I’m sorry but please save yourself the trouble and money and don’t go here. My regular nail place couldn’t fit me in so I decided to try this place out, and that was a mistake. I came in and asked for a full acrylic set and showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted, and they said they were unable to do designs of any kind, so I went with plain gel. They take the drill and start, and as they’re about to put the tips on I ask why they didn’t trim my cuticles or cut off my hangnails and they told me that it’s extra!! I have never been to a nail salon that charges extra, it’s always included with any other salon. I told them what shape I wanted and they were all different so they all had to be adjusted. The nail tech filed and buffed my nails so hard that it still hurts. When it came time to do the polish, they couldn’t even apply it properly and it does not look clean, not to mention they accidentally used a matte top coat instead of a regular one, which just added more layers. By the end, I payed $55 for chunky looking, not natural nails that honestly hurt. I wish I could insert a picture to show how bad these look. Also not to mention- they are not covid safe. There was another person in there getting their nails done and had the mask only on their mouth (not all the way up) the entire time and not one of the employees said a single word or asked this person to fix it. I will not be returning

Excellent place to get your nails done. They manage to get everyone in even when they are busy.

By far one of the best nail salons I have been to in a while! Ben and Kathy are both amazing at acrylics and put a lot of attention and detail into how they look. Also the customer service is always great! I’ve been going for a about 5 months and I don’t have a single complaint.

After exhaustive searching and going through a ton of nail salons, I’ve finally found THE nail salon and THE nail tech. My experience was a refreshing change from all the nail salon mills in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village area.Westlake Nail Bar delivered. Big time. I asked for an ombré French and I didn’t get the stinky eye that other nail techs shot my way when I asked for one. I asked for an ombré French and didn’t have to sit through 10 excuses as to why it wasn’t possible. Nails too short. Nail not the right shape. Blah. Blah. Blah. I asked for an ombré French and for once I was blessed with the most beautiful French ombré I ever seen!!! Ben is an amazing artist and his technique is quick, efficient with professional results. Ben’s years of experience shows and I am grateful I found him. He is my nail tech forever and I will follow him everywhere he goes.
