The manager John was super helpful during booking. I told him what I needed and when I needed it for and the budget I was looking to pay and he made it happen so seamlessly. Another gentleman took care of me when I came to pick up the vehicle, super professional and I was in and out in under 10 minutes! Super easy process and I would highly recommend! Thanks guys!!
My first bad experience with this location I assumed was a fluke, so I gave them another chance because the location is convenient for me and they work with the auto repair shop I chose. After confirming my reservation and even calling ahead of time to let them know what time I would be dropping my car off at the auto shop where they were supposed to meet me with my rental, they left me waiting outside in the 97 degree heat for over an hour. When the rep finally arrived, he did not have a car for me. I had to get in a car with him and travel back to their location where I was left waiting for another 30 minutes before being giving a huge, old gas guzzling minivan, saying thats all they had. If they had the courtesy to let me know they were short staffed when I called, I would have gotten a ride to their location.I asked to be contacted asap to trade in for a more appropriate car since the repairs to my car were going to take several weeks. No one ever contacted me, I called several times and was only given the option to show up and see what they had. Over a week later when I still had not been contacted, I arrived to wait for another 45 minutes and was finally given a smaller car. After returning the rental it took them 3 weeks to return the $50 deposit I was required to pay while insurance was paying for my rental. Horrible customer service. I will never use enterprise again.
Enterprise car rental in longwood confirms they have cars available - offering confirmation email. Then decide to call 1 hour before they close to inform you that there website is inaccurate and does not account for the correct inventory… Then the rep begins to blame customers for not returning cars on time!Asked for a solution and she said “this was a courtesy call” to tell me they waited 3 hours after my booking to tell me they had nothing. Also told me that I really shouldn’t wait until the last minute to book a car - the last time I took advice from an enterprise staff member was um never… Furthermore, perhaps try updating your website to reflect your proper inventory… Lastly before hanging up she proceeds to say “were still looking to find a car for you within the next 60 min before we close!” I’ll hold my breath!My advice… Use the hertz down the street or Avis rental nearby in Altamonte. When they send a confirmation email saying your car is there… it really is!
The WORST! Booked a 4Runner and got a RAV4 with 40 miles of gas in the tank! Had to get gas on my way home (who has to do this after picking up a rental car?) I just read the rental agreement and it said fuel was FULL which is a total lie!!!!! As I was filling the tank at 7-11 in Lake Mary, a U Haul hit the rental vehicle. It is all documented by LMPD officer Riddle!
I think it ridiculous the increase in how much they hold on your credit card now. The cost of car rentals are double what they use to be. My last rental smelled like mold and there we stains on the seats. I have rented from enterprise for years and always had the best things to say. Now not so much. They need to go back to thier old prices and practices not try to gouge customers with these high prices. The pandemic was hard on everyone, but I was still renting from them while it was going on.

Pick up and drop off went well, employees very proficient.However, during booking deposit was never notified until checking out car.Enterprise took funds immediately, however, when I asked for funds to be posted to another form of payment they did. However refund is 7 -10 business days they sit on my almost 400.00. Okay you take my $$ immediately and refund 7 -10 days later. Checked with bank its not on their side its on Enterprise Side. Had planned on using this location weekly till other transportation ideas were resolved. Do not want to do business with Enterprise. Its not okay to float others funds for your business.

