Took my truck for a wash. Stumbled on this place. They did a wonderful job on the outside and inside of my truck. Very reasonable prices and they paid attention to details. If you want your vehicle to look sharp. Come here.

I have been here since 2012, Ever since that day nothing has happened. I get the super wash or the deluxe.

The worst. Rain gives me a better wash. Me sneezing on the car gives me a better wash.

AS SMILEY AND DISRESPECTFUL AS THEY COME. I pulled up and asked for just an exterior wash. The main guy running things said they only do full interior / exterior washes on weekends. He said he’d make an exception for $20. I said ok. Then realized for a dollar more I could do the full wash. So I said let’s do that instead. Then kicked me out cause I caught him trying to weasel and take advantage of me. I said it’s fine let’s just do the full. He insisted looking slimey and guilty as ever and forced me to leave. Haha wild. Wouldn’t trust these guys to not scratch my car, cause lord knows they wouldn’t care if they did. STAY AWAY!!! Car wash down the street. Lovely experience :)

This car wash sucks they need to have some one supervising the cars when the employees finish the cars before they call the customer 😓😓😓 so I get there today July 3 and I ask for the $16 then the cashier said to get the $20 that supposed to be much better so I agree than I was waiting for my car when I saw the sign that said Tuesday and Wednesday $12.99 they will not offer that you have to ask but that they will clean my car nicely so the guy call me old guy I respect old people and I get inside the car they didn’t vacuum some spots so I told him than I live so I stooped by 7 Eleven and I check the car I saw all this I was so mad 😡😡😡 because I pay $20 plus $4 tips next time I will do it by my self $24 for nothing they need to change the management 😡😡😡 and if you check the receipts it doesn’t said the date 😭😭😭😓😓😓 but check my pictures you will see the date and time don’t go to that car wash you waisting your money 😓😓😓😓😓

I went for an exterior wash only.Sign says $12.50.I was charged $14.50.*note: Car Washes are not taxable in Los Angeles County.This is misleading and more expensive than Car Washes on the Westside.An attendant drove my car into the car wash.*Personally, I dont like anyone getting into my car much less driving it since Covid.Since I was unaware of this policy, I did not have time to lock up valuables and loose $ change which left those items wide-open for theft.Fortunately, nothing was missing.My car did come out clean and the 2nd Attendant did wipe down the dashboard which would not happen in a normal exterior wash only.3 StarsI wont be going back.

For $31.99 you get your car back with dry water spots and had to go back to ask for the tires to be shined as it was forgotten. Overall not satisfied with the value.

Went to get the $10.50 exterior car wash, that is plainly and clearly stated on their sign. Individual in charge of haggling said it would be $35, but for me he would do it for $25. I pointed at the sign and how it said $10.50 for exterior wash... he said no no, $25. So I happily replied, no in return, and got my car washed for $8 at Shell :)Cant vouch for the actual wash... so 3 stars

We should have read the reviews before paying for the to detail our car. Very poor job at detailing and our car was still dirty and very sticky because they spray some large amounts of something all over the inside. We still can’t be in the car because it is completely sticky. The manager is extremely disrespectful.

Asked for the $10 or cheapest wash got the register and it was $30 when asked they said it was too dirty to go through machine... Car was dusty from sitting in parking garage since covid started I even asked that they not clean the inside... a simple hose down would have almost been all that was needed but I was forced to buy the $30 wash I wont be using this place in the future.

I specifically asked for a full service wash for $18.99 but when I got to the cashier she tried to charge me twice that much. I said I would absolutely not be paying for more than what I asked for, so the manager came in and was very rude and said that because I drive a BMW it has to be hand washed. What a joke. I have been here several times before and never had to pay for a hand wash. What a bunch of liars. They would not honor the original price and I ended up leaving with a half washed car. Will never go back.

They do a great job. The car shines for days after. They go as fast as they can without sacrificing thoroughness. This is definitely my car wash of choice.

I have been getting less than satisfactory carwashes in and around Hollywood for years. But never been to the Gower car wash. I was pleasantly surprised and they did a great job. I got one of the mid-priced packaged and it looks like I got a full detail. The guys took their time and really got into the details of getting it clean. I am very happy and the Gower car wash as a new weekly client.

