Just a joke the install on a my dads internet a joke what is this place doing literally getting a quarter (if that ) speeds I’m paying for horrible customer service
I am so mad! They changed our service today, and didnt bother to tell me that we would lose our Voicemail and all the messages that go along with that! The upgrade workers were nice though.

I literally have so many words. The placement of the wires STAPLED all the way across the entire front of a 130 year old historical house. I’m livid. I barely get any connection, and my house is literally an eyesore. Big black wire across the entire front.Writing this not understanding how an installer can be so awful. Drilled a hole in the FRONT of the house and dragged a wire across. Un freakin real. Honestly placement was horrible. Installation was a joke.
Just have internet with them. Runs good, but slows bit when my kids get to gaming and watchin there YouTube shows.
Had these guys for my internet provider for a couple years. So far not a single problem. Great work!!
Been a customer for about 3 years now. I live out in the country. My only other option was satellite which I initially tried for about 3 months, till I discovered cascade networks. Unlimited data for $35. My pictures download just fine. In fact Ive never really had that much of an issue. If you want high speed...stay in the city. If you enjoy the country life and dont spend your whole day online, cascade networks is by far the best option. When you call customer service....you actually talk to a real live person....an amazing concept.
These guys ROCK! We have 20 Mbps and there is no lag at all. We have a laptop, 3 cell phones and our PS3 all connected and everything works fantastic!!Their Customer service is great! Whenever I call, a real person answers the phone and is always kind and courteous. My issues, if any, are handled immediately and all my questions are answered.Thank You to all of you at Cascade Networks. We couldnt be happier!
Friendly staff. Phone service and internet is great. TV service doesnt work well.
I have had this bad service sense moving into Apt in woodland. They always say call Apt manager. Then she calls. In the past they have fixed from their office. And said program for my# was bad. After about a week of buying routers and so on. I called this morning and the Lady on phone was rude. Same as before call your Apt manager. I said to her I will do that but can I tell you what the issue is and what last person to fix said. She said no and hangup the phone.
Poor internet connection and poor service!
Garbage ... complete waste of money. I think my old dial up was faster to be honest. they charge $100 or more to come out then dont fix it
We have used Cascade Networks for several years with outstanding service. The few issues Ive had were self inflicted but they came right out to help me. I highly recommend them!

We are in rural Chehalis and dont have a lot of internet options. We are grateful that Cascade Networks provides service in our area at a reasonable price. Any other comparable service would cost us over $100 a month and we pay less than half of that. We can run our PS3, a couple of phones, and a tablet with no problem at all.If you are spoiled with a fiber connection, or cable - then this service will be slow for you. But as far as satellite goes, this is the best you can get for your money!
Well for starters front desk lady is a liar and i dont think she has any schooling on any of what she works for. Secondly, my internet will be installed today so I will keep you posted on my non fiber optic connection that I was told I could receive. Right before I paid to schedule the installment. Then call to double check what I was getting and it went from fiber optic to wireless. Go figure right after I pay it changes. Not looking good so far.
Makes dial up seem slow. Forget it if you use Linux, any download takes 6-18 hours. It discriminates against any large file transfer, legal or otherwise. Good for email if you dont open links of your grandkids or relatives or anything of the sort.Ive been downloading 2.5G of a legal download for 5 hours and Im at 43% done. Videos dont buffer corectly and a lot of websites time out before being loaded.

Internet is pretty slow, although better than satellite speeds we had. Cable is always glitching on us and freezing. Also the on screen menu doesnt pop up all the time, and then I cant get it off a blank menu screen. Customer service always has an excuse. We are on our second router as well as 2nd cable box and wall module. Very frustrating as we do not have any other choices out here between Clatskanie and rainier.
Crappy internet, frequent intermittent drop outs rain or shine. Bad lying manager has policy of not allowing customers to serve their own web pages, in violation of free speech and truth in advertizing (not a full service ISP) and boots people off tor trying.
Have had Cascade for a few years now and it is WAY better than Hughesnet!

This is probably the worst Internet service you can get in the area slow and the customer service is unhelpful and rude also i could probably get faster INTERNET in peru for a cheaper price awful Internet

What a waste of space this provider really sucks. I have had to refresh 7 times just typing this alone.Poor poor service from these guys do no use them. I would rather use dial up! wish there was a zero star option!