I waited three hours this morning for my rental. They were supposed to deliver it Sunday night to Auto Nation Collision Center. I arrived at ANCC at 7:30am and was told the car wasnt there yet and Enterprise doesnt open until 8. I came back at 9 but still no car. At 10:30 I had someone pick me up and take me to Enterprise. I walked into three people working up front and not one customer inside. I gave them my name and they said my car was waiting on the side of the building. I got in my car within five minutes. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR that Ive experienced this with Enterprise in Longwood while my car was getting repaired at ANCC. I give them two stars because the staff is polite and helpful but I missed a total of five hours of work in 2021 just waiting for them to drop off a SCHEDULED rental.
The rental process was great. It seems as though the changes that were made due to COVID actually made the entire process much more efficient. Ive never had an easier time renting a car than today.
Already had one car I had to return to another car agency they brought me the rental from Enterprise and because I couldnt drive two cars at one time to return the first car to a different company I had my daughter who is licensed drive the first car out of there she was only going to drive it to drop it off, the lady called in about the first car because she saw my daughter driving it and demanded that I turn in the Enterprise car and we would love stranded in 95° heat in the parking lot they were very unkind disrespectful and unprofessional. How else was I going to get two cars going down the road to return the first car?!
Fast in and out car rental, no reservation got a mid size car and out the door in 20 minutes. No hassle at all. Highly recommend.
Very rude customer service, didn’t answer the phone after being on hold for 30+ minutes. I got a ride to their location and they tell me they have no cars available even though there lot is full. Don’t use this poorly managed location.
Location staff was nice, although insanely busy. Enterprise was an overall terrible experience. I had booked at another location, they gave the car away before I got there. I called and he said you have one hour after your scheduled pick up time. It had only been 25 mins. My flight was late. When I made that point, the guy realized the time, and basically said Oh Well, and transferred me to support. Support agent was able to book another car, but had to drive 25 mins to another location.
I have been renting from Enterprise for 30 years now and I will not rent from no one else that is a fact. They have always been great to me and my family. They always have cars or trucks in stock. With great low prices. I give them two thumbs 👍 👍. The staff are very help full and really nice so if you ever need to get out of town or if your flying rent from the best Enterprise.
So Im trying to rent a car for 48 hrs. no more no less, I tried to book online from 10 am Thursday to 10 am Saturday, i was not able to do so but if I choose 10 am Thurs to 12 pm Sat I was able to find cars, is not like that in South Amboy where I live, To me this is a rip off to charge for extra 2 hrs. i called the location and the lady said we dont have cars for 48 hors only 50 hrs and more, then why show your listing with daily prices? if you could not rent for 2 days you have to rent for 50 hrs, Rental Scam

Very bad experience. First I was given a mini van in lieu of the vehicle I reserved. Second the previous driver smoked in the vehicle leaving a horrible smell enterprise tried to cover up, making me nauseated. Had to drive with windows open for two days to get some of the smell out. and Third one of the tires had an air leak which I had to fill several times during the week i had the car.WHen I reported the tire the person could have cared less, did not make any notations so it could be fixed so the next driver would not have the same problem and possibly a blowout.
Charged for fuel even though I brought the car back with more gas than when I received it. no one at the longwood branch can figure out why I was charged claims I got the car on empty and brought it back on empty according to the people in the office . Not a good feeling when a big company try’s to rip you off

I usually get stellar service, but this time it was on the opposite side of the spectrum.The car I reserved was not available and they offered me a car that was dirty. I rejected that and they offered me a more expensive option. I was in a hurry and I took it.Then, I sent an email to the regional manager. Crickets!I have been going to another location and what do you think? Stellar custumer service again. Hmmm...Thoughts?
Unlike many past rental experiences with Enterprise, Longwood, FL, this time was a rough start. On arrival at the Enterprise office, we were told there was no car like our rental selection made online and that the only SUVs available would cost me $10-$15 per day more. I was offered a Jeep and a minivan, neither of which served our needs. After waiting in the rain under the parking lot tent for a bit I was told there was an SUV coming from maintenance that would be there soon so we waited for that one. Not sure why but the customer service, which had always been top-notch before, was not what we had seen in prior rentals. The car was great once it arrived and was sanitized but my rating is due to the rough start, no car available, any upgrade including an upcharge, and the waiting.

The process of picking up and dropping off the car was seamless, the associate was friendly & made it fast and easy. The car itself was nice, brand new and had great features but it reeked of cigarettes, I swiped down the seats several times and added air fresheners but the smells wouldn’t go away, it was awful having to smell that our entire trip!We were traveling with our son & I hated that he had to smell cigarettes for 3 days straight, I ended up returning the car a day early.There should either be a no smoking policy inside vehicles or have separate cars for smokers.

All the men there don’t like to help women. They where very unprofessional. I had an issue with a vehicle and nothing got resolved.I will be bringing this to corporate and will never again go to this location. Its my money that I’m spending, why shouldn’t I get what I want. This branch is legit a joke from the mangers down to the employees!!!

