I almost never give out five stars but this place is all about the best customer service plenty of parking and carts.they have tables to sit .They have a couple of massage chairs.hot and cold drinks Vending machines with snacks and others sell laundry soaps fabric softener.Big screen Televisions and big screen security camera views so you can check on your car in the parking lot as well as all the isles in the laundromat.Oh and they have change machines no need for troublesome apps to turn machines on. Did I mention that they are open 24hrs and they have an attendant present at all times ready to meet your needs. The place is clean.Best of all the machines actually work. my cloths have never turned out so bright fresh and clean and dry..I was in and out in a couple of hrs. Did about 50 loads dried and folded. Pretty much had the place to myself.It was awesome. Oh oh.they also sell purified drinking water just outside the door.So bring your five gallon containers and refill while your at it.

Ive been going there several years. Today will be my last. They changed the time on the spin cycle so the clothes are close to wet. I used 1 $2 wash and 1 $4.25 wash, different washers and opposite sides. So it is the timing and not the individual washer itself. They lowered dry time and now its 10mins. I put in in small dry loads and my normal .50 to dry needs more quarters. Its sad they did this. I feel cheated. I didnt give them 1 start because its always been a great place, the AM employee does an AMAZING job keeping it clean. The PM employee isnt close to her efficiency.

I love this place. Especialy during the early morning hours I practically get it all to myself. .I washed and dried all my clothes, refilled my 5 gal water container, and still had time to clean and sweep my rugs in my car and wipe the dirty dust off of it while I waited for my clothes to dry.Back in time to catch a few hrs nap before the sun gets too hot. The staff is always present and ready to assist in any way. ...but my favorite is finding loose money in the dryer that I forgot I had in my pants.yahoo ten dollars in the dryer. Lol.

I want to thank the dry cleaning shop for the great service. I had a suit dry cleaned here, and it looked great. I brought some silk shirts with some spots that needed some extra cleaning, and they repeated them and brought them back to life. 5 stars all the way! Keep up the good work!

I never found a cart to put my clothes and I ask and never havent

GREAT PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES.

Today 09/17/21 #28 washing machine stole my money. The machine was malfunctioning and I couldnt find a worker to help out. I called the number on wall but no reply. As of right now Ive been stolen $3.50 from washing machine.

Some washing machines either:-they dont work at all-dont rinse-dont prewash-dont spin cycle-cant use too much soapThe change dispenser machines are out of use, so you have to wait until the employee helps you (hes doing his best so is not hia fault)-the drying machines only give you 12 mins per quarter(most places give 15 min) so thats another star less- verdict: if you try harder youll find a better place than this.

As a veteran on all these local laundromats, this one here, is the best. First you will find at least 4 washers available at all times, it helps they have a wide variety of sizes. Huge open lay out, super clean, with dryers to spare, of course visiting after 6 is recommended. Just keep an eye on your cart those can roll away somehow.

Its open 24-hours its got plenty of parking plenty.of washers and driers massage machines you sit in that cost a dollar and you can also get purified water there its got flat screen TVs its got security cameras you can actually watch your car in the parking lot while youre doing your laundry its got coffee machine its got vending machines its got drink machines and places to sit down like a table with chairs and theres always somebody present there friendly staff that can help you out for whatever reason so its pretty nice place.above all the clothes come out super clean.

This place is disgusting!!! I only came here bc I needed to wash my bedding and didnt want to wash big loads at home. Now I feel I need to wash it all over again somewhere else. This place is gross. It smells. The washers are old and squeak when theyre going through the cycles. But the worst really is the smell. Go anywhere else. Trust.

Its okay here. Its very clean and not very crowded. My biggest concern is the fact that the large washer never finished a final spin, and left my bedding soaked. The self adjusting timer seemed to think that it was okay to reduce from 7 minutes down to 1, and yep - left everything thoroughly drenched, not to mention heavy. That isnt how things are supposed to come out.Now waiting longer and paying extra for a dryer that probably wont work. Ugh

I always hate having to do laundry. Especially when the laundromat is crazy packed...I live down the street from a 24hour laundromat with free dry during late night...but honestly. I dont mind driving like 7 mins to come to this location. Its ways clean..and all the machines work at all times. And the dryers actually dry majority of my clothes with only 2 quarters per machine! Im glad I pushed myself to go check this place out...I feel comfortable there. And I love that theres a LIVE stat on how busy it is... :D

Change machine out of order, but no sign to let anyone know. It Costa a quarter to use the resroom, but no seat covers, no hand towels or soap to wash your hands. Not enough laundry carts and the place is not full. This place use to be very nice. So sad. But, I need clean clothes.

This is a for sure spot that offers great service, clean machines, nice sized bathroom if your alone and want to bring your stuff in with you. I went on a Saturday morning around 8ish. There were carts available. If not, someone that worked there helped me find one and asked patrons with multiple carts if they were planning on using all of them. I ended up with a cart. Got breakfast across the street at this super neighborly spot called Christys donuts. I am temporarily staying in DTLA for a few months and in this area there only Laundry Services/ Dry cleaning. I tried walking around to Broadway and Olympic laundromat or S&H laundromat or Lucys and its either non existent or you cant get there without a car which I dont have with me right now. Plus where I live charges $3 per panty to wash. Insane!!! Plus they turned my black coat brown >:-[ I was able to wash my all my clothes here comfortably in a safe neighborhood. The walk from the train is painful but so worth the clean clothes :-). This spot I highly recommend. Also they do have a small parking lot if you do drive.

I went there on a thursday and put my clothes to dry and when i came back the machine was broken so it was still wet so i left it to dry again and when i came back the clothes were gone and i had asked a lady there and all she said was call the number and i called and the manager was no help at all. So now i need a long process of calling police and its such a waste of time never going here again

My friend Jack ran into a pole when he was flying his kite and got grass stains on his gloves. So we brought them here and used the machines. By the end the whole thing was forgotten.

Compared to surrounding other laundromats, this place is very clean. Machines, floors, tables, etc..

I just wanted my clothes to be dry, the machine did not work, she directed me to the attendant and she told me there was nothing I could do about it because I had not put Downey on the clothes that Suavitel has to see with clothes that did not dry She was totally soaked, she was aggressive with me, I am a pregnant woman and she was rude.

Dirty machines, when I asked for a refund for the wash (did not ask to be compensated for my damaged linens) they took info but never got back to me, stay away, far far away.

Always since 2002, room to move around, space to work and fold, vending machines, if you forget or run out of supplies, vending machines for drinks and snacks, games, outside area for kids, parking adequate, staff on site, family environment... Plus now its 24 hours.
