We recently had a campus of buildings built and west coast did the install. At first we had issues big time false alarms trouble etc and had techs out constantlyThen they sent Bill Romine out and this dude took time to troubleshoot and iron out the issues. He is super knowledgeable and helpful we recently went through plan check to change out sensors and Bill took point and it was super smooth.Thank you Bill!