The staff was fantastic when I picked up the car. We rented a Ford Edge and loved it.However, Id suggest making sure you have plenty of available funds. Our rental car was $259 plus the $200 deposit. So, I was charged $459 and told the deposit would be credited back to my account after the car was inspected.We dropped off the car and were told everything was perfect and wed get our deposit back. I checked my credit card later and I had a $459 charge and a $259 charge.Its been 3 days now and the $459 charge has dropped. However, I now have 2 charges for $259 each. Enterprise is claiming this will drop off but, in the mean time this is holding up my available funds.Instead of charging twice enterprise should have charged the $459 only and just credited the $200 back. Not happy with the way this was handled.We have a few trips coming up and after this experience Im not sure I will use them of recommend them.
Always have a great experience with Enterprise. They provide the rentals for our business and always are easy to deal with. No fuss, never had an issue, and they are always willing to do extra to make our rental experience as convenient as possible.
The employees here were amazing. I was from out of town and my car broke down and they went above and beyond to help us. We didnt have a credit card so we got my uncle to come out his credit card on the car. They was short on cars and only had a van but they worked out a price that worked for both of us. They allowed me to leave my car in their overflow lot until I could come back and get it. The lady and young guy was great but I cant remember their names. They helped out a great deal.
I always have a great experience renting from this location! They are very accommodating, professional, and kind.I will say that it was a bit of an inconvenience not having the option to leave my vehicleat that location. Apparently that recently changed because of issues with space. Overall this is still a great location to rent from!!

I’ve used this branch twice in the last two weeks. Both times, I was one of the first people through the door and both times I had to wait 30 minutes to get a vehicle even though I had made a reservation prior and others walked in after me and got serviced. This most recent time, I received a car with no gas and had to fill up after leaving or wait longer.The employees are well mannered but I am reviewing the product, not the people and I have been late to work twice because I couldn’t get a car that I reserved within a reasonable timeframe.1/5
Ive come to this location a few times since living in Longwood and Ive experienced both poor and decent customer service. Literally every employee here treats you different. Its like going to a different company everytime I show up.Also, for no good reason this location has very high rates compared to other locations Ive rented from.
Always attentive to each customer, sufficient staff to move renters in and out fast, and knowledgeable so as to save the customer money. No complaints, would always use enterprise. This is just one more great location.
I have been using this location for years. I really appreciate the great service even though there is a lot of movement of employees. This location is busy but they do a good job of working quickly.
Enterprise strives to provide the ultimate customer service experience, but in the case of this location it fluctuates with the changing personnel. I understand that Enterprise has promotions and rotations as part of their business infrastructure, BUT some of their staff tend to forget being promoted doesnt mean you leave customer service behind. Unfortunately, this particular location has been the dumping ground for the newly promoted Assistant Manager ( s ) that completely forget that the customers are the reason they have a job. Ive been using this branch since 2010, and have chosen to limit doing business there UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY based on this issue. Otherwise, same great Enterprise!

I will never rent a car here again, I was recently in a car accident and had a claim for a rental to be set up etc. When my appointment was set up at enterprise I was told I only need to put down a $50 deposit & have my license with me. When I arrived to pick up my rental (12/27/18), a gentleman told me my package was upgraded & I can either choose a sports car or a standard vehicle. I was informed that it is more a day for the sports car ($65/a day) BUT I didn’t have to pay out of pocket until after the 4 days my insurance would cover it. Note this is my first time ever getting a rental on my own. I wasn’t informed that my insurance only covered $26.00 from that $65.00 a day. Plus that I still had to pay OUT OF POCKET during the 4 days my insurance covered it. I wasn’t even informed that I had to refill the tank to where it was when I returned it so the money doesn’t come out of my refund. I also was told by another man when I came to return it that my insurance actually covers it until the 2nd of January 2019 & said the man who originally spoke with me when I got the sports car was “new”. I never received an email with the information or receipt. I only was informed to bring $50 for the security deposit and license. NOTHING MORE. I feel completely robbed & they charged me $223 on (12/28/18) A DAY AFTER I GOT THE CAR. I would of never gotten the rental knowing this. I was never informed and this is completely wrong and unfair.
Everyone at this branch is super nice goes the extra mile to please customers. They have a great manager and it shows in how well they treat the customer. Awesome place to rent a car.

