One of the staff was so awesome and so talented. She is also a great listener. My nails have never looked so fierce and people compliment me about them all the time at work. Love this place. I highly recommend booking an appointment early. Love you guys!

Im pretty sure this place is a front for money laundering. They usually only have 2 nail technicians. Ive seen them turn away clients when theyre not busy yet they dont take appointments. The technicians have attitude particularly the one in the photo. Forget asking them to paint the full nail to the edges. They do a mediocre job at best. I would recommend Linda at Star Nails down the street instead.

The service here is so amazing that I’m writing this review while my nails dry. I’ve visited nail salons from coast to coast and I just found one that exceeded all others. They are skilled, meticulous, kind, and caring. Here we are in the Westwood area of Los Angeles, and the price is half what I’ve paid everywhere else, including down south. I’ll be back every time I’m in the area. I highly recommend!!

Paid $35+5 in tip for the spa mani-pedi treatment. Left with weirdly shaped nails (they dont ask you what shape you want, they just went ahead and turned my nails into circles), sloppy and incompletely applied nail polish, and peeled cuticles (that they didnt even bother to take care of). I could have easily done my nails at home myself and achieved much better results, while saving $40. Would not recommend.

Terrible terrible! I went 2 times and the second time they didnt know how to properly remove the gel from my nails then charged me 10 extra dollars to remove there own gel polish from before. They even told me to go across the street. Not only was I over charged, I was there for 2 hours, which should have been 1 hour of work. I would not go there. I will never go there again 6/2/2018

They are excellent in everything they do! Great place! They are very busy now, especially since Christines Nails closed this month, so make sure to call way ahead of time!

The staff were friendly and nice and did an adequate job for the price . However, after I left the salon I noticed the top coat has bubbled (which has never happened to me before) and the white of my French polish hasnt come below my natural nail line on some fingers which looks a little strange. With so many nail salons around, I will probably try somewhere else next time.

Ive been going to Bisou for 5 years. I primarily get their gel mani and facial wax (would not recommend for eyebrows) and they are the best. My manicures last up to 3 weeks!

Whoever answers the phone got this place was sooooooo rude . He said I make appts people dont show up I asked but I need yomzke appt for yomorrto he yelled and said no appts . Hung up. I will report this place to better business bureau I bet they dont even use santized items

They are so bad, impolite, unfriendly stuff thy don’t know how to treat people in good way.

I came in to get a pedicure and I was told to choose a color. This lady came over to do my pedicure and it was the WORST. While she was removing my cuticles I asked her if she could work more on my pinky. She started to be ruff with my feet and sloppy. Ive been getting pedi/mani for as long as I could remember and this is the worst experience Ive gotten. I was very polite and patient with her with my request. She just brushed me off and did a sloppy job. I will NEVER come back here again or recommend it to anyone. Horrible customer service.

Horrible Experience. I got a fungus on my nail that was due to them not sanitizing their equipment poperly also they were extremely rude and unprofessional

The default pedi they give you ($13) is basically a polish change. Why did they never ask me if im willing to pay $18 for and actual pedi????

Very rushed. My cuticle was cut and they filed my nails WAY too short without asking what I wanted. The gel was done extremely sloppy and went over the cuticles and side of my nails. horrible. 0 stars.
