Cash only and theres an atm on site. Things that I noticed. nothing comes out of a brand new pouch. Nothing is sanitized or cleaned before use. The woman was pulling equipment out of her pockets to use on my fingers. Overall felt like they could practice being cleaner with the equipment. Maybe not store stuff in your clothes. I felt unsatisfied

•The detailing was horrible•The color is extremely patchy•She didnt bother telling me that the color was very transparent (has happened before and they usually tell me and I have no problem changing the color)•She didnt remove the cuticle•I had to remove the extra polish she left around my skin and it felt as if glue were stuck so I had to go and remove it myself.•SHE REMOVED HER MASK, although I did hear another lady talk to her about it•The stuff they use isnt in sterilizing pouches•When I called I asked for mani and pedi and said it would be $60 for gell turned out to be $40 for just pediHORRIBLE PLACE, save your money its not worth it. I have been struggling trying to decide if I should really write this review or not, since I know the girls at the salon work extremely long hours and very hard to try to keep the business running, but i finally decided to do for it and share my experience because1. I, myself, am a person who take reviews into a lot of consideraron when visiting a place, and I think honesty is important.2. I think maybe this review could potentially help the owner to re-check their customer service.First of all, I want to say that this was my 3rd time coming here.In the first two visits I asked for a basic mani and pedi and I had no problem or whatsoever, what made me come back this third time.At this time, I asked for a pedicure (which was okay. Nothing to complain about), and a set of acrylics.I showed a photo of exactly what I wanted to the woman that was going to do my nails (which I believe was the owner), just to make sure she understood what I was looking for.I was a bit shocked when she pulled some full on stick on nails (not acrylic extensions. I’ve had acrylics nails done before, plenty of times). She literally glued them on VERY poorly and then proceeded to paint them, and just after painting them, she decided to file them. And while she was filing them, she was looking around the store and talking on the phone.She was obviously on a rush and not focused at all on what she was doing.When I realised what an awful job she was doing, I decided to point out very politely some apparent flaws on my nails, to what she said “nobody’s gonna see that. Only me, because I am very close”. LolAt other instance I pointed out how obvious you could see the gap between my real nail and the stick on nail, to what she said that “that is because all nail are different, and that one is different”. LolI was in shock.Again, I understand they are trying their very best to have the most amount of clients in the least possible time, but maybe they should re-consider their position and try to, at least, listen to what the client wants without making them feel stupid.I ended up paying over $100, and now I’m just waiting to see what’s the best time to go (somewhere else) and get them removed, because my nails look absolutely terrible.

I went in because of the high rating but was very disappointed with what I got. I asked for round shape and came out very uneven and sloppy. The nail tech (manager I believe) came and asked if everything was alright and I let her know I wasn’t happy with the shape and she started to argue. At that point I paid, tipped and left. I don’t leave too many reviews but I don’t want anyone else wasting money.

Super whatever! Everything I wanted was “too complicated or not cute” despite them having like thousands on preprinted sticker designs?? Looking at my nails closer after I left, they are a little uneven and clumpy! UghI won’t be back. :/

My nail tech for my pedicure was so nice and did a great job. I will be back, great location and great service! I had a spa appointment and messed up 3 toes and they corrected it for me. Thanks again ladies!!

A little pricey, as many services are a la carte. But overall I was satisfied. I was only visiting from out of town but the ladies were nice and attentive.

Do not go here - listen to the reviews. There is very little to no sanitation at all… they used a pumice stone on my foot and then immediately put it back in their drawer - disgusting? In addition to this, my nail polish was awful. It looks like I let a child attempt to paint my nails. The nail polish is so bad I’m now on my way to buy nail polish remover because it’s embarrassing. Save your money (and health) and go somewhere else!!

Wow, so disappointing. I chose Oui because of all the positive reviews, however my experience was quite different.The nail tech spent 1.5 hours on my gel manicure. Nail shapes were all inconsistent and polish was left on my skin + edges were messy. He originally started using the DND brand (which I’ve since looked up + see it’s a cheap nail brand)—which wasn’t rich enough so he switched to OPI.I was then rushed through the rest of my appointment, which left me with a sloppy finished manicure. I didn’t bother fighting it because I had already spent enough time there and just wanted to GTFO. Bummed, because I thought this place was supposed to be good! :/

Had a terrible experience here. The filing to get my existing shellac polish off was borderline painful, and when they moved on to shaping my nails after the removal, I noticed chunks of polish near the edges of my nails still there. While filing, my aesthetician couldn’t create an almond shape even after I showed her a photo, at which point I decided to say I was going to go. I got up and said so to the manager, who responded extremely rudely, raising her voice and saying it was $10, nothing was free. I paid and left, with my nails looking like hell. Won’t be back.

