My family of 12 spent an entire week in Los Angeles. We used MGCLS for our daily means of transportation. They were amazing, and catered to many schedule changes due to Hurricane Ida. They handled the changes with ease. Their cars were stocked with bottled water and candy for the kids. My favorite was our driver, Alex. Alex was an amazing chauffeur, as he knows his city well. He took me to several places and even made recommendations.We used sprinter van transport for a day, and it went beyond my expectations. We also used a Sprinter limo for two dinners, and they too were immaculate and stocked with drinks.On one of the days I urgently needed an extra car to pick us up from Disneyland. I have used this company two times to get a ride from LAX to Pasadena. Ground transportation from LAX is more stressful than ever nowadays, and I have been so pleased with the prompt, professional, clean, safe service that I have received from this company both times. I am not an easy to please passenger, as I find traveling extremely stress- inducing. It has been such a pleasure to end my trips with such a great and reliable ride. my first driver was named Dana he was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I had to plan a quick overnight trip to LA to attend a funeral and used MGCLS as I did not want to mess with a rental and they did not disappoint! I had a late flight into LAX and my driver, Ricky, was waiting on me which was so nice. He was so friendly and I had a nice ride to my hotel in Santa Monica. The next day was the funeral, and my driver, Tony, was on time and managed to get me to the funeral with time to spare, which was a feat in itself as the location was at the top of a mountain with no cell service - not sure how he managed it, but he did. I had reserved the car to wait on me as I had a flight out of LAX right after the funeral. Tony got me to airport on time and with no problem! Will definitely use this car service the next time I am in LA!

Disappointing, would have gotten better service and quicker pickup from Uber for half the cost. No advance notice of who the driver is or what the license plate is so it is very sketchy. They upgraded me but didnt tell me and in theory that would be nice but when you are looking for one type of car and they have sent another type of car it is a bit difficult. Would not recommend this company for car service.

Amazing service tonight from my driver, Ralph!! :)He texted me as soon as he arrived to the airport since I flew in from Vancouver to LAX.I found him very easily by the baggage claim, and we had a 30-second walk to his parked car inside the structure at LAX. The car was in pristine condition and very comfortable (seat warmers, water bottles, even candy made me happy.)He was pleasant, cracked a few jokes, and played mellow music in the car that was perfect after a tiring travel day.The day before I traveled, Tony from MGCLS called me to confirm my car reservation. Driver didnt know where he was going, I had to direct him along the way, which was a surprise for a first-time customer; when we got to LAX, he missed my terminal and had to loop around one more time to drop me off. Service was just okay for $168. In the past I have gotten much better service from other companies with bottled water and driver standing outside the car waiting. There was no sense of an upgrade at all from using Lyft. I am going back to Lyft.

Very prompt, very professional, excellent cars - everything you want in a car service. Ive had some less than pleasant experiences with other car services: being late, inefficient routes, etc. It was really nice to find a service I enjoyed and can rely on in the future. I booked this company after doing extensive research online. Coming in from Canada, I didnt want to have to worry about renting a car at LAX. I booked this company after looking at the different shuttles, limos and private car services. I didnt want to do another shuttle from LAX into Anaheim. Weve done that many times, and the companies that weve used are very hit and miss.I actually booked this company due to the negative 1 star review posted a year ago. I was impressed that MGCLS would be willing to pay for the money lost of said customer. Im often sceptical of a company that has so many rave reviews but our experience was awesome. I have to be impressed to give 5stars.Prior to booking, I had a few questions so I went to the website and spoke to someone via the online chat feature. This was super helpful. I booked our transportation immediately.Anthony picked us up at LAX. We didnt use the service where the driver meets you inside. We had a text from him as the plane was taxing and we were able to communicate our whereabouts for easy pickup. Anthony was a great driver, very professional and prompt. No safety concerns and very personable. We were a little disappointed that he wasnt picking us up at the end of the trip to take us back to LAX because he had the day off.On our pickup day back to LAX, we received a phone call that our driver was 5 mins delayed on the freeway (they track their drivers). This wasnt a concern for us since we allocated a couple of hours to get to LAX due to potential traffic congestion. We also received a call from the driver to say that he was off the freeway and hed be with us asap. We were excited to see Anthony, who ended up working on his day off. Again, he was completely professional, and Anthony is a conscientious driver.During our first trip, I asked if Anthony had received his tip as this is all done online, and he had reassured me that the company had paid him. The whole process was worry free and I like a company that follows/lives their mission statements with integrity. We also loved the Tesla. Thanks Anthony. Outstanding service! This is the best car service I have ever used. The driver, Joseph, picked my husband and I up at LAX. He texted me while we were waiting to to get off the plane that he was in baggage claim waiting for us. When we arrived at baggage claim he was waiting there for us with a sign with our name on it He also had 2 large luggage carts to get our luggage. We were so impressed that we hired them to take us on a tour of Los Angeles. The driver, Ralph was WONDERFUL! He arrived 30 minutes early and texted me he was was there and whenever we were ready he was there. He took us to all of the tourists places we wanted to go and we didnt have to look for a parking space or anything because he dropped us off in front of the attraction and picked up us up in the same place. I cannot say enough about how great MGCLS and their drivers are. I wish they had a branch in every city! They are definitely worth the money as they give you more than you pay for!

Rode with them three times for $190 + tip up to Montecito. The fourth time, I called, they said theyd call me back within 5 mins. I waited 45 mins and call back. He put me on hold and hung up. I called back and he hung up again and said hed call me back. He never called back. When I called back again, he said the price would be $345 + tip. Terrible service. Take your business to a car service company that actually wants it.
