Terrible budget escrow company. As a buyer this company made the process of purchasing my home more stressful during and after. This escrow company caused my deal to almost not go through, they did not submit proper paperwork, or notify me of their actions on my behalf. After I have purchased the property I am still finding out actions that the escrow company was responsible for, that they did not complete, which has caused me to incur additional fees. They were a nightmare to work with for my lending agent and my realtor. Unfortunately as the buyer I was not able to pick the escrow company. I would recommend for anyone seeking their services to look elsewhere. In the mean time I hope they make improvements.
