Very friendly and helpful staff. The driver was very accommodating. The limousine was great and looked just like the online pictures. Very roomy and ricing was very reasonable.

Omg what incredible customer service, and how helpful and nice the Love Boat team is. I called and called various places to surprise my husband with a limo for his birthday. After booking with someone else I decided on a whim last minute to call Love Boat...Not only did they kill the competitions price by half, they sent a stretch hummer limo for my husband and his friends. Fully stocked. They got caught in traffic on the way to their destination, but no one even flinched because they were having such a GREAT TIME in that full bar hummer limo...I am most definitely using Love Boat over and over and highly recommending them to any friend who needs any sort of limo service. And you should too!!

Between birthdays and prom this month we have dealt with them 4 times and each and every time they were on time, they were polite, and they knew where they were going. Aaron and Ike were our drivers and we felt so safe and comfortable with both of them. I did a lot of research on private town car services as this would be my first time using one. My first pick had a lot of bad reviews and I used Yelp to find LAX town car service. They lived up to the reviews and made our trip stress free as far as the freeways were concerned. I used this private car service to pick up my husband and I from LAX Airport to Disneyland. They knew when my flight was coming in and were there waiting. The car was clean and cool and the driver was professional and courteous. I had to change the pick up time from the hotel to the lax airport. They made the change and were there 10 mins early. Again, great friendly service. I will defiantly use 1st Choice Town Car Service again.

Great Private Town Car Service......I have used several private town car service and limousine companies in the past for everything from LAX airport car service to a limo ride for my family, somehow there was always some goof up along the way (Ive gone through 3 limo companies in the last 4 years)I only recently found out about 1st Choice Town Car Service from a simple yelp search (thanks again yelp!) I was not disappointed!I was very surprised to find my driver a ready waiting for me right when i landed at LAX Airport to take me to Disneyland. My 1 hour trip was very relaxing just what i needed after my 10 hour fight. I can thank my driver George it hink thats wht his name was. Ive used so many different LAX town car services at least 7, but this was by far no doubt the best one.From the reservation process to the time when the limo dropped us off at the end of the night, we were treated VERY WELL! you can tell that the whole team at 1st Choice Town Car Service enjoys what they do and have a passion for quality customer service. I will use 1st Choice Private Town Car Service in the future for all my transportation needs I have a trip coming up soon back to LAX and i will be going with 1st choice town car service again.
