Unbelievable service!!! I was installing a new graphics card today that a friend of mine sent me and I needed some extra cables to set it all up. Kevin completely understood what I needed and not only helped install the cables himself to make sure everything was working properly, but gave them to me free of charge! he even gave the computer a good clean-up to remove all of the dust!! a wonderful local talent that is highly recommended for all of your computer needs! not to mention his super sweet dogs which are so friendly!! highly, highly recommended!!

I can’t say enough how responsive Kevin was in dealing with our computer. I was desperate and yet fearful of turning over our computer to a stranger. I like so many have all my pictures and my business on my computer. There were soooo many issues wrong with it, but Kevin was able to get use back up and running promptly, cleaned it up and preserved all of our documents. HE ALSO UPGRADED MY WINDOWS TO WINDOWS 10 AND INCREASED THE SPEED OF MY COMPUTER. WHEN I GOT IT HOME AND HOOKED IT UP AND STARTED IT WAS LIKE HAVING A NEW COMPUTER 👍ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAD WERE GONE. I was having issues with the charging port on my laptop, so I reached out to Kevin for some guidance. I came into the shop and was greeted by Kevin and his two pups. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. He took a look at the motherboard and we chatted about what the issue could be. Another customer walked in while I was there and Kevin helped the gentleman and gave him a great quote on upgrading the Operating System and tuning up the laptop. I was surprised by the quote he gave the gentleman (how quickly he could have it done and at what price). I would highly recommend Kevins shop and the fact that he is a good guy and there is great conversation is just a bonus.

I definitely recommend this guy. We hit it off great at the start. He converted my desktop to a SSD(solid state drive) and my pc is a lot faster. He cleaned it up and found 95 viruses and junk with Malware Bytes. I dumped McAfee and went with Malware Bytes. We got along so well and had common interest. Kevin your the man. Im glad I found his business.

Very displeased by the LACK of service. I made an appointment for the OWNER to come to my home and clean 2 computers physically. The fans, processors, etc. he came to my home, messy Ill admit as we JUST moved in our stuff so there was boxes and half built ikea furniture, and he entered my home and said this is too messy I cant work in a place like this RUDELY and walked out slamming my door. Do NOT use this company!!!! Use David Moore with the Florida Pc doctor instead!!!!Edit in to add, what a completely unprofessional and rude reply from the business. The Only smell in that house was the candles I had lit that morning. Aside from the boxes everywhere from unbolt furniture, there were no other messes. What a disgusting and unprofessional response from a supposed business.

He explained in laymans terms what needed to be done to upgrade my computer. He completed the work at the time promised and my computer is now working much faster. He charged a service fee that I felt was very reasonable. Kevin knows what he is doing, I will definitely go to him when I need computer service in the future.

Kevin’s mobile PC repair is great. He upgraded my PC to windows 10 and now my computer is up to date on everything. I have called him on some simple questions and he was accommodating. Today my external hard drive went and he helped me install a new one. I give him 5 stars.

Great Experience with Kevin. I had bought various components to put together a gaming pc to build by myself. Everything looked to be installed properly but the pc would not turn on. I brought it to Kevin and he took his time to step by step check every part of the system and even went as far as rebuilding it for me until we found the problem and all for a great price. My PC wouldnt start up on a Sunday. For a realtor thats extra bad timing. After going through some diagnostics over the phone with Dell, they said I needed a new motherboard. Based on the age of my PC, that meant a new computer. I called Kevin at 3 pm. He called me back in 5 minutes. After a brief conversation he said he would be at his store at 4:30. It just needed a power supply and I was back out the door in 1 hour. I will recommend him forever!

Good service. Prices were fair. Work was done quickly. Had a new CPU+GPU fan put into my laptop. Brought the part and work was done in a couple hours. Would use him for laptop repair again.

I needed to swap out a video card in an HP Envy computer. As many might know, HP and others use non-standard parts, etc and what should have been a simple job quickly became a challenge. Went to this guy for a laptop power issue, couldnt charge for the life of me and ended up hitting a point where it almost died. Kevin is a great resource for computer repair. I was dead in the water, and Kevin made time for me, fixed my problem, and sent me on my way happy - all for a fair price. He even insisted I come back the next day so he could fine-tune the program settings that I wasnt confident changing. As most know, next to our cell phones, computer crashes can be quite stressful. Kevins Mobile PC Repair was my second call when I accidentally spilled a beverage on my 10 year old beloved laptop. Albeit, I own a newer model, my Dell Vista was my favorite. Unfortunately a disheartening experience with a tech during my first Emergency Repair call, wherein I was advised, despite my indication of my partiality to the device, that it was not worth looking at and if there was any chance of a repair to the keyboard it would be around $200 plus, IF that was even the problem. Kevin, within less than a minute, diagnosed the problem, and within one hour the part ordered and Ill be up and running in just a bit. Total cost $60.00. Excellent Customer Service and I highly recommend this company!

So I built a gaming computer about 4 years ago. I neglected it and after time it became slower and had more problems. Graphic drivers wouldnt work, it started to cake with dust and after not even being able to turn it on, Kevin restored my gaming computer as if I had just bought it. I have a custom gaming computer only 5 months old that had water damage, no video or signal to mouse or keyboard, I went to 2 computer repair places, one refused to work on it, the other said it had a bad motherboard and wasnt worth repairing. Kevin took it apart, cleaned the parts that had rust, tested every part, reassembled it, and now it runs just like brand new!