What a poor customer service and art of lie...Avoid this place pretty much...•Trap music coming from a portable speaker.•what looks like an employee walking around talking on her cellphone over speaker.• we opted to rent a car at this place due to a car repair discount and drive back from the shop. We showed up our paperwork for the discount the guy said he applied to the order and we head out.Only to find out that we where charged for a “DW” a sort of a daily Insurrance in case that if something happens your main insurance. Something we where never offered at sign up.My girlfriend gave them a call and while on the phone the lady name Dee put us on hold wish she didn’t! and we where able to listen to their entire conversation how the guy who sets us up with the car and said he mentioned the DW charge and saying “yeah I always do it because that’s how we make the extra money “Shame on people like this who are lier in an era where social media and business review matters a lot!Be careful of people like this who puts a fake smile and a few jokes just to get a few pennies extra just by selling fraud add-ons.Check your employees if you want a thriving business!
I was to be picked up at 11 a.m. on the day of my travel, which I was. However, when I got back to Enterprise, they did not have a car ready for me except a model which I had specifically told them, in no uncertain terms when I made the reservation, I would not accept.and why. They continued to try to push this model on me, including downgrading me to a 2-door version of the same vehicle, when I reserved a 4-door model. They refused to upgrade me to a vehicle that was available and wound up taking me home while the vehicle I wanted had a tire replaced. This was to take 45 minutes. It took 1 1/2 hours. I was then to be picked up in that vehicle so I could be on my way, so I put all my luggage in that vehicle. Turns out, it wasnt, so I had to unload the pick-up vehicle and re-load my things into the correct vehicle. Only after I had signed on the dotted line was I told there was a $200 hold being placed on my credit card. I told them I was not told this beforehand and they nonchalantly said, Oh, they never do--referring to the call center person who made the reservation. Everything that was to have been done and wasnt was blamed on the call center person not being able to put notes in their computer system. I, too, contacted Corporate and pretty much was told there was a car available for me, just not the one I requested.Upon my return from my trip, early, I requested the weekend rate. I was told their computer system would not allow them to make this change. Again, I contacted Corporate and told them this was not acceptable as I had not received any type of compensation for this location not having a vehicle ready for me and my being delayed in starting my trip and since my trip was cut short, I should qualify for the weekend rate. Corporate did return my call and gave me the weekend rate. I informed the local office, whose manager and co-worker (miraculously) were able to make this change in their computer, even though I advised them multiple times that Corporate was going to handle the change and credit my account. They refused to listen.I didnt use Hertz this time because they wouldnt provide me with the car I preferred. Seems Ill have to go to the airport and deal with a company that allows you to choose the car you want to rent.I wont be using Enterprise again. I want a company that makes my trip uneventful and easy, without having to contact Corporate to get things done correctly.
My husbands birthday was the same day as Fathers Day this year. So, I decided to give him a Corvette for the weekend as my gift to him. Keston, the Enterprise Branch Manager and his team in Longwood FL went beyond my expectation of customer service to help me with this surprise. Cant express how much fun it was to do this for my husband. We had a blast! Thanks for all your help!! Highly recommend renting a Corvette for a fun weekend from Enterprise!!
The rate varied a great deal. Am top customer, on advice of repair shop, booked one week @$185++. Took longer @ $43 per day. Need consistency Location was great.

Instead of trying to contact a superior to handle the situation, manager treated me as I was trying to rob the place and telling me that I already been compensated for their mistake. I was treated as if I were a scumbag. They had no customer service. They only made threats to me, and about me to my family members. I was involved in an accident in February, and they were very understanding, helpful, and nice. My insurance took care of it, so Enterprise took care of me. This time, my own money out of pocket wasnt good enough. They also threatened to call the police, even though I was in contact with them. They also charged my card without permission after changing the amount several times. The car was not as good as the last rental either. I felt like I was in a cliche movie with the crappy rental.Rude, neglectful, and the worst experience in renting a car. I will NEVER rent from them again. Phil Latham is the so-called manager, and he was so unprofessional that I had to report him to corporate. I hope they fill the position with someone who has the correct skills, or offer him additional training on how to be a manager. Corey is the one who ran my credit card without my knowledge. Daniel was the only caring member there. Hes the only one I would like to deal with if I had no other options. I also didnt get my deposit back, even though I returned the car on time and it was clean. Awful, awful, awful place. Do not give them your business, unless you go through insurance and have tons of extra money to throw away.
Greyson here is amazing at what he does. He was very welcoming and customer service oriented. He made the application process for debit rental a smooth transition - not realizing more was required for it. He even made sure to put my sunpass aside after leaving it in the rental so that I could pick it up! Very cool and definitely would come back! THANK YOU!
These guys are awesome, they picked me up from the body shop where I dropped off my car and dropped me off when I returned the vehicle. The processing time was speedy with top notch customer service. I received two cars that smelled of smoke. In spite my attempts to change vehicles, I kept being offered a mini van and no other options. I had to wear a mask as I was driving in the car. Although there was a complaint submitted to the Area manager, I never received a call back!
Definitely not the experience I am used to when renting from Enterprise. However, there was a stark difference in the type of customer I was due to this rental being an insurance claim. Found out the hard way that when you call their phone center, the person on the other end does not have the information as to what the local branch has on the lot. Also, I typically receive at least one call to see how I am doing and that was not the case here. Again, possibly this is the way they treat all insurance claim customers. I have been a loyal customer since 2004 - doesnt seem to matter.
The staff was courteous, efficient and quick. They answered all my questions about the vehicle and available insurance. They didnt push me on any add ons which impressed me and I ended up taking full coverage. The vehicle was clean and ready when I picked up. Upon our return, the service was the same. They are a very professional team and I would definitely recommend them for car rental needs.

