Great staff who truly cares about their customers. Dylan H. went above & beyond today. My customer experience far exceeded any expectations. I had the privilege of watching the entire team work with a number of individuals & each of them took the time to carefully explain the process or kindly help to resolve with any issue that came up. Humm where do I start :). I havent wrote a review in years. In July my personal vehicle was hit and I needed a rental. Sidney Cobb Asst Mgr, Dylan H, Jemal E, and Christopher McK were the group that I encountered. They all were so pleasant which was a surprise in todays time. I was greeted with nothing but smiles and courteous service. I rented a Jeep which was clean and sanitized which I appreciated that being Covid is running rapid. Thank you Enterprise for this great group you have at 104 S. Spur 63. I will for sure be back at this location. Well done staff

Never again. Il use Patterson Nissan. Reserved a truck a month before our trip only to find out the morning of the pickup they didnt have a truck for us. Had Patterson not come through at the last second we would have had to cancel the entire trip after rooms were paid for. If your entire trip depends on these people having the vehicle you reserve ready at the time of pickup you definitely want a back up plan

I had an reservation and had to wait for over an hour to get my car. While waiting I heard the vehicle I had chosen was given away to someone else, so we had to settle for another vehicle. Because of my wait -----said he would discount me $10. However, when I got my contract none of what he said (offered) was on there. On our return again we had to wait. Once we made it to the counter Dylan helped us. He followed up on the discount I was promised earlier, walked through the checkout with us and was made sure we didnt forget anything in the car. Dylan made me feel valued as a customer and because of this I continue to be a returning customer.

Very friendly people here. I had a pleasant and easy rental experience. The vehicle I was supposed to get was given to someone else while I was standing there watching but I made it work. My truck broke down in Texas and I just needed to get home. Mission accomplished.

They had me drive an hour there to put me in a dirty van. Then when I complain they told me to go to another enterprise. I called to speak to Chris the next day, they claim he was not there they got my name and number no one never call me.I called back the next day the same thing happened.

Kept hanging up on me. I Had to call 6 times for them to answer after leaving me on hold and then hanging up on me. All I needed was to dispute the same return without a full tank fee that I had already proven to be untrue and the gentleman agreed that it was false. This had taken place a month ago. Once I got someone on the phone they said the previous person to edit my case had only left a note on it rather than actually fixing it. I still have not received the $30 they owe me. I Will never rent from these people again.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I have been a long time customer of Enterprise, specifically this location. Countless times I have had reservations delayed and unable to be filled due to their poor management and inability to secure enough stock for the number of reservations they allow themselves to have.However, today’s reservation was cancelled because the manager,Brittany, heard someone in the back ground noise of our phone conversation use one swear word. At no point was Brittany treated rudely or in any matter that was unprofessional that would justify refusing service. Brittany attempted to justify her action by telling me it is her Christian company’s policy to not serve someone who swears. When asked for the policy I was denied the ability to see it. Overall, Brittany provided poor service, was extremely disrespectful to myself, the paying customer. HER behavioral was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable to anyone in the customer service industry.This is completely unacceptable. I will not return and I will be filing complaints with the owner and corporation.

They lied, nothing more than a lie. I booked an SUV the day prior and they didnt have any. I was upset but agreed to a Kia Forte for 79.63 for the day. During turn in they stated that due to not having what we reserved we would only be charged 56.63 for the day. I was charged and a week later another charge for $22. I went in and asked why the additional charge after being charged what was agreed upon this was the answer we cant do anything else about it. Been using Enterprise for over 10 years and this one needs closed or all new staff. What a disappointment.The branches upper management was already notified by the employee. What are they planning on doing now? Truth is nothing is going to happen, high demand and low supply and bad customer service.

Needed a rent car while mine was repaired, and I was very happy with my experience with Enterprise in Longview. Ive used them many times, and will come back again. The Hyundai Sonata was fun to drive, and Jemal Echols and Sidney Cobb were absolutley amazing!!

I needed a rental car while my car was being repaired.My insurance company chose my Enterprise rental.My wife specifically asked for specific car features. My wife also was very specific about it being COVID-19 compliant.My wife got exactly what she wanted!Enterprise had the car available and completely sanitizied. Everyone were wearing masks. COVID-19 distancing was clearly marked and transactions were conducted behind counter shields.

