Best service ever! They respond quickly to your booking and to any queries. I even had to make last minute changes to my reservation, and they dealt with it promptly without any fuss! They provide confirmation emails and even text me on the day of the pick up - providing me with the name and photo of the driver. My driver Tom, was amazing. He was friendly, attentive to my every needs, and was a really good safe driver. I felt safe and well taken care off in my trip from San Diego to LAX. Will recommend this to everyone!!

I have used Stay Classy for two different trips I needed a car service for. I will sum up my happiness by saying I will not go anywhere else for car service. Neither trip was to the airport. One was a medical appointment and the other rides to and from my father’s 98th birthday. The drivers and the cars are perfect and their care and courtesy to my father and I make it relaxing for me knowing I do not have to worry at all about having someone to drive me. Please consider using Stay Classy they really are excellent!

Bill H was the best, most accommodating, friendly, safe and efficient driver I have ever experienced. He picked us up from the airport after traveling all day and it was by far the most relaxing part of our day. He put in two car seats for us safely and efficient. The team at Stay Classy has surpassed my expectations with airport transportation. Online reservations were easy, the communication I received the day prior to my flight prevented me from becoming anxious. You know those feelings... did they really get my reservation?.. will they show up? The text messages made me feel like they were on top of everything. I frequently fly to Los Angeles on business. Typically when I get off the plane from across the pond the last thing I want to do is deal with a rideshare or god forbid an LAX taxi where it will likely smell or snarl at me if I dare want to use my credit card lol.After starting to use Stay Classys black car service I can say I will never go back to using other methods. The driver has always shown up promptly and the car has always been nice and clean. After my 10 hour flight the leather seats often will have me sleeping before I get to Pasadena. 5 stars for classys LAX car service!

Stay Classy is an amazing company! My flight was diverted to SFO for a medical emergency and my driver David sent a text asking about it before I even landed. David stayed in contact with me and it was a huge relief knowing that my ride was still going to be there for me even though I had no idea when I was going to finally make it to LAX. David was very nice and asked about my trip, but was also ok with being quiet when I eventually succumbed to the exhaustion from a 11 hour flight. He even had pillows in the back for that purpose. I would absolutely use Stay Classy in the future!

Great experience with Stay Classy providing local transportation for a long overdue husband and wife date night. The reservations were easily made. Communication was excellent throughout with confirmation, 24 hour and 3 hour reminder emails plus texts from the drivers before each leg. We had three legs and two drivers. The vehicles were comfortable and clean. Very courteous and helpful drivers who enjoy their work. Tom picked us up first, Desireé drove us second. Both were excellent, definitely made it a nice experience and lived up to the company name. My experience with my driver, Zabi, and Stay Classy was the absolute best. I had to get from LAX to San Diego at the last minute the day before Thanksgiving and Stay Classy was the only car service or shuttle that didn’t try to gouge me.
