I had two persons who helped me to set up new install. Both persons knew I had Dish Network for my TV and said I did not need any further wiring and gave me a router to add the modem to the dish cable. This does not work. (I was told the same thing previously by a person on the phone.) They were also to have set up my landline phone, going as far as to see if my current number could be imported. I ended up calling Customer Service again. This Representative, Angie, was awesome! She knew what she was talking about and agreed that a technician has to come install wiring. (Scheduled for today.) I was also told that my landline order had not been input. Again, she did this. The persons I dealt with at the store need further training. There was no misunderstanding in what I currently have (Dish network for TV) and should have known this, I am sure, common situation and what needed to be done. I had questioned it three times and had been told the same thing so I figured must be some new technology. NOPE!

I called their customer service hotline to ask a technical question about routing procedures. The online system would not let me talk to a representative without first restarting my modem (up 10 minutes downtime when I and my wife have ongoing net processing) or trying their online chat system (which I had already tried and which had effectively told me to call in). This even though I was not having any specific problems, other than the generally shoddy xfinity service.

No soliciting at my address and clearly posted. I keep getting advertising and leaflets stuck in my fence and my gate (instead of hung on my front door). I’ve told all of their reps to remove my address and leave me alone. I feel harassed by Comcast and will be looking into more serious complaint reporting.

Not only is it REALLY hard to get ahold of customer service, I had to dispute a transaction of $154 that I did NOT authorize (it also cause an overdraft). It took them 2 days to take my money ans supposedly it takes 30 BUSINESS DAYS to get refunded... I have NEVER heard of such a thing. Really set me back financially.

Nothing against the people who work there. Every time i have spoken to someone, they are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.However, their automated services give you the run around whenever you are trying to speak to someone, the wait times are long, and the service is grossly overcharged. If you are looking for only internet service, look elsewhere first.I would rate them zero stars if google allowed it.

I went in there to change phone service and buy a new phone. My phone number did not switch over in 24 hours then it was 72 hrs and then it was 96 and it still hasnt turned over. So I returned my phone and stayed with T-Mobile and I am expecting a refund.

I recently went to this service center return equipment that I needed to once I cancelled my service(financial choice) the staff was friendly and understanding. They did not try to convince me to keep continued service nor cared about the equipment condition(scraps and scuffs due to moving furniture/ kids being kids, and animals) I have it a 4of 5 because I had to ask twice for a receipt of the returned transaction and a they were not able to give me a final price of account balance due to account being transitioned to their own collection dpt. I called and found out the rest of info and balance separately from the other dept.

The people at Comcast are always eager to help however, their service I must say as far as the Internet goes isn’t that good it seems to be fairly unreliably providing just mediocre speed. We pay for 60 megs and typically it’s not even half that when I tested it. When I first got it the service was providing 60 to 70 megs consistently then overtime it’s gotten worse and worse. The price keeps going up & up as well. 3 years ago the cost per month was $39.95 for the minimum service but now as of 6/2019 it’s $66.95. For those reasons unfortunately I cannot give them a perfect rating they only get three stars...

Constantly freezing internet, And When you try and call about it they send you on this automated voice goose chase until it says there is nothing they can do. I pay my bill early every month in full, Why should my service I pay for only work some of the time? Very unprofessional. I would switch from them in a heartbeat if the Apt complex I lived in allowed other wise. I have documentation of times it’s been slow for hours on end. So basically to sum it up, The service blows🤷🏽‍♂️

Comcast gives pretty good service but there are always issues as is normal. When there are few issues or no issues at all their service is very stable and always works. When we do call in to have issues like slow WiFi or various glitches on the cable box fixed the result varies by how experienced and knowledgeable the customer service representative is. So not all issues can be resolved quickly but these guys do what they can

Canceled our account with them and paid in full. Where told we where good and have a recite to prove it. Now they are trying to say we owe them more money and refuse to let us talk to a supervisor. This place is just trying to take advantage of the elderly and unknowledgeable of how things work. I would advise anyone that is considering them to stay clear and find a better services that doesnt screw you around, put a cap on your internet usage, and refuse to work with you to prorate your bill even when you offer to pay a little extra to have it moved so it can land on your pay cycle properly.

