So disappointed not only in the customer service but the nails. I showed a picture of the shape I wanted and instead of actually looking Kevin over talked me and said “ok,Ok you want almond shaped.” While he started I asked for a flower on one nailOn each hand and he said “no design.” WhileDoing my nails I asked for more point and he told Me they would break. I had to insist that they were filed more. I was told my nails are wide when I’ve had them pointed before with no problem. I did make an appointment prior and they were super busy and just rushing. As a lady that worked there walked by I asked her if she could do a flower and she looked at him and the other nail tech Kevin who stepped in and said no, not right now. My nails had glue allAlong the cuticle. A gap between the cuticle and nail and just very unprofessional finish. I have been to 2 other shops in the are and by far the worst nail experience I’ve had.

Appointment is irrelevant. They dont adhere to the time slot you made appointment, whats the point then. VIP customer can just walk right in and take your spot (that part I can understand, so this is to new customer, expect to wait even though you made appointment). They do a good job though, and can be very fast and professional if they are not crowded.

This will be my second time coming here and I couldn’t be more satisfied I love how my gel nails came out the second time I can’t stop looking at my nails... they are very nice and friendly they are also very attentive and the pricing is worth it, I RECOMMEND IT!

Honestly super sad this place they were supposed to charge me $3 for each design and they charged me $15...These are gel cover for my real nails. I asked for a cleaning and didnt even get a cleaning. I only got them shaped and this terrible lining for two nails one on each hand and paid $15 on top of a $40 charge. Total was $55

I’ve never gotten my nails done here because every time I call and make an appointment they say I haven’t called and tell me I have to wait 30 minutes. They act as if they’re doing you a favor.

I love it! Took every precaution and was very friendly! I got a gel manicure today from Mimi. She triple checked my nails and made they were perfect. I will definitely be returning. It was only 28$ by the way.

They were so attentive and so good at what they do. Slightly primer than other salons but totally worth it. No jetted tubs, where fungus and bacteria lurk - just nice clean stainless steel bowls. I had a pedicure and a full set of acrylics, with a half moon manicure, and I couldnt be more thrilled.

Ive gone to Ellen and only Ellen, since Ive moved to the Sunset area. She does a perfect job at both acrylics and gel manicures. The pedicures (by everyone) are also good! She does amazing shaping and color and my (super frail) nails never ever break! Definitely would recommend this nail shop. Call for an appointment! Therere always extremely busy. I would recommend going in the morning, if possible. And always bring CASH for tips! They do have an ATM inside if needed.

Went there and was refused service. Nail tech claimed he couldn’t do a filling on my nails. The real issue was that he didn’t want to fill them. He wanted me to soak and get a new set which would then cost more. I’ve been getting my nails done religiously for 20 years. I know a hustle when I see one. I will never go there again.

Came here for a face waxing and I was very impressed. Prices were reasonable, it was packed at 9 am on a Saturday, and the lady who did my wax was professional and friendly.

She gave me a hard time about being a few minutes late but said it in a nice way. LOL. Based on the result of my gel nails, she seems skilled and meticulous. Best of all, she was super friendly, fun to talk to, and seems pretty open and honest as well. Found the price to be slightly higher than most nail salons but not a big difference in price.

I love Colour Nails & Spa!! The only reason I stopped going is because I moved out of state. I even kept going when I moved to the valley for a couple months. Worth the drive- the women who work there are all nice and so good at what they do! Theyre fast but they dont rush.

Its been around 5 years now. I found my numero uno person in the LA area to do my nails with love and quality! From day 1, I loved this place.😁

I have come to this nail salon for many years... I have also written good reviews for this place, until now... Every time I have come I have seen an issue with other customers. But I kept coming because it did not affect me. If you come here early morning they for the most part open about 30 min after there posted time. All the employees I’ve dealt with have been good. Except Andy, I have seen him yell at other customers. And every time he has done my nails or I see him do someone else’s he has to take a cigarette break every 5 min he leaves you there without saying anything. His customer service skills are terrible. I have given him the benefit of the doubt so many times always thinking maybe the customer was just difficult. Until now I went in about 1:00 pm they probably had a couple of chairs full with a customer and like 1 person waiting . I let the guy in the front know I wanted a full set and he stood there thinking to what I thought was on how he could accommodate me then Andy was quick to say not today come tomorrow. No explanation, nothing. I understand that they could of had appointments, I understand maybe they were busy. But it was 1 pm they had another 6+ hours before they closed, 1 person waiting. They could have said wait time is long if you don’t mind waiting . But no... I drove there for nothing. I wouldn’t of mind waiting there. I didn’t even bother asking why, I just left to another nail shop got my full set, toes, and eyebrows. Never coming back here again. Don’t get me wrong for the most part they do a decent job on your nails, but the service is terrible.

Andy the owner is very unfriendly and careless is a good way to put his attitude. The work here is good but my gel manicures peel off once in a while and the last time he wouldnt fix it. I sat and waited for 40 minutes with no one helping me and meanwhile he was outside smoking a cigarette. It always takes forever to get in and out of here and I hate the way Im treated so I wont go back.

The place was clean and everyone was really friendly. I went there to get eyelash extensions and they told me its suppose to last 2 weeks. Ive only had them for 2 days and some lashes are already falling off. And the lashes look weird like on one side it has more than the other. I would never go there to do my eyelash extensions ever again

Kevin is rude and he treates customers un kindly and really rude and he tallks in a bad way to you . He did the nails really fast that they come out ugly and he missed up my nails and he blamed me that I messed them up if I didnt do it at all I sow him mess up my own nails and when he did nailfile he hurt me and I was bleeding .

Worst nail place pedi was ok even though the technician did not bother to listen to what i wanted then mani technician did gel color left my nails super thick clear coat dripping onto my skin ...got polish all over my fingers instead of cleaning the nail polish she filed it off my skin. I literally had to pull my hand away because she was hurting me will never be back here

Ive had three broken nails on three separate occasions in one week. Andy the owner is unfriendly, terrible customer service, and careless. Calls me Lindsey even though Ive told him several times my name is ANGIE. Speeds through my service every time, and isnt even looking half the time hes doing my nails (using dangerous tools). Goes outside to smoke a cigarette at least three times while Im STILL in his chair. I went there once and was really happy with my nails but the last three times just terrible! Total waste of my hard earned money.
