Crown Reinas insurance the Highland Park location is the best car insurance company; they have the lowest prices for car insurance out there, I literally went to more than 5 insurance locations before I found this hiding gem of savings in the middle of Highland Park. I purchased insurance from here because they had the most affordable insurance in the LA area. They had really good customer service, Karla one of the representative there explained everything patiently, with of any rush, clearly step by step, and in a manner that I understood the insurance I got. So far I havent had any problems with this company they have been very professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place to get your moneys worth.

Very friendly staff, everyone is always eager to help. The wait time is reasonable, I’ve been with them since I have my first car. Karla has always helped me whenever I had a question about my insurance. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is the worst Insurance company I ever been to the brokers and owners dont have a very good customer service they say they like helping the community that is not true the broker Carmen Morales screw me over I went there last year for a car insurance she did my contract very bad. Be very careful with them I am still recovering from a bad car accident I had in December of last year in a 4 car collision it was not my fault got hit from behind due to this insurance company mistake I was not covered in this accident at all I am still injured and trying to get back on track I went to complaint to the two owners and the broker Carmen that did my contract and all this people had to say is the good thing you got hit thats all i heard from there mouth among other stuff I had kids in my car they did not even cared to fix this matter this people hide behind there little law that when they make a mistake they dont care if you really value your life and the life of other in your car dont go there to them your just money...

Great and friendly customer service. This is my go to spot when I need to get documents notarized. However, I will definitely contact them for my future auto insurance to see if I can get a lower rate.

I got a policy with them and they are very dishoste. the whole busniess as a whole even the manager. i got a policy for 6 months and they were charging me a down payment. i couldnt pay the whole thing so they said i could make it in 2 payments. later to find out theres a fee for it which was not disclosed to me. so i went from a 30 dollar balance to a 90 dollar balance.. can you belive it.. they charge fees for everything. they make money off their customers from down payments and outrageous fees. and when i said i will cancel they didnt care.. why because they are brokers they get payed commission on the initial sale so wether you cancel or not they can care less. they are very dishonest.. i will never come back here or any adrianas insurance place ever in my life and i will not recomend anyone reading this to go here.. unless you like to get robbed. because thats what they do here.

I had mercury insurance with crown but the service is terrible, they are interested in money only and they do not care about you at all, it was with them that they could assure my wife but they had more options and told me that mercury did not insure people without a license, but he never told me that they had more insurance, I do not recommend them very badly.

The ladies who attend there are very rude to look for what you are asking for something given I do not like the service And always looking for a way to charge others I do not recommend
