I have done a few transactions with John and Shelly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs an experienced and professional escrow company. They respond to emails very quickly and are always there to answer your questions and provide information to you. They have gone above and beyond for us and we are extremely happy with their service.
This company is terrible. The people that work there are misleading and straight up lied to my face, leading me to end up paying much more in closing costs than I expected.Whatever you do, DO NOT WORK WITH SHELLY BRUNNENKANT. She is never available- always out to lunch, and she will tell you anything, true or not, to make her life easier.Untrustworthy. What a terrible experience and way to start off my efforts towards owning a home. I hope you never have to deal with these people.