The staff in person is great, the service tech was great, the on the phone support is terrible. Need local folks so they understand you or at least IT experts. The modem I got worked for 3 months then shorted out, got new modern and the internet went down, stuff was originally not installed correctly and you pay $200+ dollars per month. Newest tech fixed all the old goof ups but still absolutely crazy. If it wasnt the fastest internet by far in my area I would defiantly go with someone else.

I called this number today and it is not for comcast. It is a scam number and the guy that answered tried telling me I needed to pay a protection fee of $99 and change when i told him i just needed to be transferred to billing and didnt need anything like that he would not take no for an answer and said he cant just transfer since this was the solution department and wanted to know if i wanted to charge my debit or credit. At that point I hung up since I realized it was a scam and not the right number for comcast. I called the right number for comcast and they said they did not recognize that number as one of theirs.

Truly a great team at the Longview, WA location. This was our first time using the local office vs. using telephone support. We had questions about about exchanging equipment, service upgrades, etc. Our Comcast rockstar was Tammy S. She did an amazing job, knew her stuff, was able to quickly describe all of our options. She had us walking out of there even happier than we we walked in. Saved us $9 a month too! Thank you!

Went in to talk to someone, decided to drop cable for faster Internet and its still $130. Went and got the equipment for self installation. Plug and play. Should be simple, Ive done it before. Nope. Four days later before a tech can come out. In the meantime I call customer service and they try everything they can. Apparently a bad box.They sent me a large box with everything new. Tech took it back after he spent two hours working on it.

Techs have been to my location over 17 times in one year. Caused me to spend over $250.00 on a new laptop that wasnt needed, positive now they ( young techs ) have no idea what their doing! Then theirs the cost of the service its over charging for their programs. Why would it cost $1400. A year for the lowest programming package. Hard to pay when your a disabled senior person.

There is a line out the door and the employees are moving extremely slow. I wish they had more urgency to get people through but this place operates more like a government agency. I arrived here at 4PM and Im not sure I will be seen before they close at 5PM. Comcast really needs to have more staff available to help customers.

Setup for our service went smooth Helena was cheerful and knowledgable.The technician that came to the house to check out a cable condition was friendly and corrected all issues. The phone number is not to our local store. It is outsourced and the people answering tried to send me online or to use an app. I wanted to talk to a person not a computer. When I finally got to talk to a person, they did not understand or speak English very well and it was very frustrating and confusing for me. I need to talk to someone who can help me. I should not have to drive in to the store.

Im so happy, I have Century link for my business line. For the last few days many of our customers NW. Maintenance, CO,. INC. Have tried calling to get on our landscape schedule, every single call from a comcast customers was not able to hear when I answered, nor could I hear from my end. Caller ID let me know who was trying to get ahold of me. When I attempt to to call them back, the calls didnt go through. I called my phone provider Century link to fix the problem . There are no blocks, and my lines were checked, and my internet connection is all working perfectly. They told me comcast was the provider for all the phone #s I was calling about. Century link was able to connect the calls so my customers were made aware of the problem with their provider comcast. I tried calling comcast, with the only phone number provided on their local website here in Longview, and the same thing happened. The calls didnt go through. Ive wasted my business time, and will be working late tonight to catch up. I have reported comcast, and Century link is investigating on my behalf.Shame on you comcast, customers are the most important part of any business, they can make or break you, and after reading reviews it is suggested that a large number of your customers are being treated poorly and disrespected.NW. Customer Service is uneducated about service & fees, giving customer incorrect information. Signed contracted price is not what you pay for full 2 year contract. Told $250 early termination fee with $10 decrease each month of service, due to moving & service not available where I moved disconnect now being told $660 Early Termination Fees apply. Go elsewhere for service

I have never gotten anything through Xfinity... Im on the phone with them on hold now. Ive been waiting to talk to an representative for nearly an hour, just to see how they charged my account... when I did talk to someone, the first call, they hung up on me, the second call, the line was dropped... the third call Im on hold for an unreal amount of time.
