Stay away: sketchy place with a decrepit fleet. I rented a car from this place due to sheer convenience given its immediate proximity to my home. I checked out the car at 10:50 am, gathered my stuff and headed out for a day trip at around 11:45. Once I got on the highway, I noticed that the cars alignment was horribly off, to the point where I was concerned with my families safety. I turned around and brought back the car at 12:26. They offered me a different car, but at that point our plans were already shot for the day and I no longer had confidence in the quality of their vehicle fleet. I asked them to cancel the transaction and refund my money, but they refused. They said this was because I already had the car for an hour and a half and driven 30 miles, but made consideration for the fact that this time and mileage was what was required to return in my heels and return the vehicle. It was clear to me at that point that this was a sketchy predatory vendor that was no stranger to these interactions. Save your time and money and just go elsewhere.

Ive been there multiple times. I sent my family and friends there. I simply love this place.I first met them after I got into an accident and the staff was extremely helpful. I was very shakey, but they calmed me down and made me feel much better,They went through the other companies insurance, so I didnt have to pay a penny for the vehicle. I got a brand new car with extremely low mileage. The car was very clean and didnt smell.Ive been back there several times after that. Every single time I rented a car, it was for entertaining purposes. Every time I went there, the staff was extremely friendly, the cars were always clean, and the prices were always lower than anyone else.Platinum Car Rental is THE BEST car rental service in the world. Trust me on this one, going anywhere else is not worth your time.

I made a reservation with Platinum rent a car. At the time I showed up to get the car i was informed that the car was not available and that no other cars were available. They apologized that the reservation does not guarantee anything. I would make a reservation with this company again.

I would recommend this place. At least they dont rip you off or over charge if you are between 21-25. There is also a great exclusive offers of cars for you to drive!

So rude and unprofessional. I called to rent an exotic car from them, but the girls who answered the phone didnt seem interested to earn my business, and were not helpful at all. It was like pulling teeth to see what kind of cars they had available for the weekend.

This company chargee us for smoking in their car when we never did such a thing. The car we rented was a dirty Toyota Corolla that looked half way decent at night time when we picked it up but during the daytime you could see all the Bondo and dents. We found a lighter under the seat and left it in the center council which was later used as proof that we smoked which is a lie.Beware of this company unless you want to spend $350 renting a junk car for one day

This place is a scam we paid 108 for a drity beat up rental car dents all over and they charged my card for 358 and tryed to say we smoked in the car but none of us smoke and we found a zip o liter under the car seat and when we were there they said nothing about the car when we checked it in and no one called us to inform us about the problem the just kept the 250 despot and the 108 for a Shity car I have neaver had a problem with a company like this and i have relented many cars in the past and neaver seen a scam ask company like this before in my life they will steal your deposit do not rent a car from them do not rent a car from them they are a scam I repeat they are all fake and and dumb do not trust them

By far the worst I ever had. Waited onver 1-1/2 hours for airport pick up. Several people answered the phone and said 10-15 min but never showed up. I rent more than 50 times a year and will NEVER us them. The absolute worst

Car was not new but it was clean.Annoyingly – car only had a quarter tank of gas. I tried to only fill the tank with as much gas that I would use but inevitably I end up giving the car back with more gas in the tank. If they had given me a car with a full tank I wouldnt have had this problem.