We literally called them and made sure our car was there before we went but some how some way when we got there the car all of a sudden in Marshall we have a 6 hour drive that should’ve started already now we have to drive to marshal to get the car come back to Longview and pick up every body this is ridiculous also we were not the only people in their location with this problem something needs to be done if I could give them 0 stars I would ! We reserved a vehicle 10 days in advance. Get there on the day of pick up and they tell us they dont have a vehicle for us. Told us we should have reserved it earlier. When we point out that we reserved it 10 days in advance, their response was oh. Not willing to do anything to help. Wanted to give us a compact for 6 people to drive 13 hours in. How is that going to work? Basically told us too bad. Nothing they could do.

This year had no issues getting our truck that I reserved 3 months ahead of time. But Firestone didnt reset anything on the dash panel didnt fill up the washer bottle and didnt check the antifreeze bottle cuz it was almost empty

We booked a mid-size SUV 2 weeks in advance. They didnt have one available when we went at our pick-up time. Instead of upgrading us, they downgraded us. Now we dont have a big enough car to fit all of our stuff for vacation. We will never be using this Enterprise again. Extremely poor customer service.

We reserved a specific vehicle for our large family a month and a half in advance. I called 2 days ahead of our departure date to confirm that the reservation was still good and that the vehicle we reserved would be ready. I was told that they couldnt guarantee my vehicle but would try to find one for me and would call me back by lunch the next day. I had to call the next day to get an update and was told a really long story about why they couldnt get me a vehicle. They didnt offer any apology or any sort of recommendation or anything. I will never use Enterprise and will tell everyone I know about the awful service.

When you go to the spur location PLEASE ask for John. He is very very good at his job. You can tell from his persona he cares for the people and to provide them with the best customer service possible. He takes pride in what he does I’ve seen this with my own eyes on several occasions. If any promotion is available he should definitely be your guy! Otherwise your choice would be a mistake.

Today has to be the epitome of the worst service I ever got. One of the workers here John was very hostile to me when I asked him to provide proof of outside residence having to use their credit card. he would not tell me his name. He did not have a name tag on..and when I ask to to can he the written information pertaining to this rule. He started he did not have to show me..may be back I was black😫 and look young.the sad thing was he was black too and sometimes our brown melanated people dont know how to behave. I proceeded to see him address other Caucasian clients without the same energy or attitude he had for me. As a legal nursing consultant. I was very trouble about his disregard for customer service. He proceeded to ask me what company I work for as though it has something to do with our transaction or communication. He then showed me a piece of paper with no enterprises logo on it. And quick removed the paper for my video sight. Stated it was private not public information for me to see. This location is the worst location I have ever been too. Taking notice that I am a travel nurse, who have been to many enterprises across america. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Especially if you are of color. He was very rude and cold. Even though we as contract nurse have come to the state of taxes to help fight COVID.😓😓

I reserved a 15 passenger van on 4/13/2021 for 6/8/2021. When I called to confirm the reservation, they told me they did not have a van available and could give 2 minivans. I was letting my family know to see if they wanted to do that option and when I go back online to check the status of my reservation, it had been canceled with no notice or anything! I have a family trip planned and this company is VERY unprofessional and not concerned about customer service!

Had a reservation with a confirmation # to pick up a car at the Longview location. Go threre and they did not have a vehicle fo me to rent. I had a friend drive me 30 miles to pick it up since the one near me has been closed all week. I am not happy. This is no way to run your business!

Did not have a good experience at this location. For starters my husbands insurance was covering a car and he got deployed before his truck was out of the shop so I was having to pick up the rental, he called this location and ask if it would be a problem if I picked up the vehicle and they said it would not be a problem. So I go to pick up a car and not only did they not give me a car they proceeded to tell me he had to be present for me to get the car since it was in his name even though they told him something different over the phone. Then I explained to them the situation then they proceeded to tell me they couldnt give me a car because I wasnt on his insurance. I understand they where following policy, but they failed to provide any helpful information in advance over the phone to me or my husband before I had somone drive me all the way up to the location 2 days in a row. They really need to get there stuff together and provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Very displeased, very disappointed and will NOT be dealing with this enterprise in the future!! Absolutely terrible lack of customer service!

