Got into a little accident while traveling in Hollywood. I wasnt driving my car for 3 months after the quarantine at home, and it wasnt maintained well enough. Couldnt brake on time and hit the car in front of me. Thanks to my insurance Geico, who called Towing West Hollywood to tow my car to a body shop back home in Simi Valley.Joshua the driver was great even-though it took him a while to load up my car, but who knows maybe that is the standard I never had to tow my car before.

The best towing company in Hollywood by far! Thank you for unlocking my car. It literately took him 1 minute to open my car. The price was fair, and the fact of the time being 2am Im very thankful

I’m sorry to do this as I don’t like to be mean but I called this company to ask a simple question and the response was “we don’t do this, goodbuy” so I said “okay well do you know who I should call?” and their response was literally “try the police, buy” and they hung up. Again I’m sorry about this review but the least you can do is be nice, say sorry I don’t know, and whatever you do, don’t hang up the phone while someone’s talking.

Was a bit skeptical at first, i usually rather not relay on random professionals, but it was an emergency... I was surprised when the young gentleman arrived so quickly, (around 20 min) I remember once waiting with a friend for 3 hours for AAA. Any way Delion Towing delivered!, i was at my local shop in less then an hour and was able to go back to my planned schedule in no time. I could not be happier with West Hollywood Towing service. I was driving my brother’s manual car. I was driving on the street when I heard weird squeals for my car and a burning smell. The car just jolted in place and would not move.The car would not switch gears and I was completely stuck. I could not even move to the side of the road. Thankfully I was not on the freeway, or this could have been way worse of a traffic jam. I do not know much about cars, so I had no idea what was going on. I was scared because this is not my car and I was clueless over what I should do. I quickly looked on yelp and found Towing West Hollywood.They have incredible reviews; which I now know they completely deserve. I explained what happened and they quickly rushed over. When the man with the tow truck showed up I explained to him what happened and he knew right away that I had blown the clutch of the car. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about and I figured out that I was in good hands. He towed me out of the middle of the street, so that other cars could pass through with ease.He then towed me to my mechanic. Telling my brother that I had blown the clutch of his car was not pleasant, but at least I was safe. I will be calling them again if I ever need another tow.

This is the second time I called Delion Towing but this time I really wanted to leave a review because these guys are awesome and have now bailed me out twice now. The first time was when I got into a car accident and the car wasnt starting, and needed to be towed, Delion Towing west Hollywood came and helped me out during a bad situation.Luckily this time it wasnt as dramatic. I, like an idiot, left my keys in my ignition with my car running, and locked myself out when I, absent minded, went to Home Depot. Im a genius, I know.Anyway, I called Delion Towing and they said they would be there in 30 minutes to help me out. But Egnat actually arrived after about 22 minutes! He was really professional, unlocked my car in a few short minuets, even had a brief two minute chat with me. Made the experience really stress-free. I felt like a total moron for leaving my keys in the car, but he made very light of it and we both had a good laugh.Thanks again Egnat you really bailed me out!

A true story happened to me few hours ago, Sunday, 11/16/2014.Me and my family were on our way to Disney Land. Between the I-110 and the I-405, I felt something weird and unusual from the engine. Few minutes after that my car start shaking.Without thinking twice and avoid any dangerous situation from myself and my kids, I pulled over to the side of the freeway. We waited few minutes to let the car ( ford focus ) cooldown, and I try to start it again.Now the car wont start at all.I didnt have any solution in my mind, so we started to look up for a towing company threw our smartphones to tow the car back home.We called few companies, and prices were almost the same in every quote. Until that moment when my wife spoke to the friendly dispatcher at Delion Towing. It was Sunday; Delion Towing offered us the cheapest price, include the issue that it was four of us. So everything was against us at the beginning: To pick us up from the freeway, four passengers, and on Sunday. None of them was an issue for Delion Towing in Hollywood.Huge tow truck came really quickly with enough space in the back for the kids. The driver Jimmy, was extra friendly and cool. He recommended us few shops that deal with Ford vehicles. Before every step he completed by loading the car he explained us verbally what he was going to do, very professional.Thank you, Jimmy, and thank you Delion Towing, without you that bad day could be the worst one

I had to tow my car few days ago to my mechanic in West Hollywood.I called Delion Towing to complete the service. The tow truck came to my house in West Hollywood on time and the operator had done everything really quick.

Our food delivery truck got stucked few days ago ( lucky it was empty ). We had to tow it to the shop ASAP and fix it to get it back on the road quickly. I decided to call Delion Towing West Hollywood. I was so frustrated that I didnt ask how much it will cost me I just Asked them to come really fast to assist me.The truck was there within 15 minutes. The operator did everything so fast that i couldnt even realize whats going on. Very fair price at the end. Thank you!

Horrible! I my battery was dead and needed a new one and told them exactly what I needed and they send some kid who didnt know what he was talking about and couldnt speak English to come and try to jump my car after i said it was dead. Then he proceeds to tell me he has to back to see if they ha e the battery but says he needs a 100$ deposit and he wil be back in 10 mins .... 45 mins later he come back with a battery thst was too big but manages to fit it in somehow and then says the deposit was 150$ and now total was 468$ ... Almost 500$ to install a battery way over priced and they even charged me for Jump Start my car when they didnt even jump it so pissed and I want a full refund just horrible on all levels
