Theres always someone new who keeps calling me. I have to re-explain my situation. Its almost like its getting to the point where these people are like telemarketers. I was in contact with one person from Aerotek and she cant find a job opportunity within my specifications. Still I get calls from a new person every week or two. I have to explain my situation to them over and over. I get that theyre trying to find work for people and theyre doing their jobs. At the same time its so annoying having to explain my situation over and over to someone new.

I applied for this company a year with a friend July 2019. never heard back from them until March 7, 2021 When Tyler from Aerotech Lined me up with a Interview with a really good company that I could grow with In my HVAC career.... had me go to drug test. Past all background checks And told me to rest a sure that I have the job That I am there man after three weeks of silence... Then last minute needed birth certificate and Social Security card number I three days ago and now threatening to Move on With the next candidate... I have proof emails of them telling me That I have passed all test background and I have the job

I applied to one job online and someone from Aerotek called me today regarding the position. He asked me some standard basic questions and when he asked me about hourly pay, I punched a high number only because I personally know people working for this rate at this specific job through Aerotek. The recruiter explained to me that since I didn’t have experience in this particular field (warehouse labor), to expect a lower base pay. OK, makes sense fine by me. But he immediately disconnected the call suddenly that I thought it was a mistake. I called back the number and he picked up, then hung up manually so now I knew it was not a mistake.I didn’t think having much experience at this particular job was a big deal and I was more than willing to be flexible on the hourly pay, but this company straight up just hung up on me with no warning loooool do not recommend

Aerotek Search Group was extremely helpful and communicative throughout my job search process. They are so professional and well connected. This office location is Amazing!. came here 07/12/18 same day i was processed got assignment and did all my testing. I start my job Monday 07/16/18. Had a good experience. My recruiter Pauline is very nice and professional. I was sent in an interview within the 1st few days if registering. As with all temp agencies, there are many applicants. I found its best to follow up with them, but she always gets back to me.

The lack of communication is astounding! If I could give 0 stars and still leave a review I would. I was contacted by Alberto Haro about a temporary position. Due to personal reasons a temporary position would not work for me. He said that he would continue to look out for long term work for me. At the beginning of November he reached out to me again with a long term position with room to grow. So I was very interested and definitely wanted to hear more about the job. He asked for me to send my resume to him again and he would get back to me.I didn’t heard back from him so I decided tofollow up. Got no response. I had to always be the one to attempt to reach him. I tried calling his cell, texting him, emailing him, calling the office! And nothing. It’s now December and I finally get a hold of him by calling the office several times. He said he had been very busy and would get back to me after a meeting he was in. Never heard back. It’s completely unacceptable and totally unprofessional. Don’t hold your breathe working with this recruiter (Alberto Haro) or the agency in general.

Aerotek is great! They placed me in an interview with an aerospace company within a week, and I received an offer that very day. Andy Ouano is especially great at his job and very helpful as one of his clients. Could not commend him and the company enough for helping me land this awesome gig.

The tall guy with the dark hair that interviews candidates is extremely rude and incompetent and acts as though he does not want to be there . He definitely ruined my experience. They should have someone else conduct their interviews

Youre a resource to them they do not care about you. If you call no one answers or, you get transferred to several different people who dont respond to messages. Get in and try your hardest to find employment elsewhere, where they actually care about your humanity

These people will find you an excellent opportunity if you meet the jobs qualifications (including a DEGREE for professionals such as for ENGINEERS [not sanitation, domestic, or self proclaimed], scientists, psychologists, medical professionals including MDs, lawyers (LLBs), judges (JDs) etc...), which is reasonable because they need to insure you will be successful at any job they place you in. Honestly you would be better off using indeed for finding a job yha they are nice and all but they only ever sent me to one job and when I tried to contact them nothing. For me I wont be coming back.