She cut my nail beds to the point of bleeding twice, and gave me a very sloppy set. This was a week ago. Today, one of my nails broke. Would not recommend

Í came for the first day of reopening. they took my temperature and sanitizing the spa chair front of me. I feel relaxed but more importantly cleanliness. If you need your nail done and worry with the virus. This is the right place. They took caution of corona crisis. Great job!

Horrible experience! I will absolutely never go back! They made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They had a person that seemed to be training on my feet. The manager was running around like things were out of wack speaking in a totally different language, and to the woman working on me. The trainee had someone shadowing her as my feet were getting done. Which made her super nervous and had her rushing my pedicure. She kept messing up and they were getting frustrated. I went in for a spa treatment to relax and cater to myself but ended up with the total opposite. I never felt so embarrassed in my life.

I never leave reviews, but this was by far the worst manicure I have ever received. I came in at 6:45 and didn’t leave until 7:52... for a gel. Over an hour. My nails were nicely grown out but they’ve been filed into horribly mismatched nubs. The woman painting my nails was doing so in such a bizarrely erratic way—like a small child. When I complained, the owner said the girl who did my nails was actually a specialist in eyelashes and this was her first time. If someone is being paid $35 for a manicure, they should be a manicurist, no? I’m an Asian woman and hate to leave a bad review for another company that is run by Asian women, but this was such a bummer of an experience. Spend your money (and time) elsewhere!

Have searched for a salon that is top notch and I have found it! I absolutely love the work here. The salon was super busy but the staff dont neglect me. I came on the Saturday afternoon. She did the exact design based off the picture I showed her! And did very careful for me. The atmosphere is inviting. Im super happy that I come here. I absolutely love it here. All the girls are amazing. I love how they does my pedicure. I have gotten pedicure from other places but OUI always the best. It was so hard to communicate with the person that was doing my nails. They didn’t do anything of what I explained I wanted for my nails. I think he tried his best but I just feel his has not the experience. Would not come back to this place.

Come here for gel manicure with my co worker. We have great time here. The business is new. Therefore all the spa chairs and tools are new and spotless. But the most important to us all about the services. The two of the staffs helping us definitely experience knowing what they doing. They’re professional. My gel last for 2 weeks more. By the way the price is affordable. And they have parking lots. Totally love this cute shop. They have life time customers.

Love these ladies, they are perfectionists and very sweet. They know what looks best on each person in terms of nail shape. I know if they do fancy designs but if youre looking for something classic, beautiful and consistent, this is the place. My last gel manicure lasted more than 3 weeks and was immaculate except for the new growth.

This is my go to nail salon place where I know I can get consistently GOOD service from any of the ladies there. I know people usually have their favorite on who they want to book their appointment with, but all staff at OUI Nails spa make sure the nails is filed in the right shape and matches the other nails. The salon is impeccably clean and they take care the salon neatly. Anyway, the salon is awesome! The spa pedicure is the best.

They cut my toe. Pedicures came out uneven. Manicures started chipping the next day. They rushed my brows when another customer came in and left them a mess. I asked her to clean them up and finish and she said she couldnt. Lame.

I absolutely love this place. All receptionist are polite. I had my nail done here with difference nail tech and they all very professional. They listen to all needs and make sure that youre taking care of.The price is less expensive than other nail places. However, they offer top products without extra cost such as opi- Essie- butter- yoga. They pedicure last a month.I came here because super relaxing setting, high end spa chairs, soft neck pillow, lovely jazz and most of all the nail tech is experience. My husband and I have amazing experience at this salon!I was recommend the powder dip. Its last long time and I dont have to suffer with the smell of acrylic. I never able to grow my own nails; the dip powder dio technique and I have my own real nails! they have many colors to choose from. My full set turn out lovely. My husband in the other hand got manicure and pedicure. He got extra massage and paraffin treatment. He love it. The staff is GREAT. Come on down to OUI nails spa They ROCK!

