Took us like 4 days to get someone on the phone. My son made an appointment and when we showed up the shop was closed. We waited around 30 minutes and as we were leaving someone came out from inside the shop. My son tried to go in and he said they were closed and he would have to make another appointment. I called the next day to make an appointment and ask why they were closed the previous day and he told me that they were open all day. They do good work when you can actually get in but that’s a rarity.

4 barbers and ZERO customer service skills!I sat there for 2 hours... 2 barbers claimed they had appointments, but sat in their chairs for a full hour plus, talking and texting.The shop wasn’t packed so no one was busy, they just didn’t want to work!
