Cheapest and best deal on the Island! They were very courteous, professional, on-time, and go above and beyond. Got our old SUV junked. With all the other Tow companies we would have had to go to DMV to register it as junked (with papers, title, and both license plates) then they would have towed it for 200-300$, and then we would have had to go Hammerhead recycling to sign papers. But Tow R Us Maui only charged us 140$ to DO IT ALL, we just showed up at Hammerhead to sign a paper. Supper stoked on Tow R Us Maui!

Jason showed up and spent a lot of time getting the car started gave me good advice on driving it and then stopping near a battery store in case it would not charge. Then when I didn’t take his advice and the car would not re start he then came back after hours brought me a battery and put it in. I know he went way over and above what anyone would expect of him I was amazed and grateful. I highly recommend this business and this amazing person who took such good care of me.

My experience with Tows R Us Maui was truly worth five stars. Jason was prompt, helpful and very friendly. We scheduled for a Monday morning pick up, but due to a mix up (on our end, not his) ended up having to reschedule for the next day. Not only was he understanding of our last minute change of plans... he also went out of his way to help us fix the issues WE had!! I have a 2017 Honda Civic Ex-L, relatively low and got stuck in the sand for a family beach day😅. I had expected the sand to be a little more solid in the beginning but my car slowly got more and more stuck. Called them around 4:15pm they told me about a 40 minute wait (which was totally fine because we were just enjoying the beach anyways) and they arrived around 4:40pm. Super fast, affordable and friendly service! Definitely recommend for anyone whose in a last minute bind and need roadside assistance of any sort.

The driver was amazing. The price was right. When they called for payment, my phone had died and they had tried to reach me multiple times before I realized. When my phone powered on, there was one polite message requesting payment. They were so understanding, just amazing all around 😉

They driver was awesome and had a very Aloha spirit. He managed to back my car up hill into my garage and helped me push it in.

My Porsche had two flat tires on the passenger side. Jason changed the tires around so he could tow it on the front two and brought the car to my house way up a bumpy dirt road without a scratch. I use him anytime I need a tow. Highly recommended.

I was unable to turn my car on due to faulty starter and was stuck at the top of Olinda Road on Maui (not the easiest place to be to). Tow R Us immediately answered my call and was able to come tow my car within 45 minutes. The technician was very friendly and checked my battery to be sure there wasn’t a simple solution. He then towed my car to Island Honda. He communicated the entire time from start to finish regarding expected arrival time and when the car was delivered, sending a picture as well. All and all a very positive experience in a potentially stressful situation. Hopefully I won’t need them again but I’ll keep the number in my phone just in case.