We came here as part of a bachelorette party, 5 ladies. They were so great about helping us and the bride decide what was best for the special day. Having recently moved to LA, I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and I found OUI on yelp. The location is clean and nicely decorated, parking is easily available too.My manicure is incredible. The nail tech took her time with my paint and she is detailed trim my cuticle. The manager is making sure everything was perfect. I was more than happy when I pay them. My manicure only cost $15 dollars.Thanks you for great experience and I definitely be back

Ive been here before and its been good, but I was there recently and I got gel and my nails are already chipping..it hasnt even been a week yet. Also, she messed up one of my nails and I asked her to fix it and she only repainted half of it. Im very disappointed, wont be coming back.

Why didnt I know about this place sooner? I actually went up the street to farmer market. I walked up to Oui nail spa and they took me in right away. Luckily they were able to take me. This place is adorable, clean, and inviting. They offered difference nails services from basic to deluxe spa treatments. Of course the price is difference with levels. I got gel manicure and spa pedicure for only $40. What a deal. I went down street got the same things and paying more than $60. I was very happy my gel look great. I have no complaints. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfying with the manicurists. This is officially be my new nail place.

My friend and I got our fingernails done after work and had so much fun! We were a little late for our appointment, but they were totally sweet and understanding; even though we stayed a little bit after close. Everyone from the receptionist to the nail technicians and who I think was the owner is super friendly and truly cares about your experience. The place is adorable with comfortable chairs real jazz music and smell like spa than a ordinary nail shop. The gal who did my nails paid close attention to detail yet was still fairly fast and pro. What a great place! I got deluxe manicure, so I got my manicure a long with a special scrub on arms neck and back. I feel rejuvenated right away. So happy that I found oui spa. They took times to do the job right. Im so please. In fact I might bring my whole wedding party in preparation for my wedding in couple month!

Decided to give OUI nails spa a try because of all the good reviews and I was not disappointed. They were already busy when I walked in and I only waited 10 min before getting attended (I was seriously expecting to wait half an hour because they were so busy) I got a coffin shape full set and a spa pedicure. Both ladies were very sweet and gentle with me. Usually I have to watch the lady doing my pedicure because Ive had some bad experiences, but here I was so relaxed. I was please with my experiences and the entire time I was close my eyes! My nails turn out perfect I definitely be back.

Rude & indecent Asian Owner - I’m appalled at how bad their service is, & their behavior. They use cheap Chinese nail lacquer inspire of me asking for O.P.I. The first day they marketed themselves perfectly, but two days later, when the nail colour chipped off and I went there to ask if they could fix it, she denied it And displayed crude, slum-like behavior. I’m from France, & we excel in nails- so disappointing to see that’s the kind of service they have. I would recommend going to a better nail spa - perhaps one not run by Chinese using duplicate fake products and overcharging. They only take cash- shady again

They were very welcoming from the second I walked in. I was unsure about my color because I have a lot of various events coming up and wasn’t sure the best one to pick and they even worked to help me find the right one without being pushy. They were very attentive and kind. I like the music and overall feel of the place also. They will also will give you a shoulder/neck massage for a small price and can do a variety of designs. Overall, they were great. They offer choices and other services without trying to pressure you into taking them like so many others do. Of all the places I’ve been in LA, this is definitely one of my favorites!

Cant forget to mention that Ive have been serviced by 3 staffs at one point, and Ive never been disappointment.Theres no other place I would rather go to get my nails done. OUI is the best!

I must give credit to oui nail team. They’re professionals friendly and accommodating. My children have their nail done. They’re moving non stop but the staffs are so patient with them. It’s plus when I see they have organic polish (kids polish). My children love their nail and we definitely come back here.

I love coming to the OUI Nail Spa, Ive gotten acrylic nails and gel nails here and they always turn out PERFECT. I love treating myself to a pedicure from time to time as well and their chairs are very nice. They also offer should and neck massages at $1 per minute and its so worth it!The staff are all very sweet and attentive. Whether you call ahead and walk in they will take care of you! The atmosphere is relaxing with pleasant music and beautiful, yet modern interior design.My favorite place to go for self care!

Went in there hopeful that would have a good experience. The review are really good so I was excited to try this place. The lady who helped me did a really bad job. Her shaping is way off she left all my acrylic nails looking different from each other. So now my hand look ugly. I picked a matte top coat and she did I bad job painting them you can tell where she missed the matte layer. She was nice enough to fix it but she made it worse. I have polish on my cuticle area and she wasnt able to clean it up. My nails look bad and the sad part is that I paid for it. Sloppy job I wont be back and definitely dont recommend them. Only positive thing is they are nice.