The ONLY reason I give this 5 stars is due to a young man named Chris. If it werent for him,I would give one star. Reserved an F150 full size pickup 2 days in advance. Get there to pick it up, and have to wait for them to go get it because it is not there. Waited about 20 minutes or so. They get back with a truck, but it is not the one that was specifically reserved. Was told it would be the next day before it was available as it was needed an oil change & whatever else. Was kinda getting a runaround until this man Chris came out & I voiced my upset & concerns. He immediately apologized, gave me the discounts he could ...he was just above & beyond customer service, making everything more than right! This man needs a raise for sure! This company should consider themselves lucky to have an employee like that! I will use this place again but ONLY if I get to talk to him to reserve the vehicle. Will not do business with any other employee there. So if you use these folks, ask for Chris & you will not have to worry about any B.S. -he will get it right!

We rented for a one day trip and were given an excellent vehicle. The Enterprise agent had everything ready and within 20 minutes we were on the road. Here in Texas, we are all dealing with the pandemic. Enterprise is wearing masks and providing curbside service. This impressed us. We returned the vehicle a few minutes late, but the deposit was still returned and was credited to our bank within two days. We highly recommend the Spur 63 location to the people of East Texas.

Very Disheartened!We had just lost my Father-law to Cancer!He passed away on Friday and the funeral was Monday, it was an 88 mile trip with two ladies over 70(his sisters) my mother in law 68 then my sister-in-law and my wife and myself.I got on Enterprises’ website and done a search for a full size SUV or Suburban! It came up one available in Longview and one available in Shrevport which the Shreveport location didn’t open till Monday!So I jump on board and was like this is great because Longview is where my In-Laws lived and I could pick it up on Sunday, bring it back Tuesday.My wife got dressed and drove 48 miles to Longview arrived at one when they opened and we had booked online a scheduled pick up, what a let down it was when we where told here was no full size Suburban available ! But they had a mini Van and a compact car was what the lady said!!When I got in the phone the first thing I said was mam I dont mean to be rude or ugly I know you just work there but what am I supposed to do now?Your system said there was one available and I’ve told all the family we had a ride so they didn’t have to worry about taking three cars or the fact of older ladies driving while grieving their loss of a family member!!!What a unconcerned, inconsiderate •••••••• she was, Well most people book it a week ahead of time maybe you should have thought about that!!! Well hello next time I will tell my father in law he can’t pass away on Friday because we have to book a suburban a week ahead of time!! Lady you was the most heartless person, and Enterprise being as large of a company as you are, you would think their computer system would know if a vehicle is actually there and available or out on rental expected to be returned. Sarah I believe her name was, was very rude when returning the vehicle I had already spoken with Chris, fast forward today 10/16/ 20 I setup a reservation @ 3 am this morning was told my car would be ready by 3:30 pm I get there and there is no vehicle nor did anyone ever call me to tell me that none was available I also received confirmation that my vehicle would be ready by 3:30 pm get there there was no vehicle and they didn’t try and compensate for their mistake Sarah again was very rude then apologized for not having a car considering there were several vehicles on their lot, this Longview Texas location needs a serious upgrade in customer service I’m a plus member and got no benefits Chris never once came out to try and fix the problem. I rent from Enterprise on Spur 63 in Longview Texas often. The manager, Chris McKeithen shows genuine regard for his customers and cares that we have a great experience. Colton Morace goes the extra mile to make sure that every detail is covered and if there are any issues, he will do whatever it takes to resolve them. Colton is very thorough with the rental and return process and makes you feel like you are what he is focused on but somehow handles other tasks at the time as well.The cars have always been very clean, in good working condition and pretty much what I have requested. Occasionally I will receive an upgrade and I like to think its because I rent often and loyal to Enterprise.Lisa Long

I have had nothing but good reviews w them but now Ive got a bad one i rented from them almost a month ago n supposedly they had put my deposit back on my card well they didnt n I called them n they said it was on the banks end well the bank said no it was them called them again n they said that there error manager wasnt in that he was out sick n that he was supposed to be back in two or three days well I just called n the new guy they have I dont trust him he had no answers for me n kept goin back to when i rented awhile ago n there always busy n i thought the customers were always first especially if they had a problem so if I was yall i wouldnt rent from them

I booked an economy car but they didn’t have any available when I arrived so I was “upgraded” to a minivan that ended up being out of inspection, so I was “upgraded” again to a truck. (I wanted a smaller car but I’ll take what I can get) The truck had been smoked in previously so that made for a rather unpleasant trip for me, but it otherwise was without incident. Without the smoke the ride would have been quite nice as the truck rode well and it’s stereo sounded decent.