My cars transmission was shot and I needed a car to use for a month while I car shopped. Enterprise to the rescue! They were the most conveniently located for me but I did my research and compared prices for an economy rental at Hertz, Budget, and what Uber-ing would run me and Enterprise won. The guy who got me the Chevy Impala was super chill and nice, thanks Aaron Graham! My only complaint (and this applies to all car rentals) are the crazy high under 25 yr. old driver fees!
While the staff was pleasant and informative, the incompetence of the branch manger made for a horrible experience. The branch manager was not educated enough on her products our policies to be helpful. She was also very rude and at times condensing. Due to her lack of knowledge she equipped our family with incorrect information, which lead to several attempted additional charges.
Car was extremely uncomfortable...and it was an upgrade had to get a ride back to my office with lyft. Service not what it used to be.

Extremely disappointed. Recently rented a car because I lost mine due to a fallen tree in the hurricane. They did not explain to me what the insurance charges were for, just basic coverage and that a bumper accident would be waved. They said itd be $30/day. They ended up over charging me for more than just accident coverage. They included passengers and road side assistance that I was not informed of prior. It added up because I had the rental for almost 2 weeks. Car was physical just ok, nothing fancy. It smelled of cigarettes the whole time, despite the nonsmoking stickers. Will not be renting from them anytime soon. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

I have rented from numerous enterprise and its always one thing after another. I am officially done with them. I cut up all my credit cards, so i use my debit and understand i have to pay a deposit. By now, at least 30 rentals, you would think my info would be in the system.... its not! On top of that, the location in Longwood said they need other info which is never needed anywhere else. Its a Sunday....i cant get that info. Ridiculous! Bye bye enterprise. Now i know why my friend, former manager, left them.

Employees were friendly and clean cut, cars were new and clean with no damage at all. My reservation was made online by my insurance company and once I got there everything went smoothly. Needed ID and proof of insurance quick. The employees were quick and had me out of there soon. They even told me what size car the reservation was for, told me which area in the parking lot, that the mid sized cars are in, offered to let me pick my own. I said sure and they let me walk the lot to pick which car I wanted to use. I found a nice car I was familiar with went back in and the guy had it pulled around. It had a full gas tank and was clean outside and inside. Had less than 16k miles on it, too. I was impressed with the rates and the unlimited mileage I saw. The building was busy but there were places to sit. And the chairs were comfortable and they were clean. The office, it was kept clean and orderly though. The restrooms were also clean. Returning the car was easy, it just took a few minutes for someone to go over the car to make sure it was still in pristine condition. Employees were still friendly and curtious, though, even while returning the rental car. All in all quite impressive I must say. I would highly recommend this Enterprise Rent A Car to everyone in need of a rental vehicle. They have everything from little economic compacts, to full size luxury vehicles, to vans too. Good training shows and thats true for Enterprise. I rent there frequently and am never disappointed with their service and prices. The staff always seems to find a way to go an extra mile.
I had a reservation and I ran super late due to traffic, I called and told them I was running late and that I was trying my best to make it there before they closed. I got these 3 mins after “closing” time and the manager, Ta-Sonya, and she was very nice to still help me out. she had explained that they are closed but because we talked a few mins prior that she was going to get the car ready for me. I am so greatly appreciated for her help and the crew that was there. They didn’t have to stay to help but they did anyway.
Because of my line of work Ive been renting from this place for many years, when Brian was a manager at this location the service seems to be much better. Since then my experience have been less than stellar, in this particular instance I asked if they could drop me off, about 5 miles away, due to rain and my wife not being immediately available to pick me up. They declined and hence I had to walk home for about 5 miles under pouring rain....
