This 24 hour laundry is the best I have found in the area in a very long time. It cam be a little sketchy getting to the back entrance of the building during the late night hours (the front glass doors are closed and a worker has to come and unlock the back doors to let you in). There are A LOT of homeless people set up along Pico. Although I havent had any issues with anyone the few times Ive come to the laundromat it can still be intimidating. Once inside though the attendants are very helpful and nice. The bathroom is clean. The attendants only unlock the doors for people actually washing laundry so it is nice and secure inside. My only issue... Some of the washing machines have an EXTREMELY BAD odor. Not just the normal musty or mildew odor youll commonly find in many public washers but a truly foul odor. To avoid this I just test each machine before choosing which one to use.

Seriously this is the best laundromat Ive ever been to, not even exaggerating but they have the cleanest washer and dryers . The employees are very friendly and very helpful. Upon arrival in was greeted at my car by a worker with carts for my laundry and then pushed the carts in for me. I HIGHLY recommend this laundromat 💯

Not the type of person that leaves reviews but this place truly DESERVES IT! I highly recommend this laundry to the community. More than clean, and comfortable, it has the best men staff that are always there to HELP! Definitely a 5+ star coin laundry!

Customer service great, hours amazing, convenient and has play area for kids massage chairs, coffee machines and a little store that sells laundry stuff, candy and hair conditioners and shampoos. I like it

24-hours. Big, bright place with plenty of elbow room. A mini-market in the back has all the popular brands of detergents + softeners for sale! Machines are clean + working. Plenty of parking in back. Play area for kids. Vending machines of snacks + drinks. Folding areas. Not alot of seating but adequate. Massage chairs deliver relaxation starting at only $1/3 mins! Pretty cool! No hassles. Not too much riff raff lurking around despite being open all night. As usual, obnoxious TV channels blare away so bring your earphones for your own entertainment.

I am one who doesnt desire consistency with most things in life, but I love doing laundry in the middle of the night. This was my third time at this laundromat whose reviews drew me to it in the first place. The third time wasnt the charm either. I can make excuses for all things not to my liking but I wont because this review is about service; and great service needs to be delivered consistently . This was not the case tonight. The employees were so concerned with cleaning that service was negatively impacted. I was asked to go to one side in order to dry my clothes. That side was filled with people not allowing me the six foot distance that is required at a minimum to stay healthy and free from covid-19. I know all too well the impacts this illness can have on humans for I lost my grandmother a little over 2 months ago due to complications with this virus. I love doing laundry when the laundromats are less packed and now during this pandemic, this social distancing serves me well. I had to let the associate know that I was not going to dry my clothes on the other side of the laundromat due to those very concerns. There may have been a language barrier. Again, Im making excuses perhaps, but the service wasnt friendly nor was it like the other two times when they were cleaning. So perhaps I will try again, maybe not. Ive made it home with clean clothes once again and while not the worst of laundromats, it will not receive a ringing endorsement this evening.

I really like this local laundry brand new equipment, free drying as well. They have a pretty good space to wash and dry ur in and out but be aware that on Sunday nights its crazy packed 😆

The girls that worked on the midnight shift are really good with customers. If you have a problem they are right there helping. This is a good laundromat with excellent customer service. 5 Stars to Mirian and Silvia

Awesome new neighborhood laundromat. OPEN 24hrs. New machines, FREE DRY. The late night attendant Roberto is super friendly and helpful. Unlike the other laundromat around the corner.I go late night all the machines work great. They have massage chairs, coffee machine, nice restrooms, music isn’t too obnoxious. The machines cost more but you get FREE DRY so it makes it is worth it.The only thing is I wish they had some top loading washers that cost less then $3 per load. Other then that they have a lot of machines. And free parking in the back.

Excellent laundry place

The hispanic lady that work during the day is very helpful and friendly. She actually greet you with a smile as you are entering the laundromat. But beware of the Korean lady (she may be the owner) she monitor all of the black guys very closely in fact she goes to her office and monitor the cameras.

Very well kept, clean, new appliances, small convenience store in case u forget anything.Plenty of tables and chairs, plenty of staff if u need help

The service is awesome. Everybody is so helpful and courteous. They help you get your bags out of your car and you also get a free laundry bag on your first visit.
