Sun Nail is great. Honest, upfront about prices, great staff. I had a small issue and Ana fixed it right away. I also saw the staff have to deal with an unruly customer and they knew how to handle it! I just wish I could tip on my card. Cant wait to return 😻

BEWARE!! NOT SANITARY. DO NOT BOOK WITH HELLEN!!!1st time I went was fine. No complaints.I went back a 2nd time and got a fill with Hellen. DO NOT BOOK WITH HELLEN!! She used her hands to brush the powder/dust off my hands. At one point she dropped the gel brush on the floor and did not clean it before going back in and painting the nail.I left and payed for the service but planned not to return. Two days later 4/10 of my nail beds are INFECTED and BLISTERED.

First time at sun nails, such an amazing experience. All the workers made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I got my nails done by Duke and it came out so beautifully and he also gave me some awesome advice and was also very sweet! The lady that did my pedicure was so sweet and was very gentle. I was taken care of like I was family!! I recommend 100% and I will definitely be coming back. We need more nail salons like this.

This place is REALLY unsanitary!!!! Do not come here . They don’t clean their tools & reuse everything without disinfecting. I think at one point they were a good place to come get your nails but once they got super busy they didn’t care how they performed. The walls are disgusting stained all over, magazines are gross, floors are filthy ! Whole atmosphere is dirty

Having a pedicure done, I have come to find as a valuable thing to do to for health and cleanliness... The pedicure at Sun Nails was done with attention to detail that I truly appreciate. My experience was great and I will return.

I have been going to get pedicure for years at this location and now they want to charge extra to use the massage chair when getting a full service pedicure.Also they act as if they don’t speak any English. Bad service today 7/31/21

There always very sweet and even though they didnt have a lot of technicians they made sure to not rush while they did my nails.

Sun nails is one of my favorite nail salons! Great services and great prices! Want pretty special designs you must see Nancy or Maya. Horrible ingrown nails you must see Mimi. If you need waxing done Ann is your girl! I only trust her with my eyebrows now. These ladys will have you covered.This salon is located right off of Sunset. Parking is usually meter parking since the back lot is now used as their work space. They have a few canopys set up in the back with a few manicure stations and pedicure stations. Everything they do is following CDE guidelines making sure all staff and clients are safe.Check them out if you are ever in the area. They do get busy, so making an appointment would be recommend.Support your local small businesses during these difficult times!Overall:Prices: 10/10Services: 10/10

Terrible customer service Especially the owner who was very rude. And the service and prices are not worth it. They could be doing feet and nails for a penny and I would never go there again. So good luck to the women who goes there.

This place is very clean, follow procedures for COVID19. I felt safe and received two bottles of water while there. I am extremely satisfied with my nails. The only thing I will comment negatively on is that they didnt clean under my nails. Had to ask to have them cleaned. I would think this would be included in a mani-pedi. Other than that and $100 out the purse this place is set outback with all proper gear. I would recommend this place. Rose was extremely gentle with my feat and she deserved a 5 tip. (◕ᴗ◕✿)

Great place. A little pricey but everyone that works there has been working for 10 plus years I havent had a negative experience and Ive been a customer for 8 years and every time i go they are accommodating and nice.

Been here 3 times sporadically over the past 3 years and always had an excellent gel manicure from various staff. I rarely get gels but sometimes like to treat myself and come back to this same place just because I know they’ll turn out great. The lady at the front is super friendly and greets you with enthusiasm and I’ve always been seated promptly. And man are they efficient and FAST while still doing high quality and with excellent attention to detail!!! Never had any weird straggles or unfiled jagged pieces and my cuticles are always great looking after they trim them. They’re super nice too. Just got my new teal nails courtesy of Bob :)

This is my second time getting my nails done by Sarah. She is super sweet and attentive to details. Im so satisfied with her great work and will keep continuing to go back to only her.

I went here during my visit from out of town. Terrible. The woman who did my pedicure trimmed the sides of my toenail (as they do) but she broke it halfway. I asked politely for her to fix it and she just smiled and said it only broke off a little bit. There was a huge language barrier here,all she apparently knew of English was to tell me her services and how much. Callous scrub- $6, Foot Massage - $5 for 7 minutes (when she broke out the timer i told her to skip it, to me, that is what you pay for with a pedicure in the first place), Orange salt scrub - $6, Toenail polish design- $8. I had politely declined, still upset that she wouldnt fix the nail she had broken off so that there was a sharp point jabbing into my skin on the side. And I asked three times, finally I gave up and decided to fix it when I get home. The nail fill I had was much better, but not great. My girl tried to get a flower just right on my nails, but it was such an unskilled job that I told her to just take it off and do a clear coat.....which is textured and ragged looking from her buffing tools. I only tipped her because I had made her try the flower again twice, but I did NOT tip the pedicure lady. I feel that if I am going to spend my hard earned money, I want the service to at least not have a significant language barrier.

I have been here about 5 times and have had great customer service each time. They always greet you and have you take a seat, pick polish, etc. I normally get gel nail polish, and sometimes acrylic (powder). Most of the techs are pretty good at designs. Though there are significant language barriers with some of them, theyre not offended if you grab one of the ladies who speaks better English to translate. The man and woman working the front are pretty fluent.

I usually love this place for waxing or lash extension. But this morning I decided to go for a gel manicure and they made me wait and wait because non of their nail technicians were there. I ended leaving because I cant be waiting all day. Whats the point of opening at 10am then?? Its not the 1st time they make wait even when I have appointments I have to wait 30+ minutes. This is the last time I go there and Ive been going for years

2 weeks ago I witnessed Jack the owner yelling at Nancy and another employee to the point she was crying and he started throwing and shoving equipment as he was cleaning while yelling in their language while I was still there I thought it was so trashy and unprofessional but Ive been going for Nancy not him. Today I had an appointmentment at 3pm and I get there and never in my life would I imagine in so long that I have been going to Nancy and recommended her to prepare for what happened, apparently she had someone there and they didnt tell her I was scheduled it is indescribable how Nancy humiliated and screemed at me in front of all the customers that were there and all because they screwed up. These people dont deserve to work in this area. They do not appreciate or value there customers and I am proof of it...I have been a loyal customer to them and saw a different Nancy today. I had a satisfaction with Kathy. she is very friendly and always know what you need. sometimes I introduce her to some my friend and their experience is almost like me.

The staff is disrespectful he laughs at you while speaking Chinese so that you do not understand. he laughs at my accent because I do not speak English very well because Im French I pay 100 dollars to get a foot and hands and its not the best. its dirty do not go there. Im disappointed . I will not come back.

I took a friend to get our nails done. I told lady two pedi she said 32 dollars each. Pulse I got gel fill and gel pedicure . She over charged me and bill was 124.00 . There so greedy there will never go back. I been s repeat customer and they charge for everything a shame.

This place is a joke! Its so over priced its ridiculous. I paid for the fancier message chairs and was there literally for 20 minutes and she made me turn it off. They are such in a rush they cant even get your request correct. I asked for acrylic gel nails and gel pedi and left with regular gel nail and regular pedi!!
