The links on the particular model were difficult to remove, but the team at Artistic Jewelry did multiple fit tests and link removals until it was perfect. They were very kind, courteous and helpful. They also have repaired small clocks and many of our watches at some point. They do a great job and always explain exactly what the problem was. Just as importantly, their prices are extremely fair and reasonable and the service is really fast. They also have a nice selection of watches and clocks and wristbands. It is a family-owned business; they are very friendly and care very much about the quality of their work. Highly recommended!

After a lengthy, negative experience trying to get my watch appraised here, the owners finally reacted to my 4-star google review by offering to refund my credit card and provide me with the appraisal that they owed me. Given that they did do these things, I think they earned a couple extra stars.

Professional, prompt and great at what they do!

They were polite and fixed my watch for a reasonable price in a very quick amount of time (while I waited). The watch has continued to work since the repair.
