I went in for a pedicure having never been to this nail salon and as a walk in the staff sat me very quickly. Emma provided diligent and high quality work! She was detail oriented and gave me one of the prettiest gel pedicures I’ve had in a long time! Definitely returning! This place seems to have been in this location for quite some time, so it is a little cluttered and worn down but overall great staff and excellent work!Only suggestion is that the inside needs some refreshing and decluttering but otherwise a pleasant experience!

I came from out of town for some photo shoots and one of my nails fell off. CINDY at sensation nail spa glued it on for me at no cost! I really appreciate that even though I didnt get my nails done here, she was still willing to help me out. Great customer service if you ask me ♡

They charged me $70 for Ped. And Manicure with gels. In less than 5 days all the gels came out of my nails, even nail polish will last longer than what they have done. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. and when I called to let them know about the nails, they said its not their problems and if I want it to be done again I have to pay for it.

Gold ombre photos done by KEVIN. 100%. Red nails done by YAYA. 50%. The red looks beautiful, right. It was...for 3 days. No thanks Red Nail YaYa. Gold Nail Kevin is MUCH better, by 1000%. This is the powder dipping system (finger nails only) by Next Gen Nails. Fingers are painted with, what looks like clear coat nail polish, then dipped in dry, colored powder. Subsequent dippings are done, about 2, before a clear top coat is applied. The problem is that YaYa ground down my natural nails a LOT with a Dremel mechanical drill, thinning them out considerably, and (in my opinion), did not allow each coat of powder to be thick enough to withstand daily wear. 3 days later, and my nails looked like ****. A male technician repaired my toe, that was completely ripped off - like off the skin, and foot - via a light silk wrap, and glue, prior to Gel. The salon is acceptably clean, although neither spic and span clean, nor fancy. $$ Expensive, so not that expensive. I was a walk in both times, with the salon filled with many happy regulars.

A lot of my nails were filed at an angle and the nail polish coatings were done unevenly, there is blotchiness.

Honestly really love this place! I dont live in LA but when I go visit my mom there and have to get my nails done I go here. Theyre not too overpriced and they do a really good job love my nails right now! Staff are quick but careful. Ive never had issues going there my polish and nails have always stayed great. They ask if I like the shape of my nails before going on which is nice. They accommodate all the time which is also pretty good for when I cant make an appointment. Definitely check this place out!

My friend introduced me to this place and it was amazing!! I felt like I was in an actual spa! I was treated so well the moment I came in. I picked the colors for my hands and feet and I was seen immediately. The service, staff, and atmosphere are great! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming- I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be pampered!

I loved this place! Molly and Lilly were very meticulous and both did an incredible job! A little language barrier but overall not too much of a struggle. Make an appointment if you want special nails (tip extension, full set, designs) its worth it. 10/10 will return.

Receptionist was terrible teenager that didn’t want to be there. I asked them to match Gel manicure color with regular pedicure and I get this :/ the girl that did my gel manicure was awesome.

Lots of parking, make an appointment becauseit gets pretty busy. once had to wait almost 45 minutes on a thursday evening before they started on my pedicure even though i had an appointment. but they do a good job and the pedicure lasts long. the prices aren’t bad too.

Absolutely a ridiculous place. The owner gives you a late time appointment then gives you an attitude as its late and that she wants to go home. Im like why did you give me the Appoinement in the first place? She is rude and insulting.As the whole experience wasnt horrible enough, she rudely interrupted me while I was taking pictures of my own nails asking me stop recording. Im like why? She is like no recording in my store. I said but its my own hands and she is like I dont care. Take pictures outside of hereSuper shady and rude.I then asked her nicely to finish my hands but she refuses to because she claimed it was already late and she wanted to go home.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This place is amazing! Very clean & very good at the work they do. Its hard to find a good nail place that you can consistently go to, but ever since they opened theyve been my go to spot!

Good job on nails but not that clean and they don’t listen very well. Update 2 months later. The same exact problem. They DO NOT LISTEN to what customers want. So annoying. I said 3 times my preference, they ignore & keep doing what they want. I’d rather never come back. If you don’t care about customer service but need nails done then this is your spot.

I called a day ahead to schedule an appointment and they asked me to show up at 10:15am. I arrived on time to find the place completely closed. I stayed until 10:30 and left after no one showed up to open the salon.

My go to nail place. The best dip powder nail manicure near me and at a reasonable price. Yaya is my girl there.

I have gone to Nail Sensation for over 10 years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I have a manicure and pedicure the cost is only $35 according what you select, i.e. gel, acrylic etc. They are located on Santa Monica Blvd and Armacost St. In WestLos Angeles. Cindy is the Manager.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few over the years!Try the gel and a neck message!

Large parking lot.I have been going to this nail spa for 4 years and I love it.Great gel manicures and good pedicures. Price is a slightly above surrounding nail spas.Kevin and Trish give the best pedicures.Cindy does the bikini wax.Cindy for eyebrows or Trish.Good neck massages for about 10.00 for 15 minutes.This salon has a large array of Essie and OPI polish.It is also very clean here.All manicure supplies come straight out santizer and wrapped.Another plus is the soothing music inside.

Horrible customer service i went to fix my one broken nail and they charged me 35$ to fix my nail and put a new color on than 3 days later my nail broke and they refused to fix it pathetic.
