If it were possible to give zero stars, I would give zero stars. The service is SLOW no matter the size that you buy. It runs out FAST!! You’re basically paying for something you won’t be able to use. What’s worse is they put you on a 2-year contract that you’ll have to pay out of if you don’t like the service. They trap you in it and if you can’t buy out, then you’ll have to deal with it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE, Read this and take heed.

Great people! They gave me the best option for the location I live at. Best thing about it its portable I can plug the it into my car and travel with it I choose to. And whats more its not so expensive that your average Joe cant afford it.

Bad choice. No matter what service plan you chose from the internet has one speed. It will remain slow.

Terrible customer service. Took the lady ten minutes alone to enter in my address and find promotions or deals. Finally, she says okay its a hundred to get it installed, and 80 a month. So 180 down then 80 from here on out. I ask her what the speed is, she says 25 mbps.For 50 from Kilgore and Longview cable, you can get 100mbps for the same speed. Literally 4x faster.

Id give a 0 if I could. They convinced me to drop Hughes net for their Gotw3 system. They wont call me back about issues. My connection speed is often less than a dial up system. They are useless, shady, sketchy, and probably breaking the law.

This company litters the highway right-of-way with annoying plastic signs. This is illegal and unsightly.

Its very slow. I recently bought a chrome cast and I cant even use it because of the slow wifi. Im also a student Ana I have a hard time doing my homework with slow wifi. Were on a contract but my grandfather didnt know that wed be getting into this with such a slow internet.

These people litter up our community with illegal signs posted in the right of way. There must be 500 signs in Camp County alone. I am disappointed that the tax assessor doesnt collect the personal property tax they owe our county. These signs ruin our community.