I enjoyed the car itself .But the windows had soap residue on front and back, also I saw a no smoking sign in car but The smoke odor was so bad I had to buy an air freshner. Also I did nt know I had to put down a $200 deposit plus the price of rental until I picked up rental .How embarrassing because I had to call someone to add money to my debit card But I will use Enterprise again

I scheduled to pick up my rental at 12:30pm I was told that no cars were available and to give them an hour to get more cars. One hour passed and no one reached out to me. A total of four and a half hours passed and no one contacted me I had to call the location about my reservation. This was a horrible experience!

After an hour they got me this nasty cigarette reeking pick up truck although I had disclosed on the phone to them last week that Im handicapped. Not cleanness, much less sanitized. Horrible customer service!! Drove all the way from out of town, with a reservation for a car, got inside ready to pick up my rental, “We don’t have any car to give you.” I was so shocked. I understand if people don’t return cars, it’s not their fault, but what IS their fault, is not calling and giving us a heads up to save coming all the way over there to be told “there is no car”. Ridiculous. AND with a reservation, they couldn’t of told me earlier that there weren’t any on the lot?! I’m furious.

Hours on the glass are wrong, not sure how opening an hour later helps during the pandemic... so many people piled in the door when they opened.The staff was rude, told me my card did not work before she even tried it. I asked her to please try anyways she proceeded to tell me the last person who had a card like mine would not work. I was scrambling to get another card and she tells me I need to hurry because there is a lot of people behind me and they only have 30 cars but 40 appointments today. Follow up to my original Enterprise Rent-A-Car post.After my original post, I received an email from a company representative indicating a desire to look in to my experience. I included dates, rental agreement numbers, and every detail I could remember. They responded that my case would be elevated to the “Regional Management Team” and someone would be contacting me. I believed I had their attention and my issue would be addressed. Well, that never happened.Tired of empty offers to look in to my issue, I emailed the Customer Service Representative once again. Still no case review or occurred, no attempt to communicate with me was ever made.Clearly, Enterprise problems start at the top, and poor service is allowed to exist at their localoffices. My opinion of avoiding Enterprise Rent-A-Car has not changed. Spare yourself the aggravation. Rent from a different company.

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATION HERE. THEY WILL NOT HAVE THE TYPE OF VEHICLE YOU RESERVED. Instead they will tell you sorry nothing we can do. We can put you in something else entirely or you can go to another one of our places in another town and see if they have something for you. Never had any trouble before renting from Enterprises till I moved here. They dont care if you have a reservation or not. They will get rid of the type of vehicle you reserved then say sorry nothing we can do about it. Not a way to run a business if you ask me. Try doing that at a hotel or restaurant and see what happens. Sorry customer service. Just my opinion.

This Enterprise was friendly and gave me options for a 4x4 vehicle to accommodate my family on our family vacation to Colorado. John Thompson was especially knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly while making sure all our needs were met. He even helped me load and unload my vehicle to the rental. Pretty easily done. I did everything through USAA so I didn’t really have much contact with the group. The car was probably vacuumed, and at least in better condition on the interior than my previous experiences with them. Definitely not getting into a new car but that’s okay. I actually used Enterprise Different 2 times In 2 different places. My experience in Denver from the international airport location was very good and they walked me around the car. In Longview, TX the car I got it have a tire with a concerning amount of damage to one tire that I was told was “new”. All in all, I will continue to use enterprise because I get a better rate with them through USAA. Would recommend for future use.

BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES AND CHARGES. My work van broke down and I was stuck at Longview City Hall so I ordered a compact SUV via customer service who quoted $57.32 per day. I agreed and my conformation was sent immediately to my email. I asked to be picked up and was told it would be at the minimum a 2 hour wait. I looked on my GPS to see where it was located. It was less than a mile from where I was so I drove there. The gentleman who helped me stated they do not have any compact SUVs however, he would put me in a Dodge Grand Caravan for $65 so I agreed. I was then informed.that there was a $300 deposit and I would need a credit card since I had an out of state drivers license. My sister had to give them her credit card in which they charged her $100 in the end for a $65 vehicle. They charged her for insurance that was not agreed upon, $10 to add another name to the rental policy, taxes which we knew about and some other misc fees. BEWARE of hidden fees and charges when renting from Enterprise.

I reserved a vehicle 10 days prior and on the day I went to pick it up no vehicle, stranded over night! I was given a vehicle next day. Reserved means set aside. If your seats at a concert are reserved, that means theyre saved for you. I guess that means maybe set aside for you with Enterprise Rent-A-Car!!

After completing and verifying rentals online and via phone with two other locations we ended up here.At first my wife called and rented a SUV via the reservation system. Reservation was confirmed on the phone and in my account.On our way to pick up the vehicle we get a call that there is no other vehicle availableSo I proceed to make a reservation at another location. I do and reservation is confirmed. We begin our journey to acquire the vehicle when agent at location reaches us on the phone to tell us there are no available vehicles. So we look for available enterprise locations and see Longview is the closest. We call hoping that this location will have something. So after driving 60 plus miles instead of locally 4 miles we arrive. We reserved a Ford expedition. It was the right size. We were shown two other vehicles before we chose the expedition. Luckily, I was able to book my rental several days in advance from the website so I had a great selection of cars to choose from. The process was extremely quick and easy and the staff member Christopher McKeithen was so friendly and professional when I picked up and dropped off. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. All this started because of a car accident their insurance originally reserved us a car with another company and when we got there to pick it up they did not have one for us. I contacted Enterprise and they went well over to make sure they could get me into a rental!!!! Great place to do business!!!!

Hi,We did not have a good experience this time around with Enterprise. I went early before my appointment knowing that there would be a line with Covid but I was there for 2 hours. In addition, the first vehicle they tried to give me had stains all over the interior and smelled like cigarette smoke. The gentleman who was working said they had another large vehicle as we requested but that too smelled like cigarette smoke. I went ahead and took it as we had a lot of luggage and needed the space. This was the only other large car available. The car had a large ding on the passenger side door and the back of the car had damage to it. The gentleman never sent me a document with the pre-existing damages listed. I actually never even received a receipt at all.I understand that we are dealing with Covid but there were 2 employees working the day I picked up my car. One was washing the cars and the other was working with clients. I was extremely disappointed to have a car that smelled like cigarette smoke as my boys both have asthma. I’m not sure that we will choose Enterprise again based on this experience.

Horrible experience. I went to their website to reserve a car. They had me go to nearest town office to pick it up. When I arrived at the location that office had been closed down so I thought they would bring the car there. Waited over 30 minutes. Called them and waited awhile for someone to answer for them to send me to another town to pick the car up with 0 care about the inconvenience.

We went in to rent a 15 passenger van and they said that we needed a credit card . Once we left and came back with one they said it wasn’t available no more and the only one they had was 12 passenger. We told them we will take it they proceeded to say “o no we dont have it .” After telling us they just did .

I rented a car for a trip for the weekend. The car was picked up Friday 8/16,although I had requested to be picked up, the lady who does the pick ups had called the wrong # & left a voicemail to inform me she was on her way however, I never got this message. So I was off to a rocky start. Then I drove to the Enterprise & conversed with the staff & finally we got on the same page. Once this was settled I was off on my weekend trip (although I left 45 minutes later than scheduled). The car I was given was clean & had a tank full of gas. The car drove well & I had no problems with it. I returned the car on Monday & my trip was a success.

Terrible customer service. Did my reservation online. Called to get picked up because I am 20 miles from the location. No one answered after 5 calls and transfers back to reservations. Call customer service and they supposedly sent an email to the branch manager and still no call back. Finally get through to someone after 2 hours and then get told no sorry we can’t pick you up today.Then call back to cancel the reservation because I have no way of getting there and they could give two $h!ts as to why it was being canceled. And when I question it the girl in the phone said “sure if you want to” what kind of response if that.
