem, intelligently and professionally. He was very thorough in his analysis. He worked diligently and kept us informed as he completed his tasks. Gas line - Dauenhauer worked with LGE tirelessly to install a gas line to my home. It was a huge project and they did excellent work.Sewer line- I had an outside bathroom added to my home. Nick and team spent many hours adding a sewer line and bringing water lines from inside the home to the outside bathroom. Always courteous, professional, timely, and hard working.Highly recommend Dauenhauer for big jobs!

Overall not very pleased with the work done by Ronnie and the helper, but after reading some of the other post here, I can only give 1 stars today.Reason why is this job cost $389 to replace an outside water spigot that they had to cut out a 10x10 hole in my drywall to reconnect everything.Probably a $50 dollar part, but they didn’t even offer to fix the drywall as part of the repair cost or even at a added cost option, no insulation pushed in the area nothing.One would think at that cost it would have been included or even offered with the repair as an added service, but it was not!So I’m let with a nice hole in my wall until I can get it fixed.The outside spigot wasn’t anchored to the brick either with screws or even some dab of concrete mix, it has some play in it.Bummer!

I needed to run a new gas line for my new gas range. I contacted Dauenhauer and one other company for comparing the quotes. Dauenhuer gave me reasonable price quote. Mark Letner from Dauenhauer came to my house for initial estimate as well as to complete the installation. He is the best professional plumber that I have ever worked with. He not only installed new gas line but also he connected the gas range. He also did leak check for other gas lines which was not included in the quote. He found a leak and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable and his work shows that he had a great experience in plumbing and easy to work with him. Over all, Dauenhauer did a great job. I definitely recommend this company to anyone.

She immediately found the issue and fixed it very quickly.She was also very professional, wore her mask correctly, and she was very sweet to my dog.I keep my dog crated whenever workers come to the house, but all of the dauenhauer employees that have been to my house have always been fine with her being out and they treat her like she was their own.We needed extensive work done with the gas and water lines once and we felt comfortable leaving Dan and Becca the house key so they could lock up when they were done since we needed to be out while they worked.

Dauenhauer installed a sewer clean out in my back yard. The job was complex and called for a high degree of technical skill. From the beginning to the end, Andre and Clinton used their expertise to locate, dig, install the clean outs and replace fill. Eric was awesome! We had a pretty big leak. Since he was finishing up another job & couldnt get to us right away, he called to help walk me through how to turn the water main off so we didnt continue to flood the house. Dauenhauer has a web-based appointment service however they do not honor any appointments made that way. So about 24 hours before my appointment which I scheduled last week using the web, I was called to say no one was coming but could probably come 3 days later. I let them how unhappy I was about this but they were indifferent at best and let me know the website didn’t really matter -despite text confirmation of my appointment time. So I would consider them dishonorable in terms of their commitments. Thankfully the repair is a minor and I don’t have to trust them with something significant

Chris and his team arrived on time and work great together, very mannerly and wore their mask the time they were here and that said a lot with the virus and that let me know that they keep their customers in mind.
