I needed to visit a State Farm office to get some forms signed in person, and Kazs office was the closest to me at the time. Im not even a direct client of his, and even as a walk-in without an appointment, he opened his office just for me and took time out of his busy day to help me out: signed some forms as a witness, faxed them for me, and even went out of his way to clarify my claims process even more. Mr. Achiwa and his wife are excellent!! - strong work ethic, knowledgeable, and very personable! I had a trouble with other State Farm agent located in DTLA (they didnt work on my case at all after over a month, and because of their laziness I received a letter from CA DMV), and thats why I called this agent instead hoping they would help me. And I was VERY HAPPY with my decision! After I told them what I need to solve my problem with DMV, they worked immediately and everything was done in an hour (again I am not sure why the first agent could not do anything for me)!! Due to a location of my residence (DTLA), my auto insurance price got increased; however, they took time to explain details on their policies and gave me tips how I can decrease the costs too.
