It is the best and helpful service I have received. The gentleman how helped me for towing my car which broken suddenly right after I turned left at traffic light from ELAC parking lot tonight 8:30 pm. He came and towed my car to my mechanic’s shop and drove me home too. Today (11/06/18) my wife & I had a mechanical breakdown on our way to work. After calling AAA, we waited for more than 1 hour waiting to be towed (InterCity Towing) with no result. Metro Freeway Service Patrol was kind enough to tow us off the busy freeway and onto the city street. AAA reassigned a different tow company (Seven Star Towing) and 20 minutes later Raul showed up. Raul was very professional and cordial upon arrival. He quickly got to work and got our vehicle underway. Even though I spoke mostly Spanish with him, my wife was able to easily speak to him in English. He drove us to our preferred repair shop & graciously went about his way when he was done. Raul & 7 Star Towing were a definite class act during our time of need.
