People dont wear mask here even though they put a sign on the glass window. When you say something to the employee they say oh hes washing his mask. The own mentioned that hes losing business. Besides a pandemic going on people still need to wash clothes but if they do not feel safe there though stop going.

This is my 5th time coming to this laundromat and Ive always felt welcomed... however tonight I was greeted with a we close at 10 oclock!Sign on door says last wash is at 8:30pm which is the exact time I got there.I was told what washers to use, when the washers were finished and felt completely rushed. I stepped out at 10:02pm and as much as Ive enjoyed how Ive been treated before, I have to really think and consider if Im coming back.Too many other choices in the area to put up with rude customer service.

Greatest laundry mat ever they have the giant size washers and thay all work I had the pleasure of being help by Mr AMAZING who not only help me with bring in a ungodly amount of bags he then went out of his way and helped by putting in the soap and quarters so that they would start and finish only a few minutes apart not to mention the place was beon clean all the washers are wiped off inside an out after every wash and the dryers are clean and all the settings work after all was done the owner then help me to my car I never thought I would say I had fun at the laundry mat but I did Thank you Mr AMAZING I will keep my fingers crossed that the next time we meet that Mrs AMAZING is there.Thanks for going above and beyond

Well I used to love coming here but I came here last night to do my laundry, I brought 2 decorative pillows to clean and one of them was stolen. I was waiting for my loads to dry and the wife of the owner asked if I wanted to use the bathroom before she left for the night. So, I decided to take advantage and use the bathroom. When I came out, I went to unload the dryer and noticed one of my pillows was missing. The place was dead and there was an elderly man present and twin Asian brothers that came back while I was unloading. Her father (who is creepy and always glaring at you) came in when she left. Her husband (owner) happened to come in at the time I was folding and I told him and I asked about the recordings of all the video cameras (theres a bunch of them set up all over). He asked for my number and said that he had to contact his wife because she had the iPad that had the recordings. She texted me that night and then the following morning apologizing saying there was nothing on the recordings. How odd that my pillow just disappeared. I thought she was sweet and they were nice since they offered cold bottled water for refreshments - dont be fooled. If you do use their business, keep an eye on your stuff especially if you have nice things.

Great place to do laundry! And your always greeted with a bottle of water. Plenty of machines for big or small loads, never having to wait for a machine to open up ! The place is always clean with someone always ready to assist you in case you run into some sort of difficulty.

Immediately noticed the beautiful fresh flowers all over and was impressed. Then was given a bottle of cold water, Halloween candy, and given the wifi password. Great customer service and very clean 👍🏾

The treatment of customers is very inconsistent. Me and a friend experienced hostility and bias. It was a one time incident but we could not tolerate and forget about it because its very unreasonable. We will never patronize their service anymore.

I go here to wash and dry clothes every couple of weeks and today I just need dry some clothes and they refused to let me use the dryer. FYI you cant just dry clothes here.
