Gateway tech just fixed my Surface Pro 3!! My screen had been cracked for a while from dropping its on concrete and the touchscreen feature was no longer functioning properly. They were able to replace the screen and install it in a reasonable time frame and at a fair price. Would definitely go back to them again for any tech repair needs!!

This was a great company to go to for my needs when my computer screen cracked and started acting up. Zack was very helpful, offered to come pick up my broken item and even dropped it off when it was completed. His pricing is way better than most of these other places, and he is reasonable. Very good experience. They fixed my printer that was not printing properly and saved me a lot of money having to replace. They are very reasonable in their fees. Definitely look to them first when something breaks before thinking about buying a replacement.

Hard to get in touch with dont use them .unresolved issues with a job they did in my home the tech Zack is a liar they installed SOME wiring in my home after only short time one line stopped working. Zack said he would repair never showed first he said he was going on vacation next his car was broke then he just dont answer his phone real bad guy
