Very bad business. Unprofessional. I don’t recommend them to anyone. Rude and bad attitude.

Garbage of a company. Hard to get a hold of, cant believe they actually call themselves an insurance agency. No answers anywhere and these people have no urgency. They never get back to you and its impossible to get a hold of an adjuster. Wish the person that hit my car actually had decent insurance.

I had one of their drivers hit me, toatoaled my Expidition and cant get anyone to even aknowledge that anything had happened. so im out a vehicle and my daughter who was with me is scarred for life. she terrified to ride in any vehicle.Thanks for nothing Gain

Pablo is the best at Gain Ins. On very short notice before my previous Insurance was about to expire. I contacted Pablo he got me coverage and saved me $400 bucks on my monthly payments and I only had my authority for one year. I feel terrible for even giving this company 1 star. This has honestly been the worst experience Ive ever had as a broker dealing with an insurance agent. Two months after a claim was filed, the people here at Gain still have yet to ever give me a call back when asking for a simple update on the status of the claim. When you call, they immediately say theyll call you back while refusing to put forth any effort at all to help you. Ive heard all the excuses you can think of: The person you need is at lunch (at 9am), my computer just crashed, Ill have to call you back, we have sent the claim over to the insurance company...I ask who that company is and what is a good contact for them...oh my computer wont pull up the info I cant give you anymore details. Truly pathetic service. 2 months now and we still cant even get a claim number, adjuster name, reviewing agent name, date filed, etc. Nothing. To any truckload carrier looking for a good agent, please look elsewhere.
