Outstanding! Came in here on a trip to LA and was blown away by the service received. The staff here specializes in gel and designed nails. I chose a mauve gel nail and the results are amazing! Highly recommend.

Best place to get a gel manicure. My nails grew so much in a span of 1.5 weeks. And I have a terrible shape naturally but they made my nail grow so beautifully, I couldn’t stop gasping prepping for my next appointment. Nail integrity feels very strong. I’m a nail biter and I have very short nails and there was a time period I thought they wouldn’t grow so the fact that A I stopped biting my nails because they were sooo pretty and well done and B they were growing at a rapid paste is amazing. I ordered Groupons in bulk from this place since I always forget to get my nails done now I won’t forget and get one of the best gel manicures in LA.

Have been going to this salon for weeks now. Have a regular weekly appointment with Lucy. Two weeks ago she didn’t come to work. She did not have my phone number so she couldn’t let me know. Last week I gave her my number. Today I went in for my regular day and time and they told me Lucy wasn’t coming in today. No call. I realize things come up but....while she does a good job- she doesn’t respect my time. Made it easy for her to simply let me know. She didn’t bother. I guess it’s time to find someone who actually cares about customer service.*Wanted to provide an update to my review. The owner reached out to me following my experience. She suggested another manicurist, Jenny. I’ve been going to Jenny weekly who’s responsible and very proficient at French gel manicures. I highly recommend her and thank Linda, for reaching out and confirming the salon did care about customer service!

Love the place! I did a facial wax and the person who did it burned my chin. I’m still treating it but the pain and itch are still there. Terrible service on her part and she was expecting me to give her a tip. My tip to her was $0.00. However they did some nail work on my mom and she loves them! I did give this lady a tip.Update: unfortunately the marks of the burn are still there and although the itching and pain have stopped, the marks arent going away. Will not be doing any type of wax work in this place. Thank you for the owner for reaching out but I’ve decided to go elsewhere.

Best 💅 salon on Melrose! Great customer service, clean + organized, they take their time, up to date products, technology savvy + great overall energy. I highly recommended, I recently switched my nails salon to Pearl from another salon on Melrose, so I tested out all the salons btwn LA Brea and Fairfax, they were by far the best!

Seems to be less busy then all the other salons. They are very thorough, which I like.

I love going here! Atmosphere is so relaxing and they have an amazing verity of colors.

Poor shaping of my nails the last two times I went in, cut way too short on the sides and it looks all wonky and hurts my fingers. Looks terrible.

Went as a tourist for a simple change of varnish. Very fast service and well done! $ 7 for a simple polish. Just what I needed.
