The nail artist did amazing work! They seemed slightly upset that I wanted acrylic powder rather than gel polish, but I was happy with the outcome. And thats what matters! They were overbooked when I got there. But I showed up ten min early to my appt to secure my spot. I highly advise making an appt a day or 2 in advance.

In LA its kind of hard to find the right nail shop. Either theyre too expensive, do a crappy job or just plain rude. Well at ombre nails youre definitely not going to find any of that. This is my second time visiting after a month of getting my nails done from Simon and I got to tell you, I love the work that they do and you cant beat the pricing. I decided to get the acrylic gel nail set (short nails). Simon was fast,friendly and efficient. If youre thinking about checking the shop out, be sure you definitely get an appointment they fill up pretty fast. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Used to come here when it was managed by a previous owner. Came by today and realized that it is now under a new management. Figured I’d give it a try. Got regular mani/pedi done for $26. Came out pretty good and I also loved scrab portion of my pedicure. They offered some water/soda to drink and used new buffers and files for me. It took a bit longer to get it done given that there were two people doing mani/pedi at the same time but I’d rather have that and good mani/pedi than rush through and have it chipped the following day. Will be coming back.

I received an amazing manicure while I was in town, my nail tech did a great job. I love everything about this place. Please ask for the Oprah locker once you arrive. There set up is awesome! Try this place and tell me all about it.

I never ever wrote any negative comments for anyone in my whole life but couldn’t wait to write for this place .worst experience ever, atmosphere is very unprofessional and rude . Simon is the person u do not want to see ever in your life, he got NO Knowledge about the nail work, very unprofessional, extremely rude . He leave one job in the middle and get the new client, constant on the phone texting while working on your nails ....No matter what u like but he will do what he is comfortable with and after the job, u just wanna pull your hair ... seriously...horrible place, completely horrible

First time here to try out this nails place, very nice place and they did very good job on my gel nails. They also have so many gel color. Very grateful I found this place

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Me and my friends came to get acrylics, came at 11-30, left at 4:15. Only 3 ladies working there. The lady who did our acrylics got fed up with having to do it 3 times, so she made our acrylics super bad. My fingers are all dried up and my nail polish is half off, and crookit. This place is horrible, ladies extremely rude. Dont recommend at all.

I came in wanting Halloween nails and they totally delivered. I showed them a picture of what I was going for, vampire blood nails, and they work very hard to give me exactly what I wanted!! I would highly recommend this place!!!

I went last Sunday with my friends and our first time there was HORRIBLE. Spent almost 4 hours in there for acrylics and only ONE lady doing our acrylics! Despite that, we were patient and everything seemed fine. Three days later, our nails started falling off, and the paint was chipping!!! Our nails looked as if weve had them on for a few weeks ALREADY after 3 DAYS of getting them done!!! What an utter DISASTER.
