Walked in here this morning on my lunch break with little time, Ray helped me out and i asked him how long it would take to change out batteries on two watches, i was expecting to have to pick them up later or another day but he said it would take 10 minutes, awesome. He literally changed them, fixed the date and time all under 5 minutes, i was baffled. Great customer service, cool little shop and a job excellently done, thank you Ray!

Always polite always efficient. I have had my watch battery replaced here twice now. The second time after opening up my watch they said the battery was still good but, offered to replace it for free to figure out if the battery was faulty or the watch. Will continue to come back here for any watch needs as long as I am in CA.

Friendly, neighborhood service. I am excited to wear mechanical watches again and so grateful we still have a knowledgeable, local business to service (and in my case) explain how to maintain my wrist watch.

I dont know what his talking about but I got my wifes diamond ring sized and he just did a spectacular job and I used him on other services as well and not one time have I had a bad experience thank you Alex for all your help

Avoid using. Sloppy work. Alex is a bit cranky and unfriendly . The only redeeming thing was -- he returned the money as he could not answer what went wrong with restringing pearls with string and knots--- replacing the string with a thin wire. He claimed he does not know what product his stringer used but it is not wire ( it is wire). He returned the money and said- never come back---- DONE!

Ignore the Angry customer, Alex is wonderful. Quick, honest, affordable, and did what others couldn’t.

No reservation needed, took less than 5 minutes and saved a buck by checking in. Will be coming back.

Unprofessional. He ruined our rings. He literally left hammer marks on them. Other jewelers were embarrassed to work in the same field as this cur and laughed at his incompetence. Please take your work elsewhere.
