I only came here once last year and I came here for the second time. I only visited here once but she remember my face and name. The services that this place provides are amazing. Its very small, but itll be more reliable than a bank. They provide incredibly convenient services and seem to think and work as if it were their job. They dont try to protect themselves like banks. They always think from the customers perspective and make efforts for the convenience of the customer and provide the service with sincere work until the end. They are smart and kind Koreans who even provide personal counseling. Its a great place. I trust more than my family when it comes to the accuracy of my work.

Decided to take a chance because of the high rating. Went here to exchange money from one of the options they had listed on their sign. Upon telling the lady what I wanted to exchange, she said, No, sorry we cant because we have so much to do. Found that a bit strange so I asked if I could come back sometime during the following week (they werent busy at all, I was the only customer there) and she said, Um maybe? and gave no further information. So I basically wasted my time and gas going there for noncommittal answers and couldnt get my money exchanged. Not recommended.

Very helpful. I had to do last minute exchange and the owner was very informative and knowledgeable. I felt very safe using this location because the parking lot has a private guard. Will use this place again for my next exchange.

I didnt know that their offices were closed on Sundays, but the SJN was kind enough to come meet me. Very accommodating, to say the least. He was quick and to the point, yet friendly. Really glad I found this place. Itll be my go-to place to exchange money.

A foriegn currency exchange business that only will exchange currency from 12 countries. If you have currency from any other country than their list of twelve, you are out of luck here. Also, they will not exchange your coins, even if the coins ARE from one of their select twelve countries.I am no currency exchange expert, but it seems to me that if you have a currency exchange business and you refuse to deal with any coins whatsoever and you refuse to deal with any currency outside of only twelve countries, then you are, by choice, refusing all kinds of business...does not seem very intelligent to me. This place calling itself an international currency exchange is misleading. It is not an international currency exchange, it is a 12 country currency exchange which refuses to exchange any coins whatsoever.For the record, had Turkish Lira, both cash and coins as well as Swiss Franc coins, none of which they accepted for exchange.Dont waste your time with this place, its a joke and this business is not what it claims to be.

I usually there when I need to currency exchange for travel my mother country. I tripped a lot for there, however, when I need any money exchange trouble. they do like a charm and professional works. they know how to business each other.I would like to recommend to everyone who need currency exchange or any western union works. they know how to do it right on time.

The attitude and rudeness I received was super disappointing after I travelled from Hollywood because the Google reviews in the first place. the lady working refused to change Australian dollars because no one wanted to buy them and then gave me a wave good-bye gesture. Dont waste your time here.

Went there to exchange currency today for my upcoming trip and there were two ladies working with super rude attitudes!!! If you hate your job, just quite. Also, they said they only have not even 1/3 of an amount that i originally planned on exchanging (it was just my emergency money, which wasnt a lot). Seemed very skeptical. I had feeling that they just didn’t wanted to exchange due to huge decline in won’s. But thats just my assumption. And they also charge $6 for fees, which doesnt seem a lot; but at the second place i went in ktown didn’t charge any fees. Never going back. Don’t go here. Go check somewhere else at least for better service.