This place is really nice. The atmosphere is relaxing and the ladies are friendly and attentive. They can design a custom color for you and are willing to work with your design ideas as well as collaborate with their own. I think they are a bit overpriced on their pedicures for a simple polish but other than that, theyre awesome!

Great job on my super short nails, which are hard to do (I bite them, sadly). Just got a simple classic mani/pedi - but gel polish on my hands to last longer. Very nice people and clean cute space. Decided to stop by here after work and I’m so glad I did! Everyone here are so nice and welcoming :) I got a pedicure and gel manicure and they really took their time. Definitely will be coming back here!

OUI nails spa is a must stop nail spot!This has been my fifth time here and absolutely have been pleased with the service. I dont remember the name of the gal that did my gel mani but today I got the best of all. My pedicure was so very relaxing.I found the salon to be very CLEAN, relaxing and professional. I noticed the most of the other reviews complained about OUI but I think theyre written by their completion. I check out the restroom and theyre super clean and cute décor. Moreover, My pedicure last a month and my gel last for 2 weeks. Plus I love the music that they play and they never spoke their language in front of me. Plus the price is right and They never disappoint me. Definitely go to try out this salon!

It was a ok visit. Friendly, quick and decent (cash only) prices. They also have parking in the back which can be a problem in the area. But I didn’t feel it was a very thorough pedicure and manicure. I would return but not a 5 star experience

Says they close at 7:00 on Sunday but theyll wait for you if you call ahead.I like Oui nails spa because they have parking. The staffs are professional. The spa chairs are very clean. The shop is small but so adorable. Most of all the price is just right.I like the ladies but this place could be a hit or miss. Depends on what time of the day you go. After work around 6:00 pm or so, then be prepared to feel rushed. They try to accommodate everyone so theyll be a bit of hurry to finish your nails. Sometimes its good thing, and sometimes its not.All good! I still love the ladies who would ask me if Im married or dating or working or going to school or Im Chinese/Korean/Filipino.....LOL. Theyre all super sweet.

The shop didnt have a strong chemical smell which was nice. They seemed to be on top of their clientele continuously walking in. All the girls did a nice job on my pedicure and Manicure. They used the machine to remove the calluse. They took lots of time on my heal and making sure my feet is soft and smooth. paying five dollars on top of the service for my calluse worth every penny. The manager is supper sweet when I called and making appointment. She told me about free parking lots. Great customer service; made me feel comfortable. I like this place and definitely come back for more.

VERY satisfy with my pedicure and gel manicure. Theyre clean very carefully my toe ingrown nails! I love all the ladies here, they make sure customers feel comfortable and relaxed. Team is professional; They all do great job. I pay $40 for gel mani and spa pedi. Its bargain for excellent service and quick. My nails last pretty long. definitely my go to spot now.

Was in the area and thought I would try then out ..BIG MISTAKE! They opened over half an hour late, thats fine I wasnt in a hurry. They couldnt do the ombre design I wanted so I went for a simple nude. And thats where it all went downhill. They continuously tried to upsell me when I didnt try a different design. They got visibly upset with me. Ok still went ahead. The lady doing my nails was very curt and got upset when she messed up my nail polish. Then had me dry my nails and when I mustered up my courage to ask for a top coat, you would think I had asked her to loan me her car! Meanest side eye Ive seen this side of the Mississippi 😒. Anyways I left, nails not dry, pretty unhappy all around. Please please please take your business to a more client focused and considerate locale. Happy holidays!

I was really excited to get my nails done based on all the good reviews and pictures of their work but it turned out to be a scam! Both my daughter and I were so disappointed! I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Ive been to many places to get my nails done and this is by far the best! They made sure every detail on my nails look perfect and pricing was fair. Love to be back!

Went to get my gel nails done today for the first time here and Sarah she was Amazingly nice and friendly i loved how she was trying to help me out to hAve pretty gel design and stuff . Never satisfied with nail salon ladies here in L.A because they were either rude or bad. Im definitely coming back to get my nails done again!! Thank you Sarah

It looks nice when you walk in, but when I was sat down only one lady would actually respond to what I was asking and it wasnt even the one who did my nails. The lady didnt even trim my nails before starting the acrylic process. The person who did my nails cut me and I started bleeding and then started doing an ombre when I didnt want one and when I said something she ignored me because she didnt know what I even said. She also put the acrylic on my one hand before shaping the nails, but did that opposite on my other hand. My skin is more dry than Ive ever seen. I dont think its very sanitary either. And I still paid 45 dollars.
