I like washing here but there is an old lady here. Who is managing that I am very concern about. She is very suspicious in every customer that comes in, she would look at you from top to bottom like sizing you up. If you complain about some machines she would talk to you in a very loud tone and everyone will be just looking and it is very embarrassing on out (customer) part. She has no decency of talking to customers in a nice tone.some customers are annoyed too.i wish that the owner of this laundry mat talks to her.

Place is clean and plenty of dryers for the amount of washers. But its crazy expensive, and their gimmick 18 min wash means youre literally paying more for less. Speed doesnt get clothes clean. And you still have to pay for dryers. Think of this place as being more expensive to wash than free dry places, but with 1/2 the wash time and still pay to dry. 2 thumbs down and a big toe!

I used this place for the first time last week to wash my baby’s rug And someone stole it. Word in the neighborhood is that the lil woman in there steals everyone’s things..be careful. I want my rug back or the money for it cost me. And they don’t care.

I love 18 Minute laundry! Not too big, not too small, never too crowded. TV on but not overwhelming. Right next to a Starbucks. I feel safe leaving my clothes to run errands in the shopping center. One of the few laundromats near my apartment that still has top loaders (for my rare, half-load of whites). Careful, Dryers run very hot and can damage clothes if left in too long. On the plus side, clothes get dry FAST. Below, my few cons:PROS: (See above, and...)-They lock the doors during the last hour or so before closing. I feel safer, especially as a woman, because this means no crazies can come wondering in. (They let people who have laundry going in and out.)CONS:-Change machine DOES NOT take ten dollar bills (whats up with that?) Staff will break a twenty for you, but....-Staff are not always present.-Some of the staff dont speak English very well, and my Spanish is pretty terrible. Fine most of the time, but tricky to communicate if theres a real problem with a machine.

Decent place. As of August 2014, the smaller top loaders cost 3.75, the double loaders are 4, triple are 4.25 and quadruple are 4.75. There is a 6 loader that is 6 dollars. Drying costs 25 cents for 10 minutes. I dont know what the going rate is but it feels a little expensive and it will cost me about 12 dollars every time I need to do laundry. The machines are all quarters, so I have to put 17 quarters in the laundry machines.

I came to this laundry based on its up the street from my business an the lady that Hawks everything you do is the most disrespectful lady Ive meet Ive never been to a laundry where the attendant open your washer to tell you thats to much clothes. Then Im on a business call an this lady cant even wait for me to get off the phone with a client so she can address her issue to me totally rude an unprofessional. Horrible place! The closest laundry place to me so I’ve been a couple times. The current owner is a mean old lady that is extremely disrespectful. Don’t leave your clothes because management doesn’t care at all

Super old machines. Dryers dont work very well. No entertainment, not even a radio station. Make sure your phone is charged when you go there.
