Needs Improvement, they did.not have the time on their schedule to tiny one extra rear window that the SALES STICKER removal tore the tint!Theyre next appointment in Waynesville was not until April 29???????? I have it being done tomorrow with Lifetime on 04/10

I took my BMW in for tinting, thinking I wanted to go darker than legal and have the whole windshield done. After a brief chat when I took the car in, I went with everything legal. I love it. Its just the right tint for my car! And I got a good deal!

Customer service here is good but when I got my windows tinted I noticed when I rolled my front windows down the tint wasnt straight with window and had a gap near the door piller so I had to go back and have redone but the owner was super nice and made it right but my thoughts are it should have been done right first time before allowing me to pick the car up the tint man himself definitely knew it was like this and passed it anyway that shows me carelessness on his part not stereoinnavations fault.

Told my friend they could do a lower tint than they actually could and still didnt deliver on the tint they were supposed to.

Did a good job. Lifetime warranty.