They lied to get you to pay more, be careful, besides terrible job, I wouldnt go back no way never...

They have a sign for exterior car Wash $ 8,50 and charge me $ 12,50 I talked to the manager and he said that minimum wage went up and if I didnt like it just go somewhere else...

Watch out. These guys look for nice cars, tell you it’s “too dirty” and demand $10 more. That’s $25 for a basic wash for a small electric car with a light dusting of dirt that a hose would easily take off. Maybe that’s why all the nicer cars were turning around and leaving. Big Pass

Horrible customer service! Car would have looked better had it been washed by a blind quadruple amputee! I will never go back there. Rip off and when you ask them to maybe do a little better wipe down, they treat you like they were doing you a favor and didn’t pay $25 plus a tip.

Great car wash place with very competitive prices. I usually pay for the exterior wash only which is $8 and then add the triple wax option for another $3. My car usually stays clean for a couple of weeks and then I go back. The workers there do a good job and are pretty quick. Peak hours will take longer.

This is the worse car wash ever around Hollywood area, you should after that they are cleaning the car really well, otherwise they are going not to come and wash your car at their place again .Very poor customer service .Disrespectful employees and manger as well .Price is okay but the service is really bad .I don’t recommend this place to anyone care about their car .

Pretty good service, especially if you go for the early bird special (M-TH before 10am, I think). Ive been coming here since the Hollywood Car Wash stopped their hand-wash service. I havent looked back. Its the best service in this part of town, I think.

Best detail job in town. Took my fairlady z, it was almost as if it was at the spa. George who detailed my car didnt miss a spot. Even cleaned the rear windshield. Perfection.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people have stolen out of my car twice now. The first time were my headphones and I mentioned it to the car wash owner. Since then I started taking valuable things out of the car like my charger, earphones, money etc. I went back today and I forgot I had a few bucks in my console that was stolen. I went for a car wash today, there was nobody at the end to take the cars as they are done washing, my car kept smashing against the front car because nobody was there to move the car. Never will I ever go back there . Not even I do that to my car, poor service. Learn to take care of peoples car.

I have recommended this car wash to many people, but no more. The ticket writer, who acts more like a Gestapo officer, behaves like a childish premadona.As I got there today, a client had just called me and I was wrapping up the phone call when I pulled up. He came to my car for a second, then walked away cursing about me to co-workers. He came back after a few minutes and went to write a ticket for another vehicle. When he finally returned to write my ticket, I politely asked him about his actions, he said he can refuse service to me and asked me to leave.Wow! If this is the type of people ownership trusts to run their businesses, I refuse to even drive by this car wash. Ownership, you should speak to the guys who wash cars there. Im sure they will give you lots of feedback about the ticket writer. From the looks of the place, it can use a fresh start.

I have used this carwash in the past but I have to say Im very disappointed with the level of customer service today. Firstly I was quoted one price only to find out they charge more for SUVs. My thought is that the machines that wash the vehicle dont know that its a bigger vehicle. It should be the same price for all vehicles, its not as though theyre washing a bus or something. Next I go to pay for their over priced services and I find out they want to charge .50 cents for using my credit card! When I asked the manager why they would use this insane practice he tried to throw two quarters at me. In my mind using a credit card in this digital age should be the same as cash! I dont want to hear about your merchant fees they are called merchant fees because the credit card companies charge the business to carry their card, yet this business is trying to pass that cost on to the consumer. Visa fees are a small percentage of the transaction so asking for .50 cents per credit card transaction is highway robbery. I was forced to either pay cash or use my debit card to escape this ridiculous additional fee. Its not the dollar amount... its the PRINCIPLE!Upon inspection of my freshly washed vehicle I noticed they did a poor job of vacuuming and I had to stand over the technician to make sure they did the job properly. Safe to say I wont be back to this carwash. Poor service all around and rude management.

Paid 18.00 for my Van to get Vacuumed and washed .They didnt Vacuum.Then they I tell them, and they get Angry at me.The guy Drying my Car was good.

Manage was not nice and unfriendly ! thats why they can not get enough business !!! Feel sorry for my car !

They use what looks like a street broom to wash the car. Not a handwash.

They did an excellent job cleaning the car inside and out.
