Worst nail salon experience ever! Got gel manicure and didn’t even stay a week! No costumer service. Don’t go there people!

Horrible job! This lady did my pedicure in a matter of few minutes. She only cares about getting you in and out, only because of not wanting other customers not to leave her nail shop while waiting. I believe customers should leave with a satisfied experience, by doing a great job, and not do a mickey mouse job just to get more money. You want to keep customers coming back,....not coming back.

Best nail salon and best nail technician ever! I have been coming by Andy for 7 years already I have not found another great person like him! Not only is he the best nail technician but also the best and most amazing personality! I love him! I will never go by anyone else for my nails!!! Anyone that hasnt tried it out please do I promise u will not regret it!!! His the best!!!!

I went in for an acrylic fill and gel color. The results came out TERRIBLE. Before the polish change I told my nail technician that the nails were not smooth enough and needed to be buffed more but she said it was fine. After the polish was all done I told her they were bumpy, uneven and way too thick. They looked awful and she refused to give me a refund and only offered to fix one of the nails and then started yelling at me.

Although parking can be a headache on Halsey this street, the service at this nail salon was worth it! I got a gel mani/pedi. The place was a little packed and the tight space were the pedicure chairs are located made it difficult to move around.

Expensive and bad service, my nails were damaged 2 days after. If you dont let aditional tip they dont even answer you the last 10 minuts if you try to talk with them. Very bad experience.

Good place for relax.

Like it but over price, for gel manicure and pedicure,
