I bought coverage a few months ago. Must say I am very pleased and happy with the service they provide. During my transition from another company I spoke to several staff members, all of whom were very informative. I really appreciate the fact that these guys are very knowledgeable and all my insurance needs were addressed. I was able to chose the coverage that best suited my needs based on my options. In order for a company to provide due diligence and to be able to stand behind a claim, all necessary paperwork and documents must be in place. I got my moneys worth without having to cut or lessen my coverage all based on the options presented to me. These guys are amazing. They will facilitate answers to any questions you might have. They are very friendly and serviceable. I am completely satisfied with my overall experience.

Customer service was great...just no follow through. I emailed my paper work to transfer insurance to a new vehicle...no response...I went online to do it again and it was never received. Somewhat frustrating.

All state is a really great car insurance. Im a first time car owner and I only had my license for less than a year. I have my own policy with all states and my rates are extremely low and its amazing

What I like about this office is that they are going to tell me the things the way they are, that way I am able to make educated choices regarding my insurance needs. They also dont charge me extra inorder for me to make payments, changes like adding a driver or vehicle.

Great customer Service and hell me sabe money

I’m actually disappointed. Allstate does not seem to make the efforts for their customers and you all don’t do what you are suppose to unless the customer calls and mags you until the task is done. Your tellers aren’t clear about the information they provide and overall Allstate prolongs processes that could be completed in little time. Not to mention no one calls to update about ongoing processes.
